Honestly this was a nice exchanging talk between the two of us about vehicles and maintenance and it was perfect.

The dealership man I spoke with was alright but when I saw another car on his lot and made an appointment to test drive he had given the car out as a loaner and he wasn’t even at the dealership when I arrived.

Showed up, the car was a mess! Two doors didn’t work, the trunk didn’t open, one of the fog lights just missing, and even during the test drive to see what kind of kick it had in it, it tapped out at 25mph! Even in sport mode! Wouldn’t recommend.

Horrible cars on lot, went to look at a car that i was interested in and wow! to my surprise it looked nothing like the picture, it was in terrible shape! on top of that it didn't start no power, bad battery i guess

Dealer responded but didn't answer question. The response was simply to reach out to the dealership, for reasons that they had too many request to respond to each individually.

The service was great the team was amazing they help me told the truth I can say it was exciting but fun at the same time

The car had a spare tire on it and the inside smelled like cigarettes.

They immediately responded and said that the vehicle was not on their lot. And too this day, it still has not arrived on their lot.

I emailed them asking about a particular car and they emailed back in all caps saying there were great deals to be had. I drove over there and the Toyota Prius on website wasn’t there. They said it was in the shop getting the battery worked on. Salesman was nice but there weren’t any other Toyota Priuses there, and a lot of the cars had been in accidents. They should remove car ads on cargurus if the cars aren’t there and ready to be sold.

I drove to dealer site - spoke to sales rep Was unable to see listed vehicle I Called rep again, again, again, again, again Each time he stated he would call back in 30 minutes Offered to drive to service site to see vehicle I called sales manager Spent 6 days calling & driving to dealer ABSOLUTELY non responsive

I went on a Saturday.salesman seem to be taking care of 3 .4. Maybe 5 things at a time...there was no 1 on 1 time to get me comfortable,or give me details about the vehicle..the truck had a lot of this.that and another..nothing was explained..sales guy seem nice.but busy..I left and knew nothing about the vehicle.

These cars i went to see were sitting on a grass/gravel lot and were mixed in with a bunch of wrecked cars as well. So I felt like I was at a junkyard. I walked around the cars for about 30 minutes and no one came out to help me so please be sure to call ahead if you're interested in looking at these cars

When I was on my way I called about vehicle for a test drive spoke to manager they said to come on get there the car was gone to be serviced was told that they would call me once the car was back it’s been a week haven’t heard anything reached out to an associate there to ask if the car was back he never responded

My first visit I walked their parking lot for 30 minutes, no one ever came out to help, I called back later and was told the Volvo would not start. I went back the next day to look at other cars, same problem, I had to call to get help, even though people were in and the building doing nothing. They do not really want to sell you a car because they don't give you any break for paying CASH.

They let me know to come by for a test drive.
