Worked with Ian at the dealership. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Just make sure the car you are looking at is actually still for sale. Sometimes they don't take down the ad and make sure you ask about the details of the vehicle because they didn't have all the amenities listed for this particular vehicle until we asked. We almost purchased elsewhere. I did purchase the listed vehicle. It's pretty awesome!

After driving 100 miles to check out this car, I test drove it and
loved it. After going through the numbers I coming to a deal was
told by a manager that the price was incorrect and a higher level
manager would need to resolve the situation. I was assured that
the car would be held for me through the next day until they could
talk with me. The next day no calls so I called them and I was told
the car was sold that morning. All I could get from mgmt of the
dealership was an apology. This is very similar to a couple of other
reviews for this dealer. My recommendation - find another dealer.

Unfortunate experience with this group. Difficult
to get a response and then info about car being
sold was a mix-up. After trying to kep things
moving forward I was offered way below
wholesale for a low mileage 2014 trade. Not a
good experience, but I am sure they normally do
better. Hopefully a one-time thing, but I won't be
calling again because the car was a very specific
older model that they won't have another of. I
was also an out-of-state buyer which added to
the difficulty.

Despite a hectic day for the dealership, we got all the attention we needed, received an informative test drive with Kevin (lots of electronic features), and put together the paperwork without wasting time.

Otto's had the car most desirable to us as to colors and options. We had a price from another dealership on a different color, same car. Scott asked us to confirm the quoted price with which we complied. We spoket with Sales Advisor Scott and informed him that we were ready to buy the next day and he said he would work within that price and we booked a visit next day .We drove 1 1/2 hours and apon arrival Scott informed us that the price we already been quoted was totally out of the question. We left the dealership and went to another BMW dealership and bought the perfect BMW at the price we requested the very same day. Very negative 1st impression. We are loyal BMW enthusiasts having now bought 5 BMW's . We have been treated very well. We want to say that Otto's BMW Isn't a bad dealership but we can not because that day they were not.
