I called and made ab appointment with someone named "Ro." When I showed up, an older man told me Ro was busy. He asked me which car I wanted to see and I told him. He gave me keys to a similar car that was parked nearby and I checked it out. It wasn't the car I wanted to see though. It was $500 more. I waited in a tiny office for about 30 minutes. I also wanted to trade on my current car and gave the registration to the man who took it to Ro. All this time, Ro was in his office talking to what appeared to be his buddy and never came out while I was there. After 20 to 30 minutes, I asked about the particular car I came to see and Ro told an employee "Uhhh, it's being detailed." About 10 minutes later, a lady walked by and I asked her if I should just leave or what? She asked Ro about the car again and he said "Uhhh, it's sold." She handed me back my registration and I left. Very strange business practices. Typical used car bait and switch salesman.

The worst experience I had with this dealer. I went twice and first the confirmed car is there and when I reach there car gone to bodyshop. They Confirmed me after 40 min later when I reach deal. Second day I went to buy the same car and the price quote was in sane. I got shocked by looking at the price. To be specific the sales guy Ashok is very rude in nature don't know how to treat customers at least with manners. I have disappointed with his nature.

They said the car was not available anymore. I saw another car that I was interested in, a 2006 Infiniti G35 sedan black in color for $3995. They said someone would be contacting me about the car and to this day never have and I really wanted the car.

The price was very low on the add, but the information given in the description was incorrect stating that the reports it has no accidents listed. When I spoke to the representative I found out that the car has been in an accident. Aside from that, after all of their fees, including an extreme $1,000 transaction fee the car came out to over 6,000 more than the price listed. I definitely found a better deal.

They hook and bate you with a low price on the car which are from the actions and are still missing vital parts like in my case seatbelts and some after market parts that made the car more unreliable. When it came down to negotiating out the door price it wasn't just tax and licence that they tried to tack onto the price which is expected but they tried tacking on all these extra fees that really didn't make sense. When I asked why all these extra fees the response was we are not like some of the bigger dealers that only charge tax and licence. This dealer is purely "window dressing" nice photos, they start out with nice prices but when you arrive you see that the reality was just to get you in and sell you a subpar car that becomes way more expensive than the listed price with the extra fees.

I had to call them about the car. They were pretty nice when we went to buy the car. The biggest drawback was that there were hidden costs on the price of the car. Almost $1,000 on dealer prep charges and $500 for theft insurance. I was able to take the theft insurance off. Yet, it just felt a little deceptive after seeing the advertised price! Absolute trash dealership, I drove a hour to see a car and they tried to bait and switch me. Once I got there they played the card sold today. The sales man "Erik" lies to me a well saying the Manager was out with it and then tells me 5 mins later it was sold this morning. To add on top the car he showed me had double the mileage was a 2006. Absolute scam and trash don't even waste your time. I told him I was 1 hour away and they still did that to me.

Watch out for questionable fees added on to low-ball come-on pricing!! While it is legit to include dealer overhead costs into the price (in this case theft and liability insurance on total inventory), it should NOT be a "BTW" when the owner comes out to close the deal. WALK AWAY from deceptive pricing!

Made everything Fast and easy got hyundai genesis from there that was in excellent condition. Only thing i didnt like is that they don't negotiate price if you pay cash but it was a good experience after all. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a car at a fair price. If you do go there ask for Pat. He was helpful.

I was highly motivated to buy a new car this weekend, but the vibe I received from the sales guy was a turn off. Didnt seem motivated to help me find the car I was looking for or make a sale. Ended up going to 5 other dealerships before finally making a purchase.

I had a horrible experience. I drove to their location because i was told to go in the morning. It was a 45 minute drive only to find out that the vehicle wasn't even there. We had to wait for a long time. We were told that the vehicle was being detailed which was a total lie. They drove us to where the vehicle was, it was like 15 min away. We were so disappointed when we saw the vehicle. It was nothing like the picture or description. It had a lot of scratches, a huge dent and one of the lights was rusty. We left very disappointed from there. We wasted half of our day there. If i could give them a 0 i would.

They were quick to respond, but the agent I met there showed me a car with an accident (dismissed as "frame damage, repaired, no big thing") and then disappeared to watch a football game. There was no pressure, which was good, but also no great interest in actually selling me something that would suit my needs and budget.

Told all the police officers, friends and family do not shop here. I arrived to purchase a vehicle that was still for sale. Two minutes later another family arrived and although I was there first and had a trade-in and cash was lied two by several employees in order to let that family purchase the vehicle it was like living in the 1950's you could not give me a car from that location. The absolute worst, horrific experience in my life. I challenged them to dispute what happened this place should be ashamed of itself

This guy I believe is Marcus or Marcos. Not a trustworthy dealer. This listed price went up to $15,995.00 plus a whole lot of other charges outside of that which concerned both my husband and I. He kept telling us that the $14,899 (which I kept a picture of) was a weekend special or 4th of July special, when I had been looking at the car for that price for like 2-weeks already. We kept in communication with him, all the way through the time we had already made a deal on a car, just to see how many lies he would tell and there were plenty. After the new quote of $15,995, he told us he'd give us $500 off if we bought the car. The car had several accidents on carfax, and he was really trying to get us to buy his lies. When I first asked him why did the price go up, he never replied...He contacted my husband two days later and said he wanted to talk. I don't think he realized we were from the same family because we don't share last name, or cell numbers. My husband use to work for a very good car dealership, and she said this guy was a crook and it's best he be avoided. The extra charges $2,573.00 Service Charge, $1288.00 County Code, $381.66 Accessories, and the VIN# JF1ZNAA1XD2731900 I had doing bad reviews, but I just don't wanna see anyone else getting screwed by these guys. I was literally in shock sitting next to my husband listen to how this guy really tried to screw us over before we could even see the car in person. Sorry, but you need to do your business better Marcos.

Went to test drive a vehicle I liked. Got there and the car was filthy and was missing door panels and other items. Driver power seats and door locks wouldn't work. The salesman waso clueless about the issues or specs on car. On top of that they don't negotiate their prices. Wouldn't recommend

I was told the car was clean. I drove to see the car from the West San Fernando Valley. After driving the car I discovered rust that was poorly painted over. The salesman lied about a prior deal falling through because of a shipping fee. They tried to pull a bait and switch. He even admitted that they are going to repair the car for cheep and not disclose the repair to the next potential buyer. Beware, this dealer is not to be trusted.

I brought in two print outs of cars the cars that I wanted to look at..they showed me both cars and their car fax. I test drove one and decided I would like to purchase the vehicle. The print out of the vehicle I had showed him said the car was $9999. He told me the vehicle was $12,500..I told him that's not what the website says. He then told me they would honor that price.. so then we worked a deal and I was to buy the car out right. A couple days letter I called to bring the cashiers check to them. He told me to bring the car fax and the other documentation that I had which included a signed contract for the car. When I got there he looks at my paper work and starts playing around in the database and then proceedes to tell me that the car in the contract isn't the same car on the website..I tell him that's not my fault you're the one that said it was. I specifically gave you the info on the car I wanted to see and you specifically showed me this car as the one I requested to see. He then proceeds to tell me that this isn't the car fax for that vehicle as if I was the one that printed it out..I tell him that he was the one that gave that to me. My 37 year old son who was there on both occaisions even told him that this is the carfax that he gave us. They made a mistake or completely lied about the vehicle and then tried to make it seem as if I was the one to blame for the error. The sales rep, sales manager and the general manager completely arrogant and treated me as if I was stupid. I really don't believe it was an error..I believe they misrepresented the vehicle and were trying to cover it up and get more money for the car. If you look now, the vehicle is going for more money. I will never recommend these people to anyone and I will do everything I can to make sure the word gets out about them. Later that day I went to another dealer who treated me with the up most respect and managed to give a good deal on a better car.

They were Quick and patient. I purchased a 2012 Challenger and traded in my old car and drove it home within 2 hours. They were great at getting me into the car I wanted. very good experience. I highly recomemd Oc Auto Exchange.

There were no photos on the posting. The dealer responded and indicated pictures would be posted. While the car remains listed no photos appear. Don't tell me you're going to do something and fail to follow through.

I called first and I was told that car I am interested in in not arrived yet and they are expect arrival in a week. Next morning I received email response from the dealer where he informed me that car is ready for viewing oops! I called again to confirm and after 1 min of talk call was disconnected or dealer hang up and I never heard back from them.

This is the kind that you always fear dealing with. Their cars are in terrible condition which they jerry rig up to seem functional. Try asking them if you can have a mechanic inspect on of their cars. Just try....

I would give a 1/4 of a star if it was an option. Nobody helped me at all! Not even a greeting. I finally had to barge into somebody's office to ask a simple question about price. He looked at me like I was bothering him and I was an idiot for not knowing all the car prices are only online. I drove from San Diego to Fullerton to look at a $22,000 car but they received no sale from me!

Sold a car from underneath me after working with them for over a week, before the car even was received on the lot. They advertised they had it, and we confirmed it was available for a test drive that day, and went down there, and they told us they hadn’t even received the car – it was still being transported! We worked with them for a week while they were doing the “inspection,” and we were promised that we’d be the first ones to see the car since they miscommunicated it’s availability and made us drive all the way down there for nothing (and we live 30 miles away). The salesman said someone else was responding to his email! After being promised by the next day, or within 3 days it would be available, and checking in daily to confirm, we were finally informed it was available 7 days later, and to come down after 4:00 pm. Albeit, we didn’t get there until 5:00 pm, they sold the car only minutes before we got there, after they had been informed I was coming with cash to buy the car and being promised first shot. They didn’t even have the decency to call us. The salesman blamed it on another sales man, and then didn’t even help us with any questions we had on other cars. They were unapologetic and un sympathetic, and I think that was the worst part. Had we felt some empathy, it would have been different, but the lack thereof was very upsetting. I would give them a negative score if I could

I was about to buy a vehicle from them, filled out paperwork, and get check from personal bank, but days later they told me they sold it to someone else. To be honest, I'm glad it was sold because the vehicle looked as if it was in an accident, and no bank will finance a salvaged one. That's my take on this dealership.

Yes they responded, and I purchased the vehicle not knowing that I would run into issues with the vehicle... They sold me a vehicle with practically no back breaks and tires with nails in them... First day I drove the car there was a problem and I let them know, but had no sympathy ... So now we have an issue a big issue I'd rather not say but, to sum it all up and quickly.... All I have to say is be careful purchasing a car through any used car lot because its not all what it seems..
