The dealer contacted me shortly after my inquiry and sent photos and additional information. We ended up purchasing a 2017 XC60 T5 AWD which was a better size for us. Niello has been outstanding to deal with. No pressure whatsoever! They even spent an hour going over the car with us upon delivery to make certain that we knew how to operate the vehicle. I am not even kidding when I say that this is by far the best dealership I have ever stepped foot in! And trust me when I say in the last 2 weeks of car shopping I have stopped by and or called over a dozen dealerships! Mary was the first sales women to answer the phone and we immediately clicked! I was originally looking to buy a Ford Fusion and met with Mary to drive it. There was a family already there looking at the fusion when I arrived and they said yes to buying before I could. It was a blessing in disguise because I kept searching car gurus and searched other lots for a fusion until I finally decided I needed an SUV not another sedan. Low and behold I come across a Chevy equinox on car gurus and it just happened to be at the niello lot where I met with Mary the first time. So I searched through my text messages to find her number and even with the first appointment canceled and the second one delayed she was so patient with me when I finally made it down there to check out the Chevy. I'm so glad I finally got down there because I fell in love with everything about the Chevy Equinox and purchased!! From the awesome sales women Mary to the awesome finance guy Jaime the experience was better than any experience at a dealership!

It was great. from a lovely young woman salesperson to a finance person who was also a woman. Best experience I've had buying a car. No muss, no fuss. The women actually listen and don't try to push you into anything.

A good place to begin a search. Very low pressure, really no pressure at all. Very patient sales reps, willing to spend time and answer questions. Very accommodating on providing carfax info (if needed). Jorgen is specially helpful if you wish to consider a Volvo.
