The salesman was a nice guy but the manager was very mean an unprofessional...i went there to just test drive a car, i told them i was looking at several cars and i would make my decision in a day or 2 but when i asked to see a carfax report he said to come "back another day when you are ready to buy a car". he said he wasn't going to "waste money" by printing out a carfax report for me and he wouldn't let me test drive the car because it would "waste money on gas" .. after i looked at the car there was evidence that it was in a very bad accident (white residue from body work done on the car)

do your research on this dealer, i went in looking for a 2015 Volkswagen passat and i came out with a 2013 ford focus. a great car still. i didnt see that the car (Volkswagen) was in an accident and it just threw me off. alot of their cars in their inventories have been in accidents. do your research and take your time. there is no rush. you dont have to give them your money if you're not %100 sure

I called several times- no answer when they did answer said vehicle was being sold, but i had to call twice before info was told; good thing I called it's a 30 mile ride one way. Two days later was sent a thank you through e-mail but not can we take your number, is there something else we can do to earn your business? do not waste your time

I am interested in an Edge,, (2016). They were prompt in sending information.

They emailed me in response to my contact on this site, but when I actually called them back to make an appointment to see the car, they didn't pick up the phone... Too bad, I ended up buying the car that day from another dealer.

I called the day before and 30:00 minutes. Before I leave to see the car they toll me they have the car but when I got there they said it was already sold. I came back home, started looking for cars on this website again and then I saw the picture of the car that I checked and it was sold. After one hour, they posted the same car for sale again for the same price. I think this is the way the dealerships get people in to their places by posting a good deal and when people get there, the dealership tries to sell them another car. I think there scammers.

They emailed me, but would not send me the CarFax, so we did not try to make a deal.

Tried to sell me a car with engine light on

Everyone was friendly and not pushy at all. They answered all my questions and relieved any concerns I had with the car i purchased. I was very happy overall with the whole experience. staff is nice, dealership was clean and the whole experience went smoothly. I will definitely refer family and friends and wouldn't hesitate to get another vehicle from here.

They will tel you that the declined their responsibility on the car you're buying.once you get the car don't come back with if somthing happened.

Responded right away and let me know vehicle was still in stock. Not very pushy to get you in there right away either

In my opinion, they were not professional. There was no special effort from them to get my business . The tires on the vehicle were worn. I asked them to come down fifty dollars from the asking price They wouldn't bulge, so I left.

Went to look at a Honda and car was totally repainted with airbag deployment in carfax. It seems the cars all have frame damage or accident history. Not interested in headaches that come with these types of cars.

Horrible Dealership. Everything was very unprofessional from the management on down. The car I test drove was nice, but beyond that it was a mess. I had questions about how much financing would be and, without my permission, they ran my credit report to numerous banks around the city. After waiting around for at least 45 minutes to get to discuss financing options we just left. Our saleswoman was very rude towards the end as well. I did not find out that my credit was ran through so many banks until after I left the dealership. I would not come here unless you have shot credit and are desperate to get a car...and even then I would be hesitant.

not even 1 star i give them cuz they sell salvaged cars for regular prices and then try to run game like saying they have to pay for the carfax and try to run your credit before they give u the info on the car !! worse place to buy a car !!!

Never made an effort to make me a sale. First, I called to see about purchasing a sprinter van for the business venture I'm about to embark on, and they gave me the number to a guy named Mark as this department worked specifically with the sale of Sprinter Vans. I called Mark, he answered, and I asked about financing; he told me to fill out a credit app on the webpage then they would be able to help me further. I filled one out same day. About 5 days I called back as I hadn't heard from anyone. He answered, said he would look into my credit app and have his guy get back to me... noone called me back that day, nor the next day, nor a few days after that. So, I ended up called AGAIN after another 6 days. Mark answer, but hung up on me right away. I called back, he answered once more and then gave me the phone number to his guy to help me out further. I called the new guy, he answered, and said he would call back in about 5 min as he was with another customer; I waited about 5/6 hours before he finally returned my call, then said again that they would call back for financing options and never did. at this point i gave up as i feel they weren't their for my needs and made me feel really unimportant in this potential transaction

The sale person who took care of me , Kamil, had a poor customer service, the manager was pushy,aggressive, trying to make me take quick decisions even before finding more about the condition of the car, which, actually has been involved in an accident. I had a horrible experience.

People there are mean and the worst part is that all of their cars have rebuilt title and they all have been an a accident don't go there ever

We went for a car we called a hour ahead for them to get the car ready nd it wasn't wen we got there they didn't wanna show us the car fax they kept lyning about it nd the guy that help us wasn't even a sales person

This dealership appears to only sell cars with "REBUILT " titles. Beware of the incredible "FEES" associate with their sales.

I dealt mainly with Martin who manages the Sprinter vans. He was great to talk to and honest about what this vehicle had and did not have. The receptionists at Millenium were very nice and once we started to try and finance we dealt with Chris who was no nonsense. In the end we got a Sprinter we absolutely love, we understood the short comings in the vehicle and we bought it as it was. They didn't try to lie their way through the condition.

They contacted me shortly after I sent them an email. Sounded friendly. Did not end up going in to buy the car because I had found another deal.

They refused to negotiate a better deal even when competitors outdid them they would not budge on price. Not even for a cash sale.

Pedro was very patient and understood what I wanted and the budget plan. Landed the vehicle I wanted.

Mostly accident cars eventhough carfax shows clean record dont take a mechanic to see what's wrong with the car.

The van's hood wouldn't even close right becuase it had been in a major front end colosion and been rebuilt. Although it had a clean title. I never bothered to test drive it because of this obvious misrepresentation.

Terrible! The Honda Fit wasn't even fit to sell! A waste of my time.

Never heard from dealer. We bought a car locally. They were completely incompetent.
