Very unprofessional when answering phone and talking. Worst experience I've had in attempting to purchase an incorrectly priced truck. They set there price as bait and try to convince you to drive there only to slam you with fees on top of fees. Very demeaning when trying to negotiate price or ask about there endless fees. 10/10 would highly never recommend never even looking at their dealership. What a shame for all the vehicles that the have on there lot and the people who will get screwed over buying them. It's a shame that this place is allowed to business.

Buyer beware.....up to 4K in dealer prep fees added to the listed (wholesale) price. NJ dealers, please just add your dealer prep fees on to the total cost of the car. As consumers, we expect to pay doc fee, tax,etc.

They had a price on a vehicle I was interested in and told them that. The next day the price changed by 6k. When I told them I wanted to purchase the vehicle. They did not respond back.

They called me w/o request, I took the call and requested additional information and pictures, as there where no pics on the site. When pressed about info and pictures they knew nothing about the car.They said they would call right back, never followed up. I'm quite sure the car was never in their inventory. This is where stereotype car dealer stories come from, too bad for honest dealers.

Price listed was about 4 thousand off from what it would actually go for (not including taxes and fees). Included some $1800, tracking device and many hidden fees. Offered to pay cash, but that made the price higher. Representative told me to finance anyways, since he would receive commission, and I could pay off the car early...No thanks!! Representative's name was David, not very happy with that experience. Be careful.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. They give you prices and then add $4000 to the deal at the last minute. By far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a used car dealer.

This Dealership was very unorganized. I had an appointment and the gentleman (Bernie), I had an appointment with was not even at the dealership. Throughout the entire process I was dealing with Brian. I am assuming that he is the Manager. I had driven from VA to look at A 2014 Mercedes Benz GL450. The vehicle was dirty and the dealership did not even try to impress me since I had driven so far to clean the vehicle. The dealership had then told me that I would have to pay for 3 different fees that was not my responsibility. They basically were having me to pay for the fees that they had already paid for to get the vehicle to their location. Out of town Shoppers, I caution you to be aware. Once all was said and done, I was very disappointed and never did receive an E-mail or A call from the Manager to see where the disconnect was.

Be prepared to get a major run around. They advertise there price of 36,000. I drove two hours only to be introduced to 4,200 in extra fees not including sales tax. They also really can't give you a expiation for the charges. Just saying they are prep fees and all kinds of paper work fees. I left with out buying the car. Just because they can't be trusted.

Vehicle was advertised for 42,287. Upon talkng to sales person, they added several more charges that brought the totoal to 48,000 before adding in the taxes tags and licensening fees.

The price on the internet is NOT what they will charge you. Read the fine print about prep fees, etc., that will be added into the cost once you arrive. On a 2013 Jetta they were asking $14,871 on the internet, once I got there (and it was a long drive for me) the actual price was more like $18,000+ PLUS Tax, Doc Fee, DMV Fee, etc., PLUS a Warranty *optional $2,667 = Total for the car was $22,367 PLUS INTEREST. BE LEARY going here, the guys were nice, great sales men, car was excellent but if you're not paying attention you could pay thousands over what the car is worth.

I talk to two different people here one passed me off to the other which was fine until the phone calls in the middle of the work day and my name is Joe not John. I'm looking for a 2013 vette not a 2012 Camaro. Thanks but no thanks call to tell them I was coming for a test drive and to look at the car and got a call back three days latter. If I could give this dealership a 0 I would. They bought a car that I was about to buy from another dealership. When they advertised it they increased the price by $1000. Also added all these fees: $995.00 prep fee, Shop fee $1557.00,Skylink -$995.00, Doc fees $ 600. So the price of the car was originally $37,000 and they wanted to sell it to me for $43122. An increase of $6100. Run away from this place.

worst dealer experience I had in a three month search for a corvette. They asked me to make an appointment which I did. The salesman was not in nor was the second guy to contact me to say " speak only to him when I come in". I arrived on time, no one there knew about the appointment, the car was not there had to wait 45 minutes for it to arrive. They denied the Car Guru price and showed an older higher price before the updated price I received from CG. The original contact had confirmed the price before I made the appt. but he was not there. I offered the lower advertised price as my final offer, they accepted but added $2400+ in fees which they couldn't explain in detail. Needless to say I left two hours later without the car. Very shady operation.

Whoa!! They really bump up the prices! Not only did I have to pay an additional $3,000 they also didnt have the exact car I wanted. So that really sucked! ....but as far customer services they were ok! I didn't feel awed or anything just okay!

they quote one price on the internet but when it comes down to making the deal the price changes tremendously.And also when asking for the bill of sale it dont indicate the orginal price of the vehicle that was shown on the internet nor do they conversate for the customer coming out of town.

Terrible, gave them a refundable deposit, they tried to raise the price, told me I was liucky they didn't "charge me the no finance fee of $1,800" since I was paying cash. Still waiting on credit card refund. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! I've bought over 15 vehicles in my lifetime, these guys give car dealers a bad reputation !!!

The pictures of the cars are very limited, not many pictures of the inside of the car in detail. Also some descriptions of the cars are wrong, for example: describing a convertible with a moon roof, or wrong color on the car, if you want to sell a car need to be more aggressive about it and pay attention to detail.

Good luxury car selection. Typical car dealer games with "what's your monthly payment go to be" as opposed to what the total cost to buy the car was. Double check their math with a smart phone auto loan calc app, I did and it was wrong twice - saved me thousands over just taking their word for it.

I called and asked for the suv i wanted and said dont bring me all the way there if you dont have the one i am checking on line cuz i will not be lured into some other one. They said we have it. So i got in my way Soon as i got infront of the dealer. I asked to see the suv. They said the sold it and the funny thing is that the suv is still up online !
