I would rate a zero if possible. Disappointed in the lack of honesty in their business practices. Buyers please go in knowing your information. Even though a CarFax isn’t a complete safety net, it’s a useful tool. If a salesman says the car has a clean CarFax don’t take their word for it. Ask to see it and READ the entire report! There’s a car on their lot currently that has had extensive work done to it and they will tell you “no accidents” and that wasn’t the only thing they were misleading about. Be cautious! Very disappointing experience.

Over all satisfied with the Car buying experience. Leroy was great. And delivered on his promises. The internal communications could use some hand. After Leroy held the vehicle for me. I got a call from someone asking me what vehicle I was interested in since the truck I was looking at was sold. That right there had me rethink my trip arrangements and almost cancel my flights. Luckily I called Leroy to ask him what was going on. Leroy assured me the truck was not sold and that he was holding the key for me. I continued with my trip and met the team got the vehicle then drove back home. Thank you Leroy. Thank you North Coast Auto Mall.

Answered but never answered my questions I don’t like to talk on phone so I text them and never got a response Since I lived 93 miles away I had some important questions answered before I would travel that far to visually inspect the car Guess they just were not interested in selling the car

Sales people were pleasant. But, We drove 2.5 hours to look at a car even put a down payment on it, they couldn’t get it cleaned up before we got there. We left without the car.

Yes I bought the car. i plan on taking delivery in next few days. I was laser locked on the Camaro, but i'd have to assume they would have been just as efficient if i was there browsing vehicles instead. Overall it was a good and a different experience... best described as Professional, No Frills, High Volume Auto Sales ..willing to work with a customer.. But as a customer/purchaser do the due diligence of shopping research and know what you want, need and can afford... They're after all a business trying to make a sale/profit, so they will and do move the paper and car if they can. They're not magicians so please understand your limits and the the limits of what they can do. With that in mind they were able to help flip my trade with a bit of negative equity into the new note. Nice salesman but shady place as a whole .. go through all the motions like someone else wants the car and they want to hold you money (down payment / hold money) even if something falls though so they can "refund" you .. why would I give someone money without the keys in my hand? Plus they wouldn't lower the price but did after I didn't want it .. meanwhile the car is STILL sitting there . Hmmm

I put a deposit on a car to hold it until they were finished detailing it but they allowed someone else to buy the truck and then never told me about it. It was nearly a week of wasted time because I stopped looking for a truck thinking I had already bought one from them. The sales manager and salesman are not professional and perhaps dishonest. The is not the exact car that I'm referring to. It was a 2014 F 150 with 28,800 miles and was $19,600.00 approximately.

They advertised a vehicle which they claimed had sold the night before, then kept trying to push small cars on me when i had come to test a suv. They kept talking about getting financing through them to get a higher price vehicle, even though my financing was all in order, and as I told them, i was at my top price range with the vehicle that had supposedly sold. I finally left hours later, annoyed to say the least. Then after i'd gotten home I had checked my email only to find a message from a different salesman that the suv i'd gone to look at was available! I immediately responded, asking how could this be, I was JUST there and told it had sold? Two days later I received a response telling me "his mistake" and they did have a similar one for $2000 more! I read reviews about bait and switch w/ this place, I gave them a chance anyway . All it got me was an hour drive and wasted time.

spoke to a sales person who claimed the vehicle I wanted to see had unrepaired damage that was not pictured, contacted Arlene someone who had also contacted me, asked her to confirm, never received any reply other than to ask who I had spoken with...not what I wanted - wanted to know if vehicle had damage before I drove 3 hours to see it. Never could get a straight answer and the 'accident report' on their listing said 'no accidents reported'

The dealer responded immediately to my email inquiry, even though they were closed, their email response stated someone would contact me when they opened, and they followed through with contacting me. I went to the dealership, the customer service was awesome, any question I asked they answered they responded to my needs completely. I brought the SUV. I would recommend them to anyone buying an automobile, and I would purchase another car from them. Thank you.

they were great- purchased the car it was fairly quick and easy (as quick as buying a vehicle can be. They are very busy and sell a lot of cars but I felt that they still wanted my business. I didn't purchase the car that I went to look at but ended up getting another one that I had seen online but was at another one of their locations. They were more than happy to take me to get that vehicle and drive it back as part of my test drive. On my way home from picking up my car the check engine light came on- which gives you an instant feeling of dread so I contacted my sales person who in turn had the finance manager contact me and indicated that someone from service would be contacting me. Sure enough I rec'd a call from the service department. My car has warranty miles still left so I was able to take it to a dealership to have the issue looked at. As of right now there is nothing major just some senor faults. But the fact that they still called and were concerned left a good feeling with me. I have purchased new cars from dealerships and haven't rec'd that type of quick response. I would recommend N Coast Auto Mall.

Sean Muscatello was incredibly honest,helpful, gracious and quick with anything I needed. Had a very good experience at this dealer and and would love to do business with them again in the future. Anyone looking to get a reasonable price and an nice experience should go straight there.

Adam was very accommodating. He came in on his day off and did every thing he had to to get me the truck. The only down fall was the detailing if my truck. They fell flat in this category.

Vehicle not as advertised, salesman misrepresented it as being perfect. The vehicle looked to be damaged, the trunk lid has a large gap in the front, also the front fender has wear where the hood has contacted the fender. Vehicle has many scratches and there were several stains on the interior. Vehicle was advertised as clean, when asked the salesman said there were no scratches or stains. Vehicle was also advertised to have a sunroof, no sunroof. Has a mismatched tire, and one with a cut in the sidewall, the low tire light was on. Vehicle was dirty, could barely see out the windshield when the sun hit it, there were also soda stains on the ceiling and console. Definitely would not recommend this dealer.

Good experience so far. I have been contacted multiple times by phone and email in very courteous fashion. I have not been able to be at the dealer because business has taken my out of town. But I am planning to drop by and take a look to the cars.

Came in just to look at a lincoln and taurus, everyone was friendly, they pulled both cars up and handed me over the keys to test drive with no pressure of someone sitting next to me breathing down my neck or feeling rushed in testing out all features of the car. I found the one i liked and discussed my payment range and we worked out a deal. Defiantly will be going back when im ready to upgrade again.

Bait and switch! Car supposedly sold the day before, but when I emailed them and asked if it was available, they said it was.. They just want you in their chair and they try to sell you anything and everything possible. And the ad for that same car is still up (weeks after).

I'll be clear. I did not get past the "I'm interested" phase and did not look at a car. They turned me off before then. Elizabeth told me they wouldn't start to appraise a trade vehicle without seeing it, then Leroy called me back 5 minutes later acting like my conversation with Elizabeth never existed. Then said he would text me so I could reply with VIN number to start the process of evaluating a trade. He never did this, then a few days later another gal emails me asking if I'm still interested. Tell her the story, send a picture of the VIN number, no response. 2 days later Leroy responds saying 'BEEN WAITING FOR VIN CANT DO ANYTHING UNTIL WE GET." I resend the pic, he responds with just "THERE IS NO IMAGE!!!!" Now I'm not sure if he never learned email etiquette but this was enough to have me say I'm no longer interested. Feels like a typical pushy car sales group, but again I didn't make it far in the process. This day in age as a consumer you're better off remembering the sales staff should work for you.

It usually takes 3 weeks to process the title.  The process is when we get funded, we payoff the car through the floor plan company, then process the title with the state of ohio when we receive it, then it goes to the title office and then to the customer.

cant trust them and they will not work with you at all, low end dealer. They would not negotiate and did not even contact me after I left, the whole experience just felt like they did not want to sell me a van, but I should thank them because the next day I went to serpentini strongsville and purchased a van with more options and less miles and it was also cleaner and in better shape for just a little more money. When north coast said they would not budge with the price, they just lowered it online. Good luck staying In business working like that.
