Dealership replied promptly and cordially. The price was originally listed as $999,999.00 (obviously an error), so the price drop was astounding when it appeared online! I decided to not pursue the purchase, but it had nothing to do with the dealer or even the minor miscommunications. No problem here!

Just bought an SUV and the staff and owners were great. The best part is that there is no pressure from the staff and the price we bought our vehicle for was a great deal. As we were purchasing the vehicle the team there even played with our daughter while we were completing the paperwork. We will definitely be back to purchase oher vehicles.

I went to Metrolina Auto Group and worked with a sales person named Stephen. He was friendly and helpful, and did not attempt any kind of up sell. I ended up buying the car, and it was a painless transaction. I thought the price was sufficiently fair that I did not attempt to haggle at all. They delivered the car nicely detailed. However, when I got the car to my home, I discovered that the charging kit was not included. After a few exchanges, Metrolina ordered a replacement charging kit for me. This is not yet resolved: I am still waiting for the kit. Assuming they actually obtain the kit and give it to me, I would probably consider revising this review to 5 stars, as all other aspects of the transaction were painless.

Dealer would not negotiate… Disregarded Kelly blue book value a $5k difference in price. Trade in value 30% below Kelly blue book value. Trying to negotiate called me disrespectful. The car is 90 miles from where I am and would probably bought the car if we could reach a reasonable price. Their math skills need work. Raely liked the car

I asked the dealer some rather direct questions as to why I should purchase a vehicle from them, and they responded in a timely fashion. Answer was professional. Whereas I have not made a final decision on when and where I will make a purchase, I am keeping them on my radar for further review to hopefully make a purchase. I did not however get an answer to one of my questions, which dealt primarily with warranty options on their vehicles. I asked that question because me buying from out of state, presents a logistical question of warranty repairs if needed and the warranty being honored. Not sure how that works.

I first contacted Metrolina Auto Group via email regarding a Mercedes SL550 and received a voicemail shortly thereafter. I returned the call but could not remember the name of the individual that had phoned me so the receptionist transferred me to someone by the name 'Blake'. I discussed my interest in the vehicle, specifically its availability and asking price. He told me he would check and return my call, that was a week ago and no call yet.

The worst car dealership I have ever worked with and I have bought over a dozen automobiles in my life time. The salesman, Blaine, I can only describe as being obnoxious, rude, and unprofessional. At one point in negotiations I asked to speak to the manager. He said he was the manager! He stated he was in communication with the "owner" via telephone. Really? The SL550 I test drove was dirty, needed tires, and had rust around the brake drum. If you were to buy an automobile from this dealership, have a someone qualified to check it out very, very carefully. You will understand why used car salesmen and dealership have such a bad reputation if you ever visit this establishment! If I could give this dealership negative stars, I would!!

Easy to talk to, quick response, no high pressure. We couldn't work out a trade but it was because my trade in was too far upside-down for it to make sense. I would recommend dealer.

I spoke to a salesman with the first name of "Blaine". On the initial call, he was hot to trot. Blaine informed the car I was looking at was sold. He asked me for information on what I was looking for, took down all my information and said, "I'll have an email with a bunch of cars for you to choose from in an hour." After 3 days on not hearing from him, I called Blaine. He took my call and seemed to stumble with his words saying that he and his boss had looked for cars in that price range but couldn't find any at that price range. Really? Where's the customer service to give me an email or call to let me know? He then said, "What's your phone number again?" End of story! This particular salesman lost a sale because of such poor customer service and follow-up. Not someone I'd be putting on the payroll anytime soon.

This dealer is 100% less then garbage. I called in from out of state and told them we wanted a 15k car. They gave me the run around for 3 days because they were busy sellying 100k cars. I demand respect. I feel they should respect all customers and not just the rich folks. Buyers beware if you only plan to spend less then 20k they will put you on the back burners or if you are calling in from out of state they will treat you less then trash. Finaly after waiting a week for an Approval They say no bank will lend for the car we wanted. I told them can i put 10k down cash. He says no. Then the next day i check up on the car and the car is gone from all websites and sold. ...buyers take your money elsware unless you like being teated less then.

Salesman promptly called back but within two conversations I caught him in several lies regarding the ownership history of the car. He told me he sold the previous owner a newer Porsche and he was a great guy. He refused to ask the "great guy" any maintenance questions for me or give me his contact information.

I want to start by saying how extremely professional and courteous the staff was in assisting me. I was contacted immediately after inquiring on a vehicle and received an answer for all my questions. Although I wasn't ready for an immediate purchase, they didn't hassle or bother me all day and every day like most dealers, yet still followed up with me regularly. I want to say thanks to the entire staff for all their help, I'm so happy with my new car. I'll never buy a car from anywhere else.

Went to look at car I was told it was sold then tab the dealership with a minor ding in the door. They were going to call when it got fixed. Left phone number, they never called me back went to the dealership and the car was there to get numeral things fixed non of witch was door. Still have not got a call.

We apologize for the inconvenience. As it turns out the vehicle was sold and was at Hendrick Mercedes for a Pre Purchase Inspection.  While it was at the Hendrick store, the door and fender were damaged by the automatic car wash they run every vehicle through.  Because of this, we lost our buyer on the car and are still waiting to receive our car back from Hendrick Mercedes.  This can all be confirmed by the Service Manager at Hendrick Mercedes on Independence Blvd.

If I could rate my experience with Metrolina any higher, I would! I'm used to the back and forth sales pitches, the mind games and the very long drawn out car buying process that at the end of an otherwise exciting day, leaves you drained out and exhausted. But from day 1, Jason at Metrolina was a pleasure to work with and given that we were discussing the car over 700 miles apart, he still made my car buying process a relatively easy one. I appreciated how he was flexible to discuss on the phone when required, or simply exchange text when needed. I typically buy everything online, but never having bought a car online and that too 700 miles far away, I was full of trepidation, but i'm here to say Metrolina can be trusted 100% and so can their sales people, finance folks and GM. Justin who handled the paper work was also a pleasure to work with an equally flexible. After this experience, i'm left asking myself why I didn't do this quicker - I got a great deal, I was able to trade my car in, we shared shipping costs, and the process was super easy. Oh and did I mention, the car was spotless and as perfect as a new car; these guys only get the best quality cars! Jason went out of his way to make me feel comfortable with the purchase and I figured if they were willing to trust me with my trade in, then I could trust them too. I've no doubt, my next car purchase will also be from Metrolina!

There cars that I was intrested in were overpriced by $5000.00... I seen the same car with same mileage. the sales man I talked with had a cocky attitude and POOR sales skill.maybe next time brian?

Thank You Metrolina for your response. Well, you have proven my point by representation, responding to customer dissatisfaction via web as opposed to contacting customer for the facts. I understand you want to defend your name, however the internet is a powerful force. Lets be clear. People do not write detailed reviews for fun. You are incorrect in your statement. As I wrote, neither of your salesmen were in contact with me. My phone records show as many times as I have had to contact them, and when I finally did speak to someone, I was told, and I quote, "oh, uh, yea, theres nothing we can do". I was Not given any additional options, as your website and your comments state. The issue is not the customer being satisfied, although that should be a business's priority, if you understand the market. However it is your integrity. You have not delivered as promised, which is a red flag for any prospective customers. Additionally, your actions support your questionable integrity by failure to follow up, and attempting to argue that a customer is not telling the truth. The fact that you took the time to respond on a comment that the customer may never see again represents your position. That you must be no different from a buy here pay here, as this behavior forces one to question your practices. That you will argue and belittle an unhappy customer, as opposed to finding out why the customer is dissatisfied, to possibly improve and seek future opportunity.

If honesty, integrity and professionalism are what your are looking for when you purchase a car then I would highly recommend Metrolina Auto Group. Often the process of buying a car can leave people with a bad feeling but this by far has been the best car buying experience I have had. MAG has a beautiful selection of cars that are very fairly priced so much so that I decided to purchase two. Go see these guys if you are in the market for a quality high end vehicle you will not be disappointed.
