Salesperson was nice, not too pushy but their inventory is made up of cars that have been in accidents. I looked at several VW Passats and 2 Accord Sports. All had poor paint jobs after repairs.

Went to the dealership to look at vehicle that had already been sold, yet we had an appointment and weren't contacted to say it was no longer available. Drove 2 hours with my one year old daughter in the car to see the vehicle, even spoke with a lady named Marissa 45 minutes prior to getting there to make sure we were still good for the appointment. She said yes and to just ask for Dimitry when I got there. I ask for Dimitry when I got there ten minutes early for my appointment. I sat there for 20 minutes before he came out and then was told the car got sold. Most of their lot looks like pieces of junk. It is kind of a hole in the wall dealership. Do not waste your time or gas money driving there. Dishonest dealership that just lies and probably posted the ad to just get people there. Will never deal here and will tell everyone I know not to as well.

Not a good experience. Bait and switch. They advertised the car which was an attractive deal - but when I stopped in the salesman made a big deal of doing a computer search of their inventory only to tell me they must have sold it. They had similar cars for $3000 more. A week later the car is still posted on Cargurus suckering people to the lot.

Went to the dealership twice to look at vehicles that had already been sold, yet we had an appointment and weren't contacted to say they were no longer available - once while we were on our way, and once not until we arrived. The drive to the dealership was 35 miles each way so we effectively wasted over two hours of time for no reason at all.

I met with Allen Allan and told him why I was there. He went and got the car I was interested in and my wife and I took it for a ride. I liked the car but it was the first one I'd looked over so I said I'd think about it. Allen was great! He didn't pester me but he kept in touch. As it turned out the car was bought by someone else. Not surprising...it was a really good deal. I just didn't want to buy the first car I looked at. You snooze, you lose!

Very crazy when you walk in. Dealers and desk all over the place with people. Then the car you are looking for has the dash taken off to put into another car that needed it. It will be a few days for the replacement part for that one. I was like what? Not sure where they get there cars, but they are cheaper for a reason. Hope you don't drive far to find out.

The Vehicle I wanted wasn't there after driving 25 or so miles. But they had 2 others. I looked at 2nd one I saw on lot. Good price,which said no accidents,also on line. Drove it and liked it, but a problem with seat. Dealer doesn't fix anything that will cost them money and DOESNT LOWER PRICES. Looked at car fax.On line said no accidents but, Dealer said, and Car Fax said 1 accident, MINOR damage. Looked further. MINOR ACCIDENT was paid out almost (12,000.00). People, Look at CAR FAX CAREFULLY.

I got a response by email on 6/29 saying that the seller would respond soon...but I am still waiting. I had called earlier the same day to see if the car was available for a test drive, and the rep sad she was familiar with the car but couldn't locate it in the inventory. She said she check on it and call me back shortly, but didn't ask for my number...I provided it before ending the call. I'm assuming they don't respond to emails or phone calls. I live over an hour away and don't want to drive up to look at car that isn't there.

They got back to me quickly with the questions I had. I did see a few problems with the truck and ask if they would work with me on orice. I was told they don't budge off of the listed price. A little surprised with that. The salesman told me they drop the price after 2 weeks on the lot and if it's there 2 more weeks it goes to auction. That answer really surprised me. Simply they would risk getting a lot less for the truck than to work out a deal with me.

The salesman had to put air in the tire before we could even drive it after waiting 20 min. for him to dig it out (58 PSI???). Truck had bird droppings all over it and was very dirty. All unpainted metal had severe corrosion and was told that this truck came from Canada and they don't use salt there. Bull I know several people from Canada and they do use salt and sodium chloride (which is worst by the way). This salesman was very untruthful (what a surprise). Wasted a four hour drive and they weren't even willing consider negotiating the price.

I had a good experience but my car fax reported an accident of minor damage to the rear of the car. But it looked fine. However it was rainy so a lot of cosmetic things were hard to see. Someone must have moved the car in the dealership and rubbed against something because there is a scrape on the passenger side. I know I purchased a used a car but next time I will check more closely. So know I have a car payment and a side of a car to fix. Plus it would have been nice if they cleaned the car out. Also, I was told the car has gotten an oil change which was completely false.

Went to this location on Sunday to test drive a vehicle that I found on cargurus.com. After a test drive, and having all my questions answered by Steve Green, I decided to purchase the vehicle. The sales manager Tony (don't remember his last name) worked really hard to find the best rates for financing this vehicle. Over all I was very impressed with these individuals specifically, and this dealership in general. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Inside of the building smelled like cigarettes. Felt sick by being in there. Vehicle that I tested drove had a dirty film all over the inside and smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in some time. Was told that it was normal for a vehicle of that year. The engine was dirty and the battery had an excessive amount of corrosion on it. Would not recommend this dealer or their vehicles.

Barely contacted me with an email- I wanted to buy this truck and had vague responses asking me to call. I've emailed them 8 times (two different people Deetra and Nicole) and called and left a voicemail with no response. Horrible- Why would I buy a car from them if they are too busy to respond? As a buyer I'm reaching out to them its probably the easiest sale you could have, but if you don't have time for me at the beginning that tells me buying a car from you will be a horrible experience!

Horrible, the guy helping me was all over the place he must have quadruple booked or something. No discretion whatsoever was able to hear sales personnel discussing other buyers in a very inappropriate manner if they gave a car to me I wouldn't go back!!!

Everyone was very friendly, and email correspondence was great. The only problem is that we were there for around 3 hours, mostly waiting on the finance department to approve the loan. It took forever, and I wasn't pleased with that. It also took 3 weeks for me to get my title, which makes it harder and more rushed to get plates for the car. The staff was amazing though, they were super friendly and very courteous.

The car had a previous accident on the CarFax so I asked for more details and all they said was that whatever was on the CarFax is the info they had also. I asked them to check out the car for me because I am from out of state and the only response I got was that the car looks great and to let them know when I can come in.

I received a card from a lady name Tanesha regarding north coast. I went online and they had a variety of cars. I emailed them in regards to an F150 and they reached back out immediately. I have to start off by saying I have not purchased a car yet. However when I do I plan on purchasing from North Coast. Somebody contacted me immediately to come view the vehicle I was looking at online. Although I did not make an appointment at that time I did however stop in when I had some time. The place was clean and everyone was professional. I had a few finance questions and I was able to talk with a lady name Tahnesha as well a man, who put me at ease. She was really courteous and knowledgeable. I look forward to coming back and purchasing a car.

Went for a test drive and the salesman knew nothing about Nissans and bashed foreign car brands. He couldn't answer hardly any of my questions and said he really didn't know much about Nissans. He knew I was coming for a test drive, so it seems he should have found out basics on that vehicle before I arrived if he had any hopes of a sale.

Sales person wasn't ready to see me when I got there although they had called to confirm my appointment. The car wasn't ready to show....in fact I think it had to be dug out of the snow. As I sat in their building I really thought I might have accidentally gone to the Social Security Administration's office instead. Not a good customer experience. That setup clearly works for them. Not for me.

Customer service is why I gave a 2 star because the 2 people who helped me were very friendly and nice. That being said, had come to an agreement on a price for a vehicle (40500) as I was several states away and was going to have my bank send wire transfer that day but before I could do it got a call ( within 30 min of last call) from the salesman who told me that the owner just sold the car for 41800. I do not understand why the salesman that I had talked to over the last couple days did not mention to the owner he was working with me. So if you work a deal do not expect them to follow thru if they have a chance to make more off someone else. Will never consider them again when getting something again.

Vehicle had about 1,000 more miles than advertised, damaged dash board which they fixed after I insisted, damaged front bumper which they drilled a hole in the back and pushed out the plastic. Still able to see the damage. Yes I know this is a used vehicle but they miss-advertised the vehicle. Yes they dropped the price very little. Wife likes the color and wanted the vehicle without trying to wait and find a better one. Purchased anyways and I'll just make the repairs myself.

Then I receive an email telling me my review was rejected because I basically gave my honest opinion. I'm not changing the way I feel and I will continue to post this every time they take it down! Told me the vehicle was like new clean and ready for delivery. Also told me that vehicle was never in accident. Drove 4 hrs vehicle was a mess. Carpets were dirty, trim pieces were missing headliner was scored and dirty and the rear end was repaired and repainted. The rear seats had stains on them and the rear panel had a hole the size of a fifty cent piece in it and the dome light cover was missing.This was after talking to four different salesmen and asking them the condition of the car in detail and all of them telling me it was in great condition. After all this they would not budge on the price. Don't believe them.

Terrible experience. Called ahead, drove over an hour to get there and they couldn't find the Jeep we were there to test drive. Said they didn't know where it was and tried to sell us something else. Waste of gas and time.

They got back in touch and set up an appointment. This place sells cars, a real volume place. The vehicle wasn't what I was looking for, but they did their job and not too pushy. Actually the salesman was VERY knowledgeable and helpful.

Very good price on vehicle. Very helpful and courteous. Buyers must understand this is not like the usual dealership experience. They are very high volume and the car might not be perfectly detailed when you see it. The salesperson also is very busy so you won't get as much attention and you may have to wait. However, if you want a good deal. There are many to be had here.

Contacted me within Minutes of my email , Gary set me up with Nicole G. the next morning . The Car I inquired about was not ready and Nicole showed the Same Model and Make with less miles and more options for a little bit more money. no pressure was put on me. test drove it and purchased the Vehicle that day. the entire Dealership was very helpful through the process. a very busy Dealership be prepared to spend quite a bit of time if you purchase a car there. only put $10.00 of gas in the car though and it was on empty. the only complaint I have regarding my experience.

I inquired about a vehicle and went to test drive it but once I got there I was told it sold. I had emailed earlier asking to he be notified if it sold before I got there. This never happened. Then they preceded to try to sell me any car they could. Everything seemed alright when I took a car out but upon further inspection I could see the vehicle had body work done. I asked about any previous accidents and was told it was involved in one. Based on the poor body work, that was supposedly done in house, I quickly decided this dealership was not the right choice for my next vehicle.

I visited the dealership and was very impressed with their customer service. I worked with Nick Baron and he was great! Answered all the questions i had quick and with honesty. Scheduled an apt. For noon and he even had the car pulled up for me and ready when i got there. Great guy to work with and i highly recommend him if you go in to look for a vehicle.

There was a lot of activity in the store and the car sales man did not have the full authority to handle offers and counter offers which delayed the negotiation process. I ended up not purchasing a vehicle.

Nick Ciocanelea was our salesman and he was very professional I would highly recommend him and would ask for him again,. However our closing was very poor quality due to about a 40 min wait period . We were very unhappy about how our experience ended. This really has a lot of room for improvement.

The worst place to buy car , they are dishonest they will lie to you all the time about important info on the car or disclosure. The cars are not well inspected. No professional mechanics And Eric the finance manager terrible lier and if you buy a car with problems them your screw cause they won't help you. So if it is the last place on earth to get a car I will walk or take buses. Cause I had the worst experience off my life there.

I contacted North Coast Auto Mall, filled out an application and they were excited to get the process going. I live 4 hours away, so we were trying to get things moving so I could make arrangements to come see and so they could see my trade in and spoke to them at least 3 times that day with them working on details. They were all excited to help me until they found out how much owed on my trade in, then I did not hear from them for over a day. Well, I was planning on driving that day to look at it, but 24 hours went by and I had to contact them and was told that the finance manager never got back to them. Long story short, they sold the car to someone else that day, knowing I would have driven 4 hours that same day. Again, almost 24 hours went by and I got a message saying it was sold to someone else. I feel like I was swept under the carpet because of my trade in, which was very unprofessional.

the car was in horrible conditions and they were not willing to negotiate fixing the problems before selling the car... the car was priced at a perfectly running car inside and out and that was not the case. the car needed a new rear end, brakes, and rear tires. i was very unha;ppy after driving over 180 miles eager to buy the car and then get disappointed when this was the car that was presented to me... and them not willing to compromise on the price. i think they took in the car not knowing what was wring with it and they were just trying to pawn it off on to some poor soul who wouldn't know better. i feel sorry for the person who does buy that car it has been treated like garbage.

I called about an SUV.... When I ask about the car fax they told me everything was good on it and it was the most basic of basic car fax.... When I insisted that they email me a copy, it was listed as stolen for 6 months!?!?! I would not call that a basic car fax! Needless I say I went somewhere else to purchase my vehicle!!

The deal was great online and the website was well put together. They were very quick to respond to our inquiry, but then everything fell apart! I scheduled an appointment to see the car, they put me on the wrong day so when I showed up at the correct date and time the staff was extremely rude! They acted put out that we had bothered them and we waited 45 minutes before we were helped! We would've left but we had driven an hour to get there. Then after we finally test drove the car I fell in love and wanted to take it home. We sat to make a deal and I was very clear about what I wanted for my trade and what I wanted my payment to be. The salesman agreed and went to talk to "his boss"... They came back 3000 low on the trade and $200 high on the payment with no explanation other than "we are a wholesaler and if you don't like it just try to find a better deal we are the cheapest in the nation, so good luck". We left. If they had just been a bit nicer I would have my new car!! Then to top it off they called me a few days later saying they're sorry I missed my appointment and to call back to reschedule! WHAT A JOKE!

Empty gas tank. Needed a oil change. Missing antenna and called numerous intestines to see if they could replace it. They said they would call me back and five days later I have heard nothing. Wouldn't go back even for a good deal

This was one of the trashier dealers that I have seen, and although they do have some good deals on some cars, they don't pay fair prices for trade-ins. Just be sure to do your homework before going there so you don't get cheated. My wife and I were very disappointed with our experience.

stated that he needed a 400 dollar deposit but that would not necessarily hold the vehicle because he had 2 other "appointments" that needed to be honored this week.....come on man!!!

The sales lady was very nice, however the whole thing was a complete waste of my time. The Cadillac I was interest in seeing was way over priced for the condition it was in. The pictures online did not convey that properly at all. The SUV was filthy inside, they never bothered to even clean it out at all. There even was junk left from the previous owner inside like old water. When I brought that to the attention of the saleslady, she just smiled and acted like nothing was out of the ordinary. Wonder if they never clean any car out by that reaction. The interior of the car was trashed like pop exploded all over the SUV's carpet or something. I feel like the pictures online were a bit dishonest. A complete waste of an hour and a half drive just to get there. I also feel the internet when you look them up puts you in mind of a normal dealership, but actually it is more like a JD Byrider place instead. If I would of known that ahead of time I also would not of went there at all. Like I said the saleslady was nice and not pushy at all, however I was very unimpressed with this dealership, never would go back again.

The salesman I did the transaction with was named Michael. He was a young guy 29 years old. He was the typical salesman- A LIAR! I drove four hours to the dealership we had agreed on a price for the vehicle when I sat down to do the paperwork the price was marked up $500 more than what we agreed. They agreed to take the $500 off but then tried to add another $500 in bank fees. When I told them to give me my $15,000!!!! Down payment back and I was leaving the dealership of course they agreed to eat the bank charge themselves. The salesmen Michael told me the car had been detailed twice. LIES!!! There were cigarette carton wrappers in the car and someone had smoked in it. The car was still dirty and the windows had streaks in it. Me and Michael went over the car fax over the phone. he told me the car had been in a minor fender bender to the rear of the car. LIES!! when i looked at it myself the damage was to the front of the vehicle which made me worry there might be structural damage. I specifically asked him was there damage to the front and he said no! He is a flat out liar! If you go here do NOT deal with Michael as your salesman. I would recommend Alex. When I took the car for a test drive it was on reserve fuel. Michael assured me he would fill the tank up. At the end of the day the tank was still on E so another car salesment took it to the gas station and came back with it ONLY half way filled up! This is a Mercedes Benz we are talking about!!! I have never experienced buying a new car and not receiving a full tank of gas. I complained to the manager who then filled the gas tank up. Isabella in finance was a nice lady, the manager John was ok but Michael was horrible!!! This was not a pleasant car buying experience SMH

I WAS given a car fax for another Ford Fusion which I had to point out to the gentleman I was talking with. He did figure the sales tax wrong twice. It was finally figured by another individual. I was told it would only take and hour or so to fix the bumper. The dealer can refute all he wants to but I stand by my comments. Also I did NOT receive and email from the dealer about my comments.

They had a 2008 Toyota highlander for an amazing price of $12000! Because the going rate for that car is at least $20 I emailed to see if there was anything wrong with it other than the visible floor mat stains. (I put a false phone number bc I didn't want them calling me non stop about "other" cars they had. An employee emails me back saying "please give us a valid number to discuss further details". I then check the price a couple days and it was now $18,000!!! That is so unprofessional to think people won't buy based on a low price. So he just lost himself a sale!

I had a brief encounter with this dealership, representative gave me valuable advice. I was impressed with his willingness to assist. I anticipated good things coming from doing business with this dealer, but I was fortunate to find something much closer to my BR, LA home. I didn't have to pay a shipping cost.
