These people are full of games and play catfish with vehicles... I spoke with a sales rep who stayed in contact with me up until the moment i pulled onto the the lot. All of a sudden no one knew who this guy was and refused to honor the deal we settled on. I even have the emails and texts the guy sent... The pictures look amazing and i even asked were they a good representation of the vehicle before i got there. Of course he said yes. When i saw the vehicle it looked like it had been through an intense sand storm. Chips in the paint and all over the front windshield... Bottom line is this was a horrible experience.

Just trying to sell a car. At Mark Kia I went in to see a 2008 Honda Civic LX, when I arrived the car wasn't starting and was extremely dirty. The advertisement on line showed a smooth, sleek, and clean car, I was shown a busted, dirty, and neglected car. It was very off-putting that this company would even attempt to sell such a trashy car for $4,500. I felt deceived. After being shown the car and blatantly showing my disinterest the sales man attempted selling me other options. I was uninterested as they were not in my price range. When he realized I was no longer interested he grabbed his coworker to try and convince me further. That car belonged in a junk yard and shouldn't have been shown that was definitely a beater car and was falsely advertised. I can't even imagine what the mechanics were like if the exterior was neglected. Mark Kia please do better, just trash junky cars or at least repair them before attempting to sell. DISAPPOINTED!

Salesperson had the car washed and pulled it up front for us, had to wait a bit for this to happen but everyone was very nice. Think they should have the employees that smoke go out back, would think that would be a common curtesy. JJ

The price listed is not for the truck as it appears in the picture. I have been trying to get a price for the truck with the upgrades. After sending this info to three different sales reps who contacted me i still have not received the real price.

Yes they did respond quickly but the first email i received had such horrible grammar that i immediately lost interest in dealing with this dealership. I understand replying quickly is very important to get the buyers attention but in this case, it ruined any relationship. They have since blown up my email with 3 different people trying to email me everyday even after i admitted that they lost my business after that first email. I won't give them 1 star cause i didn't actually go any further than maybe 6 emails back and forth. I feel like their emails are borderline harassment at this point as i have not responded in days.

Terrible experience had me and my family up there for 3 hrs only to have the car sold to me for another guy to come from the back and say wait we another $500 down.i walked away came back a few weeks later set in the office for another hr only for them to say the loan office closed they'll contact me the next day,well no one contacted me I had to call them and have them to tell me oh the loan office won't cover the car it had structural damage horrible for business!!

I drove all the way from up north to see this car after calling two times before plus the night I arrived in Phoenix. They said the car was there but when I got there the next day (AM). Not long after they opened the car was gone!!!! The dealer said, O we must have sold it. Not very business like to me, I would not return to this dealer for anything.....The car I went to see was NOT a black charger either, so there listing is wrong also!!!

I am extremely disappointed in this dealership. We had submitted a credit application and had them run numbers on a vehicle. Then talking to the sales man often and through text we decided to purchase a different car that was confirmed to be available at night around 7:30 pm. We told the salesman we would be in the following day to purchase this vehicle. (We were already approved through ally financial) we were putting 6k down on this car. I was in communication with the sales man all the next day as well. Talking to have papers ready to sign once we get there after my husband was off work. Then, a little before my appointment he calls me and says they sold the car and it was no longer available! I asked him how come they let that happen. I asked if they had someone there why didn't they call and say hey if you're serious about this car put down a deposit (I wasn't even aware this was an option still don't know if it was) and I told him I was upset. That it was wrong and bad business. So if you want to go with a dealership that doesn't care about you this is the perfect place to go. We had been approved for financing, was putting down a large down payment, had an appointment and was in constant contact with our sales team. . And then they sell the car. Never again.

Ok at first... I was not 100% for the truck. I had some issues regarding the 6.0 motor. Price at the dealer was higher than quoted over the phone... I was told this was the lowest price so I walked away... 3 or 4 days later I get a price drop notification from CarGurus

Salesman was great, worked with us to find exactly the right car and worked to get us the rate we wanted. Sales manager was a little more pushy, trying to add on all sorts of charges that weren't initially agreed on, but finally settled on a price that was acceptable. Finance manager tried to sell us into all sorts of super-platinum extended warranties, but was not too pushy when we turned them down. One real disappointment is the payment calculator on their website, which doesn't take into account tax/licensing/dock fees/tinting/other bs they add onto the price. It was off by over $100/month

It was good, the only thing was that I scheduled an appointment to se the vehicle a week ahead and they didn't even habe it ready. Car was dirty and they hadn't even put it in the shop. So I made the deal and went home empty handed. Car was going to get delivered later on during the week.

The Sorento that we wanted to purchase was lent out for a day for another customer which wasn't a big deal.I went to the lot next day and there was zero Sorento s on the lot with low miles with a v6.The next day I get a call that the Sorento that was loaned out was back.5 mins from the dealer I was told that the Sorento was on a test drive by someone else.When the car came back I test drove it and was in middle of signing paperwork to purchase the car to be told that the car was sold out from under me.I was then told I could by a 2017 with a v6 for the same price which after being on the lots for the last few days I was told there was zero v6 Sorento s on the lot.Finance guy claimed there was some on the roof and in another storage place.i was never told this .I believe the Sorento car that I originally wanted was the lots demo car used as a bait n switch car but can't prove it and shouldn't have to.we had cash and great credit just to get the runaround for nothing and still searching for a car .Terrible car buying experience .After what they had done twice one would think if it was just a fluke experience that they should be trying to find us a car that would be in comparison to the one car that we had been jacked around on.They are not worthy of a single star but have to give them one for being pretty skilled at being Shady

I had a great experience with Mark Kia and the sales person Abdul was excellent. I did buy the car I went to see and I love it! They were very accommodating taking care of my needs. I have read several reviews about this dealer which I feel is unfair and I'm glad I did not pay attention. Any time you buy a car from a dealer you have to expect add on's like dealer prep etc. The listed price is never the out the door price, if your looking for that buy from a private party. Financing was easy and I got a great rate. Everyone I dealt with were professional and absolutely no pressure sales tactics. I highly recommend them for the serious buyer.

Listed prices are false. Once you finally get there they want to charge you a 500 doc fee, a 1255 dealership fee and then they even wanted to charge a 700 dollar warranty for your window tint...? other than that it was ok.

Dealer had almost $2000 of dealer prep fees added to advertised price when final numbers were first disclosed. Typical car buying experience where you need to negotiate back and forth. Note to dealer. Try advertising the real price of the car.

This is a major dealership in the Scottsdale area -- and one would think they would have their act together. But when I came over to see and test drive a certain car, it took them almost an hour to find it! The salesman was not given any help or schemata by his sales manager, and we literally drove around in the dark in various lots to try to find the car, which I could not drive b/c it was blocked in. I asked the salesman to contact me the next day -- he did not. Instead, he set up a test drive appointment for 9 pm on a Friday night (not exaggerating), but he did not call or text me. Also, I had come with a cashier's check from my bank for a reasonable offer on the car ($130 lower than asking price). The car was not like it looked in pictures (red 2001 Beetle). The front grill was hanging off, broken, and held on with twisty ties! The interior was filthy and the gear shift box was exposed. The engine light went on when started. Over all, it was a wreck, yet they made it look all perfect in their photos. When I came back the next-next day (Saturday), they still did not have the car available, because they "could not find the keys to the other car that was blocking it"! I would NEVER buy a car from such a poorly run dealership. What a joke. Avoid Mark Kia at all costs! If there was a way to give a negative or minus star rating, I would.

This were going well, until they sold the car out from under me the day before I was supposed to put down a deposit. I wasn't given options to hold the car other than the "reserve" button, which I used. The first guy I worked with said he'd get back to me but didn't, and when I called for him they told me he was off for two days. Otherwise the people were generally friendly and professional, but at the end of the day didn't deliver on what we agreed.

Went to dealer to buy car. They gave me a qoute of $12,000 when it was advertised for $7000. Was told there was a $3500 body shop bill.

Unrelated to my experience, a staff member berated an elderly couple to the point of disgust. The vehicle i test drove was not clean, it overheated and ultimately broke down during the test drive. Communication and the salesman Abdul was good, other than that, i wont go back

The person who set my appointment to view a used car, mixed me up with someone else. The car that was shown to me was the wrong stock number. Eventually we found the correct car, which was a wreck. Garbage in the car, dirty, smelly, scraped, and the engine sounded horrible. It's like someone traded it in before it blew up, and Mark Kia put it online that day. The worst was the write up, stating it was clean.

Bait and switch, they called us and asked to come by and look at the vehicle, test drive it and so on. We left within the hour and drove 40 miles to get there. Upon arrival we were told that the car was no longer there. They couldn't tell us what happened to the vehicle only that it was gone. Then applied the typical practice of high pressure to try and get us into another vehicle. We will never consider this dealer in the future in fact we will take every opportunity to tell our story to anyone who might inquire.

The experience was just what I would expect from a car dealership, My sales person was inexperienced but very nice, When i decided to buy the used car I was looking at, they tried to charge me $600 to tint windows that were already tinted, they also charged me 5 or 6 hundred to "prep" the car and fill all the fluid (including the gas, I waited a week for the car and then when i called they said it had just come out from being detailed. I don't believe they actually did anything, The car was dirty on the outside and the gas level was below half a tank. They also offered me $250 as a trade for my car that KBB priced at 2100 in a private sale, I know it would be less in a trade in but there was no lowering the price at all only paying for things they wanted to scam me into paying for, I absolutely HATE buying cars because it really feels that all dealers are not trustworthy!!

the fin dept was screwing me about 2000, the dealer itself was bending over backwards to help me, I still never got my 25 secure credit card as I was promised by the advertisement and I mentioned it a few times becs it took me about 45 to get there.

The response was almost immediate from two different responders. I was trying to let them know that they were advertising the vehicle as a 7 speed automatic, which does not exist. When they found out I was not a buyer, they seemed less than happy!

Red and desk manager, Blake were both amazing. As a single woman buying a car, I went in fairly weary of the entire experience. Both were extremely transparent, helpful and patient. I left the dealership twice just needing to think about it and they were very understanding. Quite different from the super pushy, sales approach I've gotten in the past. When I finally purchased the vehicle it was a price and experience I was happy with so I could be genuinely excited about the car and not second guess my decision. Thanks :)

The response was by not email one of the sales agents was so agresive I had to tell them to stop calling me several times. I finally told them to stop before they got me fired. The other sales agent that I got on the phone when I called was much nicer. So depending on who you get you may do OK.

They acted like whiney babies and when they said the would lower the price on another car, they only lowered it by $500. And we had to do the math for that. They were gonna try and keep that from us. The only good thing is that one of them as super nice, but jeesh....

Submitted an online request and salesman called me next day. I asked him how much the jeep was and gave me the price. I told him it was too much and he asked what I was looking to spend. I told him and he said he would get right back to me. Never heard back from him. Horrible customer service

They knew I was coming to look at the vehicle . 45 minutes to locate keys . Then I test drove a vehical that had chk engine light on , ran really rough . other lights on dash were on . drove around the block and was done . very disappointed .

We highly recommend not wasting your time talking to anyone at Mark Kia. The quote we were given when we arrived was $2000 down with payments of around $364.00 for 36 months. A total of around $15,000. We figured $5000 (on the high side) after tax and title. Using the entire $5000 with $0 down, that payment equates to approximately 75% interest and in order to get that payment after $2000 down the interest rate would be 143%! Obviously, even though we were only interested in one vehicle, Mark Kia was trying to sell us something we do not want. Was definitely not worth the 40 minute trip or the 2+ hours of wasted time at the dealership.

I found that car at 8881.00 called them they said if I had the ad they would honor 2 hrs later the ad changed to 10951.00. They told me that they did some work on the car and wouldn't honor the 8881.00 price.

Poor experience, took 3 days and a dozen calls to get sales rep to get back to us, Would not give us a number on a vehicle and after 3 days they would not budge a single penny off the asking price ( which was 3k over book value). We will not purchase from them or encourage anyone to do so. Very disappointed.

Extremely unprofessional. The salesman was spitting every five seconds talking to me like a "buddy" cussing and calling me dude. During the ride along as we were discussing buisness he answered his phone talking to his girlfriend for 5 minutes. He had the nerve to bum a cigarette off of me and on top of it all he completely lied about the truck saying it was 4x4 when it was not and countless others. When I spoke to the manager about the truck he was not knowledgeable and rude. I seriously cannot believe this place is still in buisness please do not go here.

Inquired about a truck, was told it was there and that I would have a really close family friend go make an assessment to ensure it was in good standing since I was two hours away. When the friend arrived, it was not there. One of dealer's, who I'll leave unnamed, said it went to auction. The very same individual who told me one day prior it was available. When confronting them about it via e- mail, it was ignored and overshadowed by another sales pitch. Poor customer service.

Worst dealer for scamming on the internet.They had a 99 Jeep Grand cherokee for 6995.00 went to purchase it told I couldn't buy it for adv price even after the salesman told me all sfety checked and he could get me a better deal on it.The Fin Mgr came out said I had to pay a $1200.00 inspection fee a $500.00 doc fee and a $1300.00 fin fee on to of the regular fin. so i told him I was going to my C. and then he said would only take off fin. fee what a RIP OFF JOINT. Horrible service! Doesn't even deserve one star, but it wouldn't let me continue without giving a star rating. We had an appt to see a vehicle @ 7pm, got there @ 630 only to find out the vehicle had been taken home for the night by an employee! That should have been a red flag already. Why would they take home cars they're trying to sell? We were told by the Manager the car would be there in 30 min and the sales guy said 1-1 1/2 hrs. But, they were insisting, it would be 30 min. To make a VERY long story short, we waited there for an hour and a half and the car still wasn't there! They will never get our business and we will be sure to pass on the word on how awful the experience was so nobody else has to go through what we did.
