They were shady with trade told us we were getting more until the paper work came out and I happened to Catch they were giving us less then refused to change it only a 200$ difference but they were shady about the whole thing, had good experience ruined. Wouldn’t recommend coming here

Went to look at 2015 chevy equinox w/ 22k miles. Salesperson grabbed wrong equinox for test drive, was defensive about it when I brought it up when I returned from test drive. He brought around the right car the second time, though. Both equinoxes had filthy interiors. While inspecting the 22k miles equinox I was interested in, I encountered a foul smell in the rear of the vehicle. In both vehicles, there were streaks of dirt on the back of the seats, grime built up in the cupholders, and dirt on the floors. When I returned from the test drive, I explained I had applied for financing already, and that my apr was 3.74%. I wanted to know if they could meet or exceed that. Rather than hearing my question as asking for ballpark estimates on financing, the salesman insisted that the only way they could *truly* tell would be if they had me apply for financing. Predictably, they could not meet my existing financial offer. Instead of communicating what typical financing offers look like (there are thresholds for every financier, and other dealerships have been frank with me), everyone's time was wasted. Finally, the salesman made no effort to suss out my intention or interest. I understand sales is an emotionally demanding job, but I made my intent known several times: I was not looking to make a purchase, I wanted to gather information. I was comparing offers. I liked the car I came to look at. It is on my list of "take to a mechanic I trust" cars for an inspection. But I didn't feel comfortable dealing with this group. I did not feel heard.

Received templated, cut-n-paste email replies. Also, spoke with 2 agents by phone, in addition to the Finance Manager by phone. I expressed interest in this car and even 2 hours prior to making the hour+ drive to the dealer with my wife, I was led to believe by the Finance Manager that the car was waiting for me to test drive. When my wife and I arrived, we met with the agent; no smile, very arrogant, behaving like he was doing US a favor by taking time to meet us. Then, as we were sitting, he asked what we wanted to do. Strange question, given that we had a 1:30 appt with him. Then, he said that the car we were interested in sold the night before by a different agent. No apologies, no remorse, no embarrassment. Just stated the fact, then tried to get us to consider an OLDER model, with MORE miles and with a significantly HIGHER sticker price! We test drove it about 1 mile, returned it and informed him that it was out of our budget. He seemed miffed about this. Kept us waiting around while he remained AWOL. He returned to tell us that on a approx. $11,500.00 car, that he would knock off $200.00. We declined. We decided to leave. He never said, "Thank you", "Sorry", never smiled...nothing. He didn't even see us to the door. My wife and I will never purchase a car from this dealership, regardless of price. This isn't really a "dealership" as what one might conjure up in their imagination. It's more like a hectic, disorganized, fast-food operation with our salesman having a "Tell me 'Yes', tell me 'No', hurry up, I gotta go!" attitude. It was a wasted 110-mile trip. Part of this was my fault because I didn't heed my gut instinct to pass on this dealership after reading the mixed reviews. Don't make the mistake I made. "Learn from the mistakes made by others because you will not live long enough to make them all yourself."

Quick to answer my inquiry. The car was waiting when I arrived Sales team was professional. Trade in allowance was where it needed to be after a few rounds of haggeling. Sales manager was nice and not pushy and made the deal happen which is all you can ask. I would shop there again if I needed a car.

Overall selection was very nice. Unfortunately my schedule time also had two other people with the same salesman. We were shuffled from his desk to the waiting room back-and-forth and ultimately I went elsewhere. Also the car I was looking at was not detailed and had been on the lot for eight weeks.

We went in for a different car which we were not approved for. The sales guy helped us find another vehicle i put a down payment to hold the car for the next day. When we drove the car the next day there was multiple issues with the car and it took us 3 days to even get them to process the return for the down payment

This was not a pleasing experience. Even though I had set an appointment to view this car, it was in the showroom when we arrived and it took about 30 minutes for them to figure out how to move it out so I could take it for a test drive. In examining the car, it was obvious it had been in an accident: the right front quarter panel was not lined up, so the repairs had obviously been poorly done. When we asked to see the Carfax report, it turned out the car had been in a head-on collision with a pole, activating the airbags. The "one owner" had turned out to be a lease company in Louisiana, so there was also the risk it had flooded. There were too many red flags for me to consider this car, and the salesman was not responsive to my concerns. I have talked to North Coast Auto Mall since, and have expressed these concerns to them.

Dealer contacted quickly but was not willing to negotiate a price online. They insisted that I come to the dealership before they would discuss any prices beyond what was posted online. I was not willing to make a long drive to the dealer without knowing what the final price would be.

After making contact with the dealership, the sales rep stated the vehicle we found on CarGurus was never posted on that site. However, it was posted on that site because that was the way I first got a hold of the dealership through email. The details on the vehicle were not correct. After calling the dealership, I was told someone would call back that evening with answers to my questions, but no call returned even after placing another call to the dealership two days later. I sent an email with detail questions about the vehicle and the sales rep never answered my questions back through email only to respond with the vehicle is here. Through all of the miscommunication between the online auto sources and after finally speaking to the sales rep, we decided not to travel to purchase the vehicle. If the information was correct online, we would have made a purchase.

Was interested in a vehicle they had listed. Had to make an appointment to see the car. I showed up on time and noticed their lot was so full there was literally no place to park. I had to pull in grass on a rainy day. My wife and I walking all the way getting wet. Once at the main entrance (which looks like a locked old side door) there was 3 different employees smoking directly outside it so every time you open the door the smoke goes straight in. Needless to say, given the first impressions of this place and the people working in it I saw the person I was scheduled to see and told him I’d just rather not deal with them. They really need to work on curb appeal if they care about customers

Do yourself a favor.. if it looks too good to be true then it is. Contacted Dealer about interest in specific vehicle via chat. Next day price increased $500. Carfax provide did not include salvage title, or structural damage on vehicle. I recommend VIN look up on AutoCheck for peace of mind. Spoke to Stephanie.

I was asked to put 300 dollars down to reserve the car in order to make a machanic check. They said they will fix the problems on their own expenses if any issues found. Then the results came back with items over 1000 dollars repair, they rejected to fix and kicked me out of the door. Not much credit. They said they would return reserve money after I made many contacts with them. The sales was not professional at all. He got pissed off when I just asked if the price could be cheaper, which is a very normal question from any customer.

Awful ! They are liars. They change the price from what is listed on cargurus! It was listed for one price on car guru, called and they said it was 1,400 more! They said they had a ton of offers it was going to sell the next day. I’ve been getting emails and phone calls for the entire week after. Horrible horrible place! Stay away

Called this company and got a price for a vehicle that included all of there fees. I received a price via text. I made an appointment. Went to the bank got a cashier check for the price given to me. Drove almost three hours to get to the sales lot. Take the vehicle for a test drive and absolutely loved the vehicle. Arrived back to the sales lot and start paperwork and they changed the agreed upon price.

They contacted me quick, which was great. Once I actually arrived there it only got better. Moe was the best, he made it a quick process and explained everything step by step. I love my new 2008 BMW X6! I would add extra stars if I could. Moe let me test drive it as soon as I told him that's the one, he's a real cool down to earth guy which made it a pleasure, not a hassle. When it was time for me to take my new ride home, Moe got it detailed and provided me with two gas cards to fuel up! My vehicle still has that showroom shine! Moe is a major asset at North Coast Auto Mall located in Akron, OH. I will continue to go there when I decide to shop for another vehicle. Car sale went quick but had minor repairs that needed done took a week to finally get the vehicle would make plans to go get vehicle every day but would get a late afternoon call stating it wasn't done after sale was made the dealership did not make a push to get the car fixed in a timely manner and for our troubles they gave us a five dollar gift card for gas when we live an hour away not a good experience for a first time car buyer

I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. They are dishonest. They called me and told me I had to have an appointment so I made one. I showed up for my appointment and the sales associate did not show up. Another associate helped me and when they pulled up the car there was a 6 inch hold in the side of the back bumper. This was never shown in pictures of the car. When I spoke with the dealership on the phone the day before I asked if there was any body damage and they assured me there was not. I flew from Colorado to buy this car which is why I wanted to be extra sure there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I was assured time and time again that it was in perfect condition. I was not going to buy a car with body damage in it and when I told them I would not be test driving or buying this car they were rude and told me goodbye. I cannot express my dissatisfaction enough.

TL:DR: Pros: Good at initiating contact, some good deals listed Cons: Uninterested / unprofessional salesman, sketchy car, resistance to giving more info on vehicle Dealership was good at making initial contact, however when we arrived the service was pretty sub-par. The associate who met with us at the dealership immediately lost all interest once he heard we weren't sure we were interested in buying at that moment, as we were mulling over options. He pulled the car up that we were interested in. We asked a few questions about the vehicle and we got pretty generic answers ("yeah, they're good" when asked about reliability, etc). He then left us by ourselves outside to look at the vehicle as he went inside to sit at his desk. Looking through the vehicle was fine, it was a used, wholesale vehicle, however the dealership really didn't put much effort into it; this was compounded by the fact we found very sensitive personal information about the previous owner with the cars manual (might want to check that out). The car was selling with 70k miles on it. All the vehicle registrations including the most current reflected a reading of only 11k. We also saw some maintenence records in the car suggesting that breaks and things needed to be replaced. When we asked the salesman (sitting at his desk) he replied "it's a wholesale car, you get what you get", "we can fix little things like that if it's a big deal" and he made sure to let us know that "[he] would sell that vehicle in 20-30 days" as if to say there was really no point in us looking. We were so put off by his attitude that we didn't even consider staying to look at other options. Avoid if possible.

When my husband called to ask about a car, the sales lady was very nice but couldn't answer all his questions so she said he'd need to speak to the manager, she transferred the call and when my husband spoke with the manager he said "you need to talk to a sales rep!" (In a very rude tone) and when my husband told him she had sent him to the manager he said "I don't have time for this!" Really?! You don't have time for a customer? 1. Why did you answer the phone? 2. We will gladly spend more money elsewhere!

I had a car picked out. This dealer is two hours away from my home but I really liked the car. I was in contact with Stephanie the entire time, they got quick correspondence from my bank for me to get the loan, everything. The day that I worked out with them to come look at it (with the mindset of buying) they told me they had just sold it. Then had the decency to ask me to look for something else. I smphasized multiple times I live over two hours away and wanted that car. They were going to sell it that day. This dealership does not worry about selling YOU a car, they are simply after getting their money. Which I can understand being a car dealership. However they knew I was going to make the trek for this vehicle and sold it out from under me. No I will not be looking for another vehicle on your lot. Not worth it for you to hold on to a car for me, not worth it for me to drive two hours to get one from you.

They Emailed me saying they would help and after enormous amount of emails asking if they would indeed help they never got back to me. I even tried calling them numerous times and nothing. At one point I spoke to one guy at the dealer and he eventually hung up on me. I called him back and he even admitted he hung up on me. The sales person that hung up on me was Bertan. Truth be told when I spoke to Bertan I was frustrated no doubt about it, but I kept asking him a question and he ignored me every time. He absolutely did not care about anything I was saying and simply wanted my name and number so he could be done with me. I even pointed that out to him and he agreed. 10 points for honesty I guess... I went as far as reaching out to another person at the dealership her name was Marilyn, and she told me she was so sorry about my troubles, and she would help and get someone to contact me. This was really nice of her. One to email me, and one to apologize for the troubles, but sadly again they never contacted me at all. I have never seen a company who was not interested in sales, and flat out completely ignore a potential customers. Out of frustration I took time off of work to go see them in person since they refused to help me any other way, and I did meet the Sales manager Ameer. What a great guy. Personable friendly, talkative and genuine, but he does not handle sales directly. I have mixed feeling if I would go back. Ameer and the person he passed me on too Stephanie was really great, but until that point my experience was horrible until I showed up in person. My worry is what would happen if I buy a car from them and I can't deal with Ameer of Stephanie. .

Slow or no response. Automated emails at 2am asking if I'm still interested when I had emailed and texted the day before asking for more info, but never heard back. When they did respond a few days later there was no apology given, only the excuse that they were very busy. Most of their cars have previous accidents, which I was unaware of.

I called to inquire about a car and asked if it had a Carfax. I was then transferred to a gentleman and asked him if he had a Carfax for this particular vehicle. I heard a pause for about 5 seconds or so then a "click". Really??? I read a lot of bad reviews about this place, but thought I would give them a chance. Glad I didn't make the trip.

My experience was terrible, the car we were looking at was a 2013 Acura TSX, the sales person didn't know we were at his desk so we waited to be taken care of for fifteen minutes. The communication there between the clerk and sales person not great. We waited all together like three hours, my time and money are as valuable as any. We inquired about the price of the car and the salesperson laught, first mistake, the picture on line shows a car in perfect condition well it was far from perfect, second mistake. The car had a cracked front bumper and the rear bumper was scraped really bad. The car fax shows a clean car fax but it's not clean. This information about the cracked bumper is not disclosed on line nor the car fax. The sales person couldn't find the car in the lot, we couldn't drive the car because parts were missing from the car. The manager was rude and very unprofessional. They did not want to negotiate the price but never gave us any information regarding this automobile, we asked questions and what we were told from the manager was "why are you busting my chops". Very unprofessional. We walked away, will not recommend to anyone, very rude and unprofessional.

I didn't buy the car in this ad because it had some damage to the front end. left and salesman said he would look for another one.He found a comparable one at another one of their dealerships and I bought it the next day. It is very busy and took several hours to close the deal. That was the only negative in the experience.

They called to confirm my appointment to look at a certain car, and I confirmed. I informed them I was actually coming in 5 minutes because I was able to take off work early. They called back 2 minutes later to tell me they actually sold that car already. BUT previously confirmed my appointment 2 minutes before this, to look at this car the following morning. I drove over an hour to see this exact car, and they would've wasted my time by having me come in to look at a car they already sold.

Vehicle was already sold when we got there. We drove over an hour to get there and wasted a Saturday morning. We had asked them the day before we went to let us know if it had sold, however they didn't let us know. One of the salesman was initially arguing with me about when our appointment was supposed to be. The manager did give us a $20 gas card for the gas we wasted, however we still wasted a Saturday. I won't ever go back to this dealership.

As a retired auto manufacture manager, my experience with this dealership was a little disappointing. It may have been because it was a holiday weekend, but the transaction seemed to take an inordinate amount of time. Tyler & the rest of the personnel were cordial. My opinion is based on the fact that I drove 300 miles to do business with them, plus I doubt there were few others, besides me, who walked in the door that day with cash; which I know in the car business is a dirty word.

Drove 2 hours only for one salesman to start a very loud public argument with another salesman all because he says he sent me an email that I never received...i just wanted to buy a car and I didn't care who my salesman was. It was embarrassing to witness with my child in tow. Then they ran my credit after I had already decided I was not sticking around to buy a car and walked out the door. I would not waste y time again no matter how great a deal.

Great dealership to work with! They answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. There was no pressure. They sent us pictures and videos of the vehicle we ultimately purchased. The team even arranged for transport from Ohio to Texas. The vehicle exceeded all of our expectations! Kudos to Zach and the rest of the team!

After I inquired about the vehicle, I received tons of randomly generated emails, after responding to a few of them no one ever called me about the vehicle I was actually asking about. I gave up trying after I had reached two different salesmen through email, stating specifically what I wanted to look at.

Responded quickly. Despite some of these ratings... We got our truck way below value, showed us the clean car fax, and werent pushy on making us decide. Only down side was we were at the dealership for 6 hours that day signing for it. We would deal with Ameer again & have referred 2 friends to him already.

I can't really give them a fair rating, since I really didn't do business with them. They seemed to be very polite and the vehicle I went to see was actually there.

They contacted me within a few hours and provided the requested Carfax. Unfortunately the Carfax revealed structural damage to the vehicle. The dealer description of the vehicle didn't indicate any issues.

Tyler gets 5 stars but the rest of the dealership is fair at best. I was there several times after the initial visit and was never offered any help. Then when I asked for the person that helped me the first time, I was directed to his desk and they would find him. Well about 20 min later, I approached someone else and they contacted him. The first person never contacted him. My time is valuable too people. If you don't want my money, I'll take it elsewhere. They were also selling a car the had been in an accident, that was not obvious unless you really looked at it. Tyler knew the car would be driven by my new driver son and wouldn't even allow us to look at it due to its accident history. Thank you for that Tyler!! What dealer sells a car like that in good conscience?!?

They proclaim lower prices than competition but in actuality their prices are the same as other's. The BIG difference is the others have a warrantee. This company lists all vehicles "As Is"! This is not comparable in any manner. They must think that people are stupid?

They tell you a car is there and when you go in and drive for an hour they say we just sold it. No phone call at all even though they tell you they will call if it sells. Then when you get there and the car is gone they as if you want to look at there selection. Mostly its jay bait to get you in so they can sell you something else. Plus. The office area is like a bad laundry matte. Dirty and just plain in professional.

Terrible customer service. Asked some specific questions about a vehicle, and I received a reply from Stephanie that stated "If I can answer any other questions, please let me know". She never answered any of my questions, and after I tried to reach her on the phone number she supplied, I never received any response to that either. At this point I was done with this dealership, and moved on and purchased a car later on that day from Crestmont Cadillac.

I called before I made the one hour drive about a 2013 Volkswagon jetta sport wagon se w/sunroof listed at about $17,000 with 13,000 miles. It had been a rental. Long story short it didn't exist. I did make an offer on the 2013 Jetta sport wagon s without sunroof or any other bells and whistles that come with the se. They turned me down and asked me to leave. Can't recommend this place. Horrible.
