Please make sure this is posted. My experience
with this dealer was horrible I contacted
Stephanie about a Chevy Cruze she had listed for
sale I asked her if she still had the car for sale and
she told me the car was still available I told her
that I was about to drive 2.5 hours to purchase
the car she offered to send me her email contact
information and also sent me a total price for the
vehicle. On the way I contacted her again by
phone to let her no that I was in route she again
reassured me that everything was in order. When
my wife and I arrived to our surprise Stephanie
told us that the car had been sold! Not just before
we arrived but two days earlier nonetheless.
Remember we just drove 2.5 hours she quickly
tried to sell us a Nissan.Im sure that you all no
what my comment to that was. Hope this keeps
someone from getting scammed like we did.
Word of mouth is the best advertisement and I
would advise all of you not to waste your time on
'this dealership!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My rating is a 0

Wouldnt budge an inch..Bought another car elsewhere,they wanted to deal..Napleton deals with mercedes so there nose is in the air..

Dan was a tremendous help in getting everything I needed to get into the vehicle I wanted. It was a long distance transaction and he was able to get everything done and approved via telephone and email. Once I got there I took it for a test drive and it was better than I had hoped for. Just a few minutes to sign paperwork and get it ready for the road and I was on my way. Thanks Dan

The car was priced at $12,491 I told them was looking at a similar car $11500 they dropped price to$11,796 then gave me a quote sheet and had $685 Charge for Reconditioning Fee which I said I'm not paying a cheap dealer markup fee that killed the deal for me I walked out
