Test drive this truck. Great experience. I was not able to come to a price for the truck but the service was good. I had to wait outside in the cold of December during all communications/ negotiating but with the COVID19 going on I will not dock them any stars for that. 5 stars.

I felt that that adverts were misleading, that the cars were in much worse shape than apparent. I drove 90 miles to make this discovery, and blew a piston on the way home (i.e., wrecked the engine on the other car). It was a huge waste.

The problems with the virus might of hampered the abilities of this dealership. Had to wait outside in and it was cold that day and I also notice that a lot of customers were feeling the same ( I have a degree in Market and PR and minor PSY-- so I know :). They were very courteous.

Put in a finance application and they lost it but told me for 2 days prior that they were just behind and I would hear back the next day. Then they sold the vehicle I was looking at.

called about truck. Was told it was still available. Drive an hour to dealership and was told truck was on the rack being repaired. Saw truck setting out side on north side of building so I gave it a quick look. Called them and told them I saw truck and was very interested. Asked them to call me when repairs were finished. No call, truck was sold.

Drove an hour to get to this dealer and got there with enough time to check out the truck but they declined letting us see it and didnt set up another time to come back. Won't buy anything from them

Over priced rust buckets. Just look at there vehicles real close. They spray the undercarriage black so you don't see the rust.

I was pleased with how they tried to help

They don’t do maintenance on the car before they sell it. I wiould expect them to at least Chang the oil however the salesman said they do not do it.

Email contact good. Vehicle not so much. Could have told buyer some of things wrong. Air not working, check engine light on, tire pressure light on, running boards didn’t work, as they are automatic and smelled of smoke.

Dealer was very helpful, contacted me within 5-6 hours after I contacted him. He had all the answers to all my questions. I would absolutely call Marsh again and tell my family and friends about them.

Vehicle needed brakes, wasn't safe to test drive. Was advertised as platinum but it wasn't. Tires had excessive and uneven wear.

I ended up getting something different from somewhere else but this dealer, i believe his name was Alex, went the extra mile to try to get me something that met my needs! He was awesome!!!! If i need another car this is the place i will go!

Dealer replied to my inquiry quickly about a vehicle they had for sale but unfortunately it sold so no further contact was needed.

Ran my credit in March ask for me to apply again because they had no record of it said I needed 5000 down on a $11000 truck

It was good because he or she answered my Email back.

Made it know they are busy to me, but did get back to me in a fair amount of time.

They just ignored me but did ask for trade in details then gave me a total without trade. I sent many messages over a period of two weeks then received a message that the SUV had just sold.

Kind of slow getting this deal progressing. Maybe it's the coronavirus times. Looking at other trucks with different dealers at this time

Felt like a bait and switch. Bank approved us but for a much more expensive vehicle with less miles. Bank should not be able to determine year of vehicle and how many miles are on it. The decision should be based on ability to repay the loan regardless of amount.

I was calling From about 7.5 hours away!! I asked him some questions were very helpful if it would be worth a trip out very upfront very honest

No one came out to talk to me when I was crawling around looking under the truck or when I was walking around it. They said no accidents but you can see rear bumper pushed in and one side of bed of truck was pushed up to the cab. It's like the dealership in the movie Matilda!
