I called in to see if two cars I was interested was going to there next day. Unfortunately I got the e mails from the salesman saying the cars were sold. It look like all the search and time spent was for nothing. Back to square one.

Internet Sales Dealer was very prompt with responding to my initial contact...called me within five minutes. I asked the Salesman to send me the car history, and told him what I wanted to pat for the vehicle. I asked him to come down on the price considering that I would be paying cash for the vehicle on the day of purchase as well as I'd have to travel to Plano, TX from Monroe, LA since I'm an LA resident. The Salesman did not want to negotiate...really left me with no options at the end of the call as well as he didn't email the car history as promised. I had to email the dealership again to get the vehicle info, and even with me mentioning them lowering the price of the vehicle AGAIN, he emailed a generic response with car history included and didn't make mention of negotiating a lower price at all. I'm left assuming the dealership is use to their patrons paying exactly what they price their vehicles as. The price is fair considering market value but not as good of a deal as I was hoping for. Bottom line, if they didn't want to consider lowering the price, they should should be forthright about it.

The salesman reponded promptly, but did not answer all of my questions. During the purchasing process the salesperson answered all of my questions, although he appeared impatient. However, my brief interactions with several other staff was pleasant.
