Told all the police officers, friends and family do not shop here. I arrived to purchase a vehicle that was still for sale. Two minutes later another family arrived and although I was there first and had a trade-in and cash was lied two by several employees in order to let that family purchase the vehicle it was like living in the 1950's you could not give me a car from that location. The absolute worst, horrific experience in my life. I challenged them to dispute what happened this place should be ashamed of itself

Does not have the vehicle. I called them or they called me they said it was on the way so I called back 2 days same story. It been over a week and not there so you tell me what's up bait an switch. You kinda can tell from no pictures.

This guy I believe is Marcus or Marcos. Not a trustworthy dealer. This listed price went up to $15,995.00 plus a whole lot of other charges outside of that which concerned both my husband and I. He kept telling us that the $14,899 (which I kept a picture of) was a weekend special or 4th of July special, when I had been looking at the car for that price for like 2-weeks already. We kept in communication with him, all the way through the time we had already made a deal on a car, just to see how many lies he would tell and there were plenty. After the new quote of $15,995, he told us he'd give us $500 off if we bought the car. The car had several accidents on carfax, and he was really trying to get us to buy his lies. When I first asked him why did the price go up, he never replied...He contacted my husband two days later and said he wanted to talk. I don't think he realized we were from the same family because we don't share last name, or cell numbers. My husband use to work for a very good car dealership, and she said this guy was a crook and it's best he be avoided. The extra charges $2,573.00 Service Charge, $1288.00 County Code, $381.66 Accessories, and the VIN# JF1ZNAA1XD2731900 I had doing bad reviews, but I just don't wanna see anyone else getting screwed by these guys. I was literally in shock sitting next to my husband listen to how this guy really tried to screw us over before we could even see the car in person. Sorry, but you need to do your business better Marcos.

Once I told them I was interested in the car and wanted to come look at it, they changed the price online! And claimed the "sale" price had just ended! Condience? I don't think so.

Went to test drive a vehicle I liked. Got there and the car was filthy and was missing door panels and other items. Driver power seats and door locks wouldn't work. The salesman waso clueless about the issues or specs on car. On top of that they don't negotiate their prices. Wouldn't recommend

I was told the car was clean. I drove to see the car from the West San Fernando Valley. After driving the car I discovered rust that was poorly painted over. The salesman lied about a prior deal falling through because of a shipping fee. They tried to pull a bait and switch. He even admitted that they are going to repair the car for cheep and not disclose the repair to the next potential buyer. Beware, this dealer is not to be trusted.

I brought in two print outs of cars the cars that I wanted to look at..they showed me both cars and their car fax. I test drove one and decided I would like to purchase the vehicle. The print out of the vehicle I had showed him said the car was $9999. He told me the vehicle was $12,500..I told him that's not what the website says. He then told me they would honor that price.. so then we worked a deal and I was to buy the car out right. A couple days letter I called to bring the cashiers check to them. He told me to bring the car fax and the other documentation that I had which included a signed contract for the car. When I got there he looks at my paper work and starts playing around in the database and then proceedes to tell me that the car in the contract isn't the same car on the website..I tell him that's not my fault you're the one that said it was. I specifically gave you the info on the car I wanted to see and you specifically showed me this car as the one I requested to see. He then proceeds to tell me that this isn't the car fax for that vehicle as if I was the one that printed it out..I tell him that he was the one that gave that to me. My 37 year old son who was there on both occaisions even told him that this is the carfax that he gave us. They made a mistake or completely lied about the vehicle and then tried to make it seem as if I was the one to blame for the error. The sales rep, sales manager and the general manager completely arrogant and treated me as if I was stupid. I really don't believe it was an error..I believe they misrepresented the vehicle and were trying to cover it up and get more money for the car. If you look now, the vehicle is going for more money. I will never recommend these people to anyone and I will do everything I can to make sure the word gets out about them. Later that day I went to another dealer who treated me with the up most respect and managed to give a good deal on a better car.

They were Quick and patient. I purchased a 2012 Challenger and traded in my old car and drove it home within 2 hours. They were great at getting me into the car I wanted. very good experience. I highly recomemd Oc Auto Exchange.

There were no photos on the posting. The dealer responded and indicated pictures would be posted. While the car remains listed no photos appear. Don't tell me you're going to do something and fail to follow through.

I called first and I was told that car I am interested in in not arrived yet and they are expect arrival in a week. Next morning I received email response from the dealer where he informed me that car is ready for viewing oops! I called again to confirm and after 1 min of talk call was disconnected or dealer hang up and I never heard back from them.

This is the kind that you always fear dealing with. Their cars are in terrible condition which they jerry rig up to seem functional. Try asking them if you can have a mechanic inspect on of their cars. Just try....

I would give a 1/4 of a star if it was an option. Nobody helped me at all! Not even a greeting. I finally had to barge into somebody's office to ask a simple question about price. He looked at me like I was bothering him and I was an idiot for not knowing all the car prices are only online. I drove from San Diego to Fullerton to look at a $22,000 car but they received no sale from me!

Sold a car from underneath me after working with them for over a week, before the car even was received on the lot. They advertised they had it, and we confirmed it was available for a test drive that day, and went down there, and they told us they hadn’t even received the car – it was still being transported! We worked with them for a week while they were doing the “inspection,” and we were promised that we’d be the first ones to see the car since they miscommunicated it’s availability and made us drive all the way down there for nothing (and we live 30 miles away). The salesman said someone else was responding to his email! After being promised by the next day, or within 3 days it would be available, and checking in daily to confirm, we were finally informed it was available 7 days later, and to come down after 4:00 pm. Albeit, we didn’t get there until 5:00 pm, they sold the car only minutes before we got there, after they had been informed I was coming with cash to buy the car and being promised first shot. They didn’t even have the decency to call us. The salesman blamed it on another sales man, and then didn’t even help us with any questions we had on other cars. They were unapologetic and un sympathetic, and I think that was the worst part. Had we felt some empathy, it would have been different, but the lack thereof was very upsetting. I would give them a negative score if I could

I was about to buy a vehicle from them, filled out paperwork, and get check from personal bank, but days later they told me they sold it to someone else. To be honest, I'm glad it was sold because the vehicle looked as if it was in an accident, and no bank will finance a salvaged one. That's my take on this dealership.

Yes they responded, and I purchased the vehicle not knowing that I would run into issues with the vehicle... They sold me a vehicle with practically no back breaks and tires with nails in them... First day I drove the car there was a problem and I let them know, but had no sympathy ... So now we have an issue a big issue I'd rather not say but, to sum it all up and quickly.... All I have to say is be careful purchasing a car through any used car lot because its not all what it seems..
