Got back prett fast. Car I was interested in had someone test driving it when I called and they put money down on it and came back the next morning and bought it. I wish I would of seen it earlier.

Very Unprofessional ! I emailed dealer and received a call to come in for a test drive. I drove there immediately and when I arrived I was told the car had been sold earlier.I left and then received a email from a salesman agin to come in and look at car??? I emailed back and no reply ?

Josh is a great guy,he help me trough the process of buying a car,at the end I decided not to purchase the car cause when I talk to his financial person,he make me feel like a tief just because I was out of state ,cause I was trying to pay with a cashiers check,but I understand there is a lot of bad people out there.

I was replied to via email, which I responded with a series of questions, they never returned my email. I was replied by phone call saying the vehicle is being used by a sales rep, I inquired in an email again and was never replied to.

It was a super experience. We bought the car we looked at on line. They were great to deal with. The salesperson was in our corner. It was the quickest and easiest process of purchase were have ever had. They all were professional and thoughtful. We are very pleased.

The initial intake over the phone was very good. Mr.Wolfla was very personable and reached out to help however he could to get the information we requested on the vehicle. The call was turned over to a sales rep at the dealership and our experience definitely took a turn for the worse. The salesman seemed aloof over the phone, but later redeemed himself and was better in person. He could have done his homework better. He really didn't seem knowledgable on the truck that we drove 11/2 hrs to see. He also did not seem that interested in selling the Honda trade in vehicle the dealership had taken in.

The salesperson Craig is a gem. Went above and beyond to help and provide service. But management overall is old school and not very helpful. Same old style of manager hiding in the office and never speaking with the customer and salesperson doing the charade of going back and forth with offer and counteroffer. May be their clientele is mostly old people who like Cadillacs and still prefer this ancient selling tactic.

I am still working with this dealer. So far, the salesperson has been great. He has been very attentive and is working hard to locate a vehicle with the preferred options. The salesperson has offered suggestion for my consideration, but no pressure to buy. To date, my experience has been very positive.

The dealership nice and great atmosphere but they were unwilling to negotiate a prices. Great vehicle but I went across the street and purchased a vehicle from the Ford dealer. I drove from Chicago south suburbs to purchase that particular vehicle.

Not very flexible people when it came to asking price and I had cash on the spot no financing. It's like they really didn't what to sale it, there was only a couple $100 dispute. I'm purchasing an Escalade next year but it will not be from Lockhart.

Customer service when dealing with a potential customer was lacking. Timeliness was not a priority on their part and as a result, a vehicle I was attempting to purchase, was sold before I was able to fulfill my deal.

my car was appraised by Black Book for a right amount. My car was in excellent condition. They said they got buy bids on the car. Why not give me what it is worth and sell it yourself for a profit instead of trying to screw me.

This dealership is absolutely the worst I've ever dealt with in my search for a car. They were rude and unprofessional. They made an appointment with me and called as we were on the way to buy the car. We were 5 minutes away when the called to say they'd just sold it. I had told them I even had been pre approved for the car! Should give them zero stars. I'll never deal with them again.

Internet sales person contacted me within minutes. He promptly provided the additional detail I requested and put me in touch with the actual sales person who provided a locked in trade-in offer on my car after sending in VIN and pictures. this was all Thursday and picked up car on Saturday.

HORRIBLE. Zero stars. Classic example of the worst kind of used car salespeople- Rob, specifically. Serious buyer with financing in place, ready to purchase. Drove four hours from St. Louis only to find car not ready, and undisclosed leak in hydraulic suspension system, rust on hatch, front seat leather painted, badly, and broken key transmitter, "Stick around, we'll try and find another." Yeah, sure. Salesman began to panic as I inspected the car. SUV in much worse shape than photos and sales guy indicated. Sales person basically said "tough luck" and that was it- no offer to repair issues. I didn't even ask for price change, just fix the stuff you misrepresented. Just awful, shady practices. You're welcome, losers. Sketchy part of Indy, to match their sketchy behavior. Next day, the same car uploaded to ebay with no mention of serious defects I saw. Good luck with this rustbucket, ebayers. NOT the Cadillac of dealerships- more like the Pinto or Yugo. Word of advice: Don't buy here.
