Really good at first....once all the smoke was blown they couldn't follow through and make a deal in the end. When I spoke with the manager he seemed ok with his employees being late to a meeting and telling me things they would do for me and then try and go back on their word. All in all ended up a really bad experience and probably won't shop smaller dealerships anymore because of this one.

Honestly this is what happened first of all the customer lived 2 hours away and we did everything by phone which we got him approved and then he tells us that his trade in would not be ready for two weeks well that kind of killed the deal but then i decided to go ahead and do the deal as long as he brought the title to trade in and we did all the paperwork so that was agreed on so my employees drove out the next morning to deliver the vehicle and have him sign the paperwork well he calls the dealership and wants to know how far out the guys r and we told him 30 minutes he then said i am going
