I came to their dealership to look at a MDX, the salesperson took my license and disappeared for about 20 minutes. When he came back he brought some listings on other vehicles, not the MDX. I think it was sold and he did not want to tell me... he lied to my face, just to try to sell another car...

Very customer unfriendly. I arrived with $4000 to put as a down payment for this vehicle. First they wanted us to pay an additional $1500 on top of the $10997 for "reconditioning". Then they refused to run my credit report until I would commit to a made-up payment amount. On the way out the manager stated I had "issues". I drove 45 minutes in traffic for a prearranged appointment and dealt with them for over an hour because I wanted to buy this car. Also I couldn't test drive the car because another salesman, who was off duty, had the keys. I will NEVER come to this joke of a dealership for anything.

I've heard several comments through the years that this dealership is the classic cliche of a dealer (high pressure, games and no service after sale). I personally received answers and follow up to my inquiry about the vehicle I found online. I must say though that the "sales rep" I spoke to sounded very young and unskilled. The main response to my questions were "I will have to check with my manager" and "my manager said". I saw that as the beginning of dealing with a process that I prefer not go through.

This is the second time I went to see a car that I think never existed. No picture and oh it's at the other dealership we'll get it right over here and four hours alter I am being upsold on more car than I wanted. Never again.

Textbook aggressive sales. We went in for this car listed at $23,995, and they increased the list price to $28,000, including a $1300 car wash (refurbishment) among other random fees when I said I was interested in buying. They do all the psychological moves such as signing a bogus contract, and sitting between you and if anyone else came with you. Chase you out the door, don't let you talk, etc etc etc.

Fast response unfortunately the dealer wasn't able to sell the car because I need to be a dealer myself to be able to purchase the car this is the first time I get that information but I will keep looking around to get the best deal for me I'm not in a rush to purchase I have the time and the money for it

terrible experience. what I hate about car dealerships (front line guys and a manager that thinks he's a closer). what a bolier room experience. the car was filthy and not ready for presentation although we were talking about it for a week prior to me returning for a 2nd look at the car. the interior looking like it was a flood car. I'm a cash buyer and I feel sorry for the rest of the folks there trying to buy a car through dealer financing. #knowhentowalkaway

The dealer was super quick to get back to me. We went in for the vehicle and did end up purchasing it. We asked for a couple things to be taken care of before we left and they didn't get done. However the process of buying was super quick compared to other past dealers. We ended up taking the car back the next day and it took forever to be fixed. After a week of not having the vehicle we purchased we picked up the car to only have something else go wrong with the vehicle. The sales guys were super helpful every time but by the end of this experience both my husband and I were fed up.

When I first walked in I was impressed by the hospitality. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I test drive the 2 cars I had come to see but decided they weren't for me. As I was driving the cars the dealership was evaluating my vehicle to see what the trade in value would be. I was not finding anything that I liked and was in my budget. The salesman showed me several other cars but none were what I was looking for. After being there for over 2 hours I told him that I was ready to go. I had my 2 young daughters (4 and 6) with me and we were hungry and tired. Instead of letting us go he offered to get us food. I declined but let him show me another car. I told him that I absolutely didn't like it and he tried to push it on me anyways. I began to get upset and straight forward asked for my keys back. It was over 45 min from the time I asked for my keys before they were actually brought to me. I ended up having to walk out to my truck at 9:30 at night and put in the key code and load my girls up to wait in the truck until they would bring me my keys back. Holding me hostage will not make me buy a car from anyone. I was furious and hungry and tired when we left. Worst car shopping experience I've ever had.

I emailed the dealership about a 2014 Cadillac ctsv and they responded back with in an hour. Jibran Martinez called me and I told him im from Covington Louisiana and I'm very interested in buying the Cadillac for sale. With in a four days we made a deal and Saturday morning I few to Fort Worth to purchase the car. Jibran picked me up at the airport and with in three hours I was on my way home to Louisiana. The car was just as described and Jibran was the nicest car salesman I have ever dealt with. The show room was breath taking when I saw all the beautiful preowned sports cars. I told Jibran I had a wonderful experience and when I'm ready for my next car I will be back. I worked for Honda as a service technician for twenty years and I'm well aware of customer satisfaction Honda/acure dealers strive for. That's why I didn't hesitate flying 500 miles to purchase a car. I recommend everyone to buy a preowned car from Mac Churchill Acura a have the wonderful experience I had. Quick response with detailed info. Our salesperson, Don M. made a video for us and gave a great description of the car. He was easily accessible throughout the process. We drove to FW from Ks and purchased the car this weekend! Don was honest and trustworthy, representing the car accurately. He has a vast knowledge of cars. I would recommend asking for him. The purchasing process was relatively easy, but we maintained control of our experience which is key in any car deal.

I went to this dealership in Saturday afternoon and the was told the car was being purchased by someone and they tried to get me to look at another car. The car was still listed two weeks later and I called this Dealership on Wednesday to see this one car and they told me it was available to drive and purchase.We set an appointment for Saturday morning. I received a call from them on Thursday and again I ask if the car was available to drive and purchase. I received a call from them on Friday morning and again I ask if the car was available to drive and purchase. They called me two times on Saturday morning and I ask again if the car was available to drive and purchase, They said yes. I drove an hour to get to the dealership and the car was not available to drive and they tried to sell me on a different car. Very unprofessional and I would never purchase a vehicle from them.

There reason I e-mailed Mac C. about this car was because they sold it to me 12/17/15 and then said it wouldn't pass inspection. So, reneged on the deal & gave me my $ back. However, they then relisted at a reduced price, knowing it would not pass inspection. I would avoid this dealership.

Can't give you any real information but wear you out with contacts that say nothing. Just want you to come there but won't give you info over the phone or internet. Say they can't give you info over the phone because they don't have the particulars on any one vehicle. So why call?

Dealer kept saying that price would not be an issue, but I went to see them 3 times and they were still unable to match anotherauto retailers price. Wasted my time. Although I was the one there to buy the car, the salesman kept directing questions and looking at my boyfriend for the answers. Iwas in the market to buy a car immediately for two weeks.

Great experience. They were very helpful and work diligently to get me the best deal, but the car had a salvage title. I drove a long distance to be told that in person. I didn't have any other car interests.

Had a question 30 minutes after leaving dealership. Manager never returned call. Sold the car without telling us navigation system not functioning--salesperson told me to go get disk from Toyota dealer. The stereo was not factory so I guess they had no idea what the car had that they were selling. Everyone, however, was pleasant while we were purchasing.

I was looking for either an '07 - '09 BMW, Mercedes , or Audi. This place was a joke. 3 out of 4 cars would not even start. Then they bring out a Lexus that was way out of my price range. Seriously? What ever happened to listen to the client's need.

Terrible dealership. Was going to purchase an Audi A4 however the dealer told me the can't find the car. I have not heard back from the dealer. It been almost two weeks. It's ok, I'm not mad. I will spend my money somewhere else. You just lost a loyal customer. If I could give no stars I would.

Dealership was trying to sell me a car that each time pressed on brakes to come to a stop or slowed up it was shaking really bad. Salesman said he drove it 2 days prior to me and it was doing that.

i was given a vehicle for a week then they took it back. I gave them everything they asked for . I had a trade in and a thousand dollars. I made enough money for them at the time i picked up the vehicle. then told I needed to come up with more money or a co signer. I thought making 6 grand a month was enough to buy a car. I will never deal with them again and i make sure i let every one i know looking for a car to stay away from them. On top of it I spent 5 hours to get approved. Mac Churchill you suck!!!

Terrible, i knew my license been haing thm 4 almost a month. Said they didn't. I calld & called in regards. My salesman nor his manager seem thm, i explained numerous of times they were there.. Guess what, i just received thm in the mail yesterday. I had purchased a replacement & already received yhen 2 weeks or better ago. Gee..

I didn't go to the dealer after interacting with them on the phone. Sent and email on Sunday to see if they still had the car. After no response by the time I got home I called and yes they still had it. They then wanted to arrange an appointment for the next day so I did for the next evening. Then I received a total of five calls to confirm the appointment AND a satisfaction survey for my experience even though I had not been there yet. During the survey they even asked "what would it take to sell you this car" even though I hadn't seen the car. That set off an alarm and when I checked I had more conformation this isn't the type of dealer I would want to work with. Wasn't impressed with management's responses to others problems either. Seemed generic and more of an attempt to negate the bad ratings and not to help the customer.

They worked very hard for weeks to make sure every inch of the car was described and pictures provided in detail. They worked very hard to make sure the financing was a done deal before we drove from Baton Rouge there. The facility is a top notch, very upscale, comfortable environment with a customer oriented atmosphere. I would buy another car from them again. We purchased a high dollar used car, late model. It was a great experience. We had a horrible experience during the same time period trying to purchase a similar car from Grape Vine Toyota, who are the exact example of sleazy used car sales. Thank God we did not do business with the other place. Mac Churchill was the complete opposite of them and we are very happy.

I drove an hour to look at the car and when I got there the price had increased two thousand dollars from the listed price, no one called prior to save me the trip. I was told they needed to run my credit before I could see the car, finally when we were allowed to see the car it was not clean or well taken care of like suggested, car had bald tires, grill had been spray painted black, leather was well worn. Very poor sales tactics.

Worst place ever, sellers are liars and try to take advantage of you. I drove for almost an hour to get there and they told me that the car I wanted was not in good condition and proposed me a Nissan. I told them I was only interested in a Honda then they brought another one I asked for the price they kept telling me we will give you a good deal just sign the paper which I refused. They came back later and told me the car was sold, I left the place, on my way home they called me again the car was not finally sold I could come back and get it. What the heck... I had a horrible experience; I will never recommend this place to anyone.Dwight and I forgot the name of the other guy but he was a jamaican guy. Be aware of them, they are liar and unprofessional.

When I got to the dealer I was instantly greated by a salesman, before I could even look at the Honda Odyssey I was interested in he had me intialling papers with numbers on them. I felt like a small fish in a large shark tank. I explained that I had my own financing through my credit union but they still wanted to run my credit and I kept saying no, about an hour into everything I asked to finally test drive the car, well it wasn't on the lot it was loaned out. I said thats fine let me see the car fax I will come back in the morning and see it, well they advertised a certified pre-owned with 25,000 miles on the car fax it was in an accident that cause functional damage and had 59,000 miles, at that point I got upset and said I am going to leave and asked for me DV Liscense back and my debit card cause they wanted to hold money to show I am a serious buyer which was the dumbest mistake I made because they charged my card $1200 and the person to cancel the hold on my card was gone for the night. I had to return the next day to get my money returned back on my card and was treated like crap because I refused to look at any other hondas they had because all the carfax reports stated they had been in accidents and they weren't certified preowned like they advertised online. The manager was rude and I have been telling everyone to stay far away from that dealership. They are rude and awful!!!! Never go see them.

They were very responsive, and we got down to business quickly. The only negative was the time it took once we arrived in FW. They are busy, so we waited an hour to meet with the Finance manager. I wish this could have been quicker. But the overall experience was good.

I found them pushy. I was very uncomfortable. They did not listen to what I was saying and kept giving me their own opinions. They kept bragging about their place and putting down other dealerships. I had an appt, and when I got there, the dealer did not know who I was, and I had to wait about 20 minutes to look at the car I had called about. I will not go back.

They were rude to me @the Dealership &came off snobbish. They made me feel like my credit was a joke,& they talked to me like i had absolutely no exprience buying a car,&they kept making up excuses why they could not use my car loan approval with Santander,even though they arr a RoadLoans Dealership.They also forgot to give me my drivers license,& insited i'd already recieved it&refused to even check. I ended up having to drive back to the Dealership which is on the Blue Mound end of the DFW metroplex to get it at closing time,&nobody wanted to stay over to make sure i got it. UGH worst experience i ever had!!!!! Dont be ridiculed by these people go elsewhere!!
