Thanks Ron: I have worked the other (dark) side of the car business (Huge Franchise Car Dealerships). I always liked the product training side of the business at new car stores. Its very important in sales to know your product like the back of your hand. I did not like the high pressure tactics that we were instructed to use on the dark side... It is nice to work for myself: I am able to treat people the way I want to be treated when I am the customer in the marketplace. Plus I sleep better at night!
