The sales experience was excellent! The business and financing went flawlessly. And I got a reasonable trade for my car. The only thing was the car had 6k miles instead of 5k. Not sure if that was the dealers error or CarGurus.

Honestly my wife and I did most of the work for these guys as far as researching price before buying it. We knew we probably were going to buy the specific truck so the sales didn't have to be pushy or anything. I'm only giving a 5 star because the price was that much better than everyone else AND they got us an even cheaper interest rate on our loan... which was suprising.

Went to see a truck from this site, but when it wasn't available they did have a couple more for me to look at. I did end up buying one of those trucks. Good selection. Great sales team. Parts and service have also been great!

My experience with the salesman was good. My interaction with the rest of the dealership was at or below average. I bought a used car from them. The car had a locking roof rack which they did not have the keys for. They told me they would get the keys from the previous owner. They didn't and refused to cover the cost of new keys. Other than that, it was about what you would expect in purchasing a used car.

Dealer was really great about contacting me with follow up. I will purchase the car I wanted as soon as the recall work is completed. My salesman Jon D answered all my questions and was good to work with. The price I got for the trade in was fair and the price of the new car was very good. I will go back to this dealership again. There was no high pressure selling.

Good experience with Bryan Sarabia, Richard and Finance guy. The dealer responded to my email request in minutes. We did the typical car dealer dance but they were courteous and fair and made sure we left happy. Upsells were suggested but I did not feel pressured to purchase them. I purchased what I wanted and so far I'm satisfied.

A women contacted me. She didn't know anything about the car. The first question I ask her, she said she had to get back to me because she had to ask the manager, because she didn't know. Then she called me back and said yes it was an automatic transmission and then I asked her another question and she hung up on me. She probably didn't know that answer either.

Although we were looking for a bargain lot car for our needs at this time we were treated with respect and were not treated like a lesser citizen for not buying a new or expensive car, As a sales person myself,you can never underestimate what a clients needs are now or in the future. John Calvin was a true professional! Although we bought from another of your locations - that would not have happened if we were treated poorly by John. 5 stars for John keeping a client in the family.

Went to go look at a car that I was interested in, when I got there they just sold the car. they were very helpful except when we were trying to find a new used car. Said "he wasn't interested in selling me anything used" as a first time car buyer that really drove me away from looking at anything else they had.

The sales men was very helpful.He would have gone as far as to get the car i was looking for from another store, But the other stores salesperson called me and said if i would need this car i needed to go to his store. It made me fill that i needed to go thur him and not the other sales person i was talking to to start with. get it together Guys.
