I had a great experience with Mark S at Loeber. I am a very busy business professional and have little time to do the standard car sales "dance". Mark was very straight forward, got me the deal I wanted and had everything ready for me when I came in.

From my email to Customer care Manager : HI, Steve, your footer says "Award winning service department". After my visit today I can call this statement into question. Here how it was. So called assistant, named Anthony was "Assisting" us. We arrived 10-15 min before scheduled time. Picked up a key with Anthony and went to the car. (We were looking for particular model, which I chose online.) We were inside a car for 2-3 min and he started to ask me my credit information ( Hasn't even asked if I need a finance). Not sure what happened later to him, but he took a key from the car ( we were seating in a rear seats at that moment) and left us. He told us nothing, Like not "Excuse me, I have to check something and be back", not even " Go away I am not going to assist you today". He just left and took a key with him leaving us alone, frustrated, and a car started alarming once I tried to open front door to get back behind the wheel. He came back 30 sec after alarm started saying something like "This car is almost sold, are you going to buy it today ?" I replied " I haven't even drive it, we came here to test drive, can we have a test drive now ?" (Want to emphasize, our total spent time at dealership was 5 min or so, at that point). He said "NO, you can't, car almost sold, are you going to buy it ?" Me: " We schedule test drive at 1PM and now after I spend 30 min getting to place and 3 min locked in the car, you telling me we can't have a test drive ?" (It was 12:55pM). I was shocked. Really ??? What is that ? We like a grown up men agreed : Me: I will be there at 1PM. And You: I will provide you with test drive of car you've chose at 1PM. So, how can I have any further business with you if you can't simply comply to your first and least agreement ? ****Update: as of today, 7 days passed since my email to this guy and I haven't got any respond.

I was very impressed with Sid and the professional way he approached working with me. Also the first contact I had from Frances was very good as well. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Great dealership, they called me next morning. we worked out a deal, and purchased car later that day. Sales Person James Really knew everything about the new ML350 and even told us stuff about our 2013 Mercedes we didnt know.
