I contacted the dealership in advance regarding the exact price for which they were selling the vehicle. I stated I was paying in cash and needed this information for the cashiers check I would be using to purchase the car. The internet team that I was in contact with were very friendly and helpful. They quoted me a price of less than $42,000. I said I would round the check up to $42,000 to cover any unexpected fees so I would be able to drive the vehicle home that day. When I got to the dealership, after the long drive from the DC area, I was a bit fatigued. It turned out I was not able to coordinate a ride so I would not be able to drive the vehicle home that day anyway. I did however want to complete the deal so I wouldn’t miss this opportunity since my previous two attempts were rendered unsuccessful after I was on my way to purchase the vehicle both times. I just wanted to make certain this time I would close the deal first and get it home later. As I entered the dealership, I asked for the person I had been in contact with via email. I was told they were at another location as part of the internet team. The transaction went down hill and off the tracks from there. I told the sales person my story and how I had made the cashiers check more than the price quoted me by the internet team and he informed me it was not enough. I would need an additional $500 Again I mentioned I had expressly rounded up to the nearest one thousand dollars to alleviate this possibility from occurring. He insisted the price would be $500 more. I should have walked away at that point, but after my previous experience and the long drive, I acquiesced and paid the additional fee. I was asked to test drive but I declined. I stated I did however want to inspect the vehicle. During my inspection I discovered the vehicle did not have any mats at all. I also discovered the car had not been cleaned at all. Again they knew I was an hour’s drive away and they had time to wipe the car down or clean it up for the new owner. They chose not to. When I came back two days later, with a ride, I was prepared to drive the vehicle off the lot, after all I had fully paid for it. I inquired about the the mats and a spare key and I was informed the the car was sold as is. When I mentioned I had actually seen two vehicles at the same time initially, but since Norris contacted me first that’s why I was there. The other dealership had contacted me during this time to notify me the other vehicle was still available and it had mats and was being sold st a lesser price. I stated that since I was still within my five day window and had not driven the car off the lot, I wanted to rescind my offer and get my check back. I was then told that I would only be able to exchange vehicles and not get my check back. After much consternation, I reluctantly agreed to drive the vehicle home at which point I discovered the gas tank was not full No mats, no spare key and no full tank... THANKS NORRISS FOR A CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER FORGET

No connection between sales and internet dept, had already made offer on vehicle and even after purchasing one was still getting emails about coming to see vehicle? Price was reasonable after much shopping for similar vehicle both in person and in a national and local online search. Dealership under construction for some time now, used car sales appears to be sharing same area with new car in old dealership building yet service is down the road working outta a trailer at another building being built..It was very disorganized, Salesperson although kind and friendly apparently never sold used vehicle before only new, wasn't aware of the AutoConnect certified pre-owned program in which they advertise as the "Norris Certified Pre- owned"offer vs a what a supposed non certified dealer includes in a used vehicle sale. Initially were told the things they advertise for there Pre owned vehicles were only for used Acura's or new vehicles they sold. Had to to show sales person their web site and that its says any vehicle sold by them, then ask about each item they include with Certified Pre-owned vehicle inc things like 12 mth warranty, Roadside assistance, XM radio trial,VIP Extra Mile reward plan etc to find out how they work. Still at the time of pickup was uncertain about some of these services referred us to service which caused us to have to drive up the road to the trailers to find out how a few of these things worked. Service looked at us like we were talking alien and had no clue, eventually advised us was new program, we needed to wait a week till sale was processed online and then go to some web site for info? Apparently its some new program for non Acura vehicles their adding into computer we were told? So we left with no spare tire now and no Roadside Assistance info or number to call... a concern for me as a cancer pt. Originally was advised by sales the vehicle had the more expensive push button start, and a real compact spare, only to discover the start and stop push button is missing and after purchase a last minute quick check under vehicle spare tire making having access and info for roadside assistance all the more important to us. Advising us spare with cage cover would cost approx $600.00 ! Finance, Paid cash via bank check and credit card, yet we were asked to fill out credit application and give SSN, employer etc which I do not do after having credit compromised previously. This seemed to create another concern, Interior required attention by detailing dept. Asked 4x to have the fingerprints, pencil marks removed from visors and roof header..its still there..Interior had a white stuff in various areas on seats and doors on the leather asked 3x to have cleaned up and still have issues with it. Small things but they mean a lot to me. No follow up call after purchase to see if any concerns or issues...not required but given all the issues would be nice to have received.. Based on the above experience most likely would not return for service or purchase of another vehicle unfortunately.

Awesome dealership, could have more curtesy to new customers! Especially when u walk in. But overall a very nice place to do business.

Overall it was a good experience. My sales person, Mike White, was very personable and professional. Their Finance Dept. was very good as well. They were able to give me a better rate for a longer period than my credit union was offering. The only negative was the vehicle was offered as being "Certified", but I was told by the Sales Manager that the pricing of the vehicle was incorrect on the car gurus website, the dealerships own website and through a personal email from the dealership from their online consultant, and if I wanted it "Certified" I would have to pay $1,400 extra for the certification. I declined the extra money, and hopefully doesn't come back to bite me in the butt. Overall I love the truck and I hope it gives me many years of service. This review would have been a slam dunk five stars if I could delete the sneaky "Certified" thing. Just didn't like the mild "bait and switch" tactic, but they did honor the price minus the certification. Thanks Mike. When I need another vehicle, I will give you a ring.

Good price and decent experience overall. Salesman was very prompt responding to my questions and sending me pictures. I knew he would probably not have the same discerning eye as me but there were a couple flaws I didn't expect - including no owner's manual, no floor mats and only one key. Not show stoppers, but I felt somewhat stuck since I had a cashiers check and had flown in to buy the vehicle. The word back to me after I asked for some monetary compensation was the car was being sold "as is." They said they weren't making any money on the car. Well, perhaps next time make sure it has all the basics or at least be up front that those things are not there. Again, it didn't stop me from buying the car and the salesman was very nice about the whole situation, but I still felt a bit awkward and so did he. The car had been on their lot for over two months and obviously needed to move so I thought even a nice gesture to send me the items or a couple hundred to compensate for the missing items would have gone a long way. Especially since there were a couple of body flaws someone had tried to paint over that were not identified before I came in. Finally, the salesman seemed like he was doing his best and was very apologetic about not seeing the flaws and telling me beforehand as well as the missing items, but these are things that shouldn't be missed, regardless of how many cars are on their lot.

Salesman very pushy. Tried to persuade me to buy a different car, even though I wanted a Challenger, with a Hyundai being a distant second. Said I should come down to the dealer because Hyundai's were flying off the lot. If they're flying off the lot, why does he need me?

Dealer was not willing to work with me. They wasted my time. I was told on the phone by The internet person that I called, they were willing to make a deal. They need to sell cars as it was the middle of the month. Buyers beware so they don't waste your time.
