We COULD be like every other dealer, and add a FEW thousand dollars to the price of each vehicle, take off a thousand in negotiating, and have you believing you got a great deal.  But we’ve found that most of our customers prefer to be free of the old school negotiating game.

So sorry to hear that the car you were interested in got sold.  Unfortunately, that can happen.  Vehicles sell so quickly here.  We realize it might sound like a sales pitch, but it’s so true.  We typically sell over 5,000 vehicles each month.  Because of our volume, we’re not able to hold vehicles for customers.  We do make special circumstances for our customers who are coming in from out of state and paying in full before they arrive.

I’m sure you can understand how chaotic it would become if we started trying to hold vehicles for our customers.  We have nearly two-hundred salespeople selling cars out of the same inventory, at the same time.  Often we’ll have two sets of customers interested in the same vehicle at the same time, and it literally becomes a race as to who completes the process first.  We have customers who have called at night, just when we’re closing, to see if a specific vehicle is still available, then they arrive at opening the following morning.

With that said, we do have a really awesome NOTIFY ME  feature on our website that’s available to you. Here’s the link to get you there:  http://www.offleaseonlynotifyme.com/.  All you need to do is scroll down, fill in the information based on the vehicle you’re looking for, and you’ll be notified as soon as one arrives in our inventory!  

You can fill out as many as you like.  We have more than 1,000 new vehicles arriving in our inventory every week.  As soon as you’re notified that one has arrived, please get the stock number and give us a call.  Don’t give up!

We understand your concern regarding the low amount of fuel in your vehicle.  Most of our vehicles arrive with low amounts of fuel.   Normally, when vehicles are shipped, it is preferred that they are shipped with the lowest amount of fuel possible. This helps keep the weight of a shipment down, which affects shipping costs, as well as avoids unnecessary amounts of flammables on board.  

To keep our prices as low as possible it has always been our policy to not add fuel to the vehicles, unless it becomes necessary. Imagine the cost of filling the tanks on 5,000+ vehicles, including trucks, suvs, exotics, and vehicles that require high octane fuels. Chances are, the prices would increase more than the amount it costs to fill your tank, not to mention the cost of the manpower involved in fueling every vehicle.  We have policies in place that insure we offer the lowest prices possible.

We’ve found that most of our customers prefer saving thousands on the purchase of their vehicle, and paying for the incidentals, like fuel, on their own.  However, there should always be enough fuel go get you on your way.
We’re disappointed to hear that your windshield was left dirty.  That’s not the level of service the owners started this company to provide. That's a lot of vehicles with navigation systems, when you consider that manufacturers are no longer putting them in vehicles because most people have navigation systems in their phones now. Hopefully, your sales person explained this to you.

With that said, we do have a really awesome NOTIFY ME  feature on our website that’s available to you. Here’s the link to get you there:  http://www.offleaseonlynotifyme.com/.  All you need to do is scroll down, fill in the information based on the vehicle you’re looking for, and you’ll be notified as soon as one arrives in our inventory!  

You can fill out as many as you like.  We have more than 1,000 new vehicles arriving in our inventory every week.  As soon as you’re notified that one has arrived, please get the stock number and give us a call.  Don’t give up!
