The dealer said call for a special Internet price but when I called and tried to get a special E price different than the one that was printed I just kept getting the run around ,typical salesperson bullcrap. I also got 2 rejection letters because they gave my social security number to banks that did not loan money on used vehicles. Thanks for the extra credit hits , they knew damn well those banks don't loan money on vehicles. So then I get told I'm approved for the vehicle "but somebody just came in and bought it"

They emailed me back the morning after I messaged them cause it was after hours. I spoke to Jaimie from Internet Sales and she was very helpful. She walked out to the truck and did a complete walk around while on the phone which was very much appreciated being I’m over 6 hours away from the dealership

They said the truck was in 100% perfect condition so I went to them to look at it and buy it with cash but the truck is all banged up and has rust spots all over they are very good at not showing them in the pic like the big one I the tall gate or the one on the passenger side by the rear door I was so mad at the dells men Doug

I had a good experience with Marlette. Bought a truck without a test drive. They delivered it and it was exactly what I wanted. I did have a problem with a rim. I had it fix at a local dealer and they sent me a check for the repair.

We arrived and someone was looking at my new truck. Luckily, however, they stuck with the first come first serve policy and since I went in and spoke with the sales staff b4 they did I had first dibbs. Now the buying experience was great. They gave me a great deal and when the insurance companies tried to take my first born as a down payment the staff accommodated me and lower the price further so I could still walk out with the truck. Finally the staff was extremely trans friendly. I received no hate from my sales person or any of the staff. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

I,m not sure as to why the 5 star rating I'm giving these people show a "Dealer never responded" tag line. They did respond quickly, gave me an excellent trade price, negotiated on the sale price and were an absolute joy to work with. Mike is an exceptional sales person and when the need arises to shop for another car, I will gladly drive the three hours over there to deal with them again.

Salesman was top notch. However, management upped the price 2,000 from the last week of the month to the 1st week of the following month. They lost the sale.

Denny was very nice, great customer service, but the Jeep I looked at had a TON of issues they wern't aware of, thank God I didn't buy it because the outside & interior looked great! Always have a mechanic take a look at the used car before buying.
