I bought a Bentley Coupe and the manager named Rich and the sales person lied to me so they could sell this car. Rich told me they paid for the car to be diagnosed and that he would send it to me and never did. The sales person who sold the car to me informed me that the Bentley had been recently serviced with an oil change. I called the Bentley dealership and they informed me that servicing or an oil change had not been completed since last August. Mine you I drove from Dallas Texas to Houston to purchase this car. When I get home I noticed that the oil stick tip was broken and there was know way the dealership even checked the oil. Rich said they would pay for everything if I bring it back to Houston and that the dealership ship pay for the hotel and to buy the dip stick from Bentley and they would change the oil and the tube and dipstick from Bentley and they would reimburse me. I get to Houston and left the car there for service. When I picked the car up I noticed that the new tube and dip stick was still in the trunk he said to give him a minute and that their mechanic was going to put it in. When they where complete I checked the oil and informed the mechanic that the oil was not showing on the stick he said to drive it and it will come to the top. On my way back to Dallas the oil light came on. I got there mechanics number before I left because of all the lies they told me to buy the car. Come to find out they didn't change the tube with the dip stick they lied again and they didn't put the correct amount of oil if they even changed the oil with all the lies. Rich said he would reimburse me for a new oil change, labor for someone to do it and a new tube with dip stick. After calling and texting for almost one month they finally sent a check for the dip stick only not for the service to be completed like it should have been done the first time. The lady at the front desk will say Rich is unavailable for the three weeks I I called almost everyday. Rich needs to be a man about the situation and also the owner. I asked the lady at the front desk to speak to the owner she said he is never there and would not give me his email or contact. I a disabled military veteran, Military and Freemasons brothers and sisters beware !!!! Everything that looks good is not always good. I'm trying to keep a level head but I hate being lied to!!!!

Dealer never called or emailed me, so I gave them a call. When I did, I was told someone was in the office purchasing the vehicle that I was inquiring about just as we were talking. The guy stated he would call me back if that deal didn't go through or to tell me that he went and purchased another just like it. I have yet to receive a call back. Poor professionalism and customer service.

Vey good. Saleman was courteous and helpful. Finance was a simple task. It didn't take hours to sign documents.

Called this dealer for a overly priced( according to KBB)used car advertisement but the Sales person (James ) responded to my call like we don't finance I only accept cash . When I asked him to lower the price oh my God such a rude reply from him "if you think this car is overly priced then arrange money and go get some another car"... seriously ??? This is such a rude and unprofessional behavior... This is not the way to treat your customers... If your price is no haggle price then you can simply say that no need to give such kind of reply...

David did a great job of communicating. The price of the vehicle was too high for me.

I totaled my other vehicle and they went through my financial company to finance my new vehicle as well I didn't have all my down payment and they held the car for me. We contacted the dealer & were told the car was in stock & we could come next morning to see it. Next morning we called to confirm we'd be there about 10 AM, and explained we'd be taking it to a mechanic nearby to have it checked out - they said fine, no problem. When we got there, the car was filthy and they said we couldn't take it out until they put some gas in it. So it was totally not ready. It was very rough inside and had scratches on the body that they assured me would buff out (I doubted it). When a car is in such awful condition when a customer is sufficiently interested to book an appointment and spend money on a mechanic, the dealer should have the car in presentable condition at the very least. I'll leave it to others to decide whether they should contact this dealer, but for myself, I think not.

Didnt answer my question about the Carfax . The Carfax is showing a manufacturer buyback .The individual gave me the number to Rolls Royce and told me to call them and ask them .I think Nxcess dealership should have the information when a customer calls .

it was always the bait and switch in the past two experiences.. they say the car is available and the moment you go there they say sorry it was a mistake and will ask you to look at another car that is available.
