I set up an appointment to inspect and test drive the vehicle I inquired about. After commuting 1 hour to the dealership, I was informed the vehicle was sold and not available to test drive. Representatives from this dealer sent emails daily asking if I have additional questions and they were ready to take good care of me. However, by not updating me on the vehicle status left me to believe otherwise.

The representative that scheduled your appointment did advise you that the vehicle you were interested was very hard to get and that there were only two available within our search parameter. Took awhile to get to sales person I had appointment with at dealership...then shuffled to a different one. Used vehicle I looked at was priced at top of suggested retail price aven though it was in average condition at best. Sales person told me price was non negotionable. I walked out.

i absolutely lucked up on the add for the perfect car for me one day before i was ready to purchase another one.....2 hours away but well worth the trip....each person we dealt with was extremely polite and professional....and each one made a point of stating that mike patton auto is a family run Christian business....exactly the type of business i prefer to deal with....i love my car which looks and drives like a new one and was exceptionally clean......will definitely look here first for our next vehicle!
