worst dealership.. very rude to customers. worst i have ever seen .. especially thr guy named Marvin.. he doesnt have proper knowledge but behaves very rude. never ever go to this dealership. didnt even ask us for a cup of water as a token of courteousy

They got back to me very quickly I went and drove the vehicle we ended up coming to a deal I have had the vehicle now for a few weeks and love it. Liberty Honda and the salesperson Leo we’re great to deal with. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle

The internet contact and the actual showroom are disconnected to say the least. However, the internet folks are savvy and friendly. After some diddling, I had texted my arrival to them, not understanding I would be dealing with someone else completely, the front desk very matter of factly informed me the internet folks were all off-site. (As if I was a moron for not recognizing that fact.) Not a particularly auspicious start. However, a salesman was brought from the depths of the building and we eventually struck a deal. Liberty came in with a lower price, I believe the cars were fairly evenly matched, and we went first to Hartford/Liberty for that reason and secondarily because of the blue color over the almost equally lovely dark silver. The pressure to add to the base price is moderate to aggressive, this is a car dealer after all. I'd advise knowing what you need and have to have, well in advance of walking through the door. After you are done, or you think you are, they send you off to deal with another hard selling "insurance" dealer. Their job is to sell warranty, interior and exterior protection, key insurance, and extra protection against all the electronics and computer glitches that are sure to happen, and a gap insurance to cover what your insurance covers and what you will actually have to pay. And make sure someone has screwed an antenna into the port on the top of the car you buy. Just a minor irritation to call and have them send you one. My advice is try to buy a quality car so you don't have to go through this stress more than once every 10 years or more!

The experience was great. They had a nice selection of Certified Pre-owned Honda Pilots. The pricing was fair and straightforward. My salesperson John was friendly, knowledgeable, and he answered all my questions without problem. My finance manger did the same and was very thorough with the paperwork and got us a very low APR. The rest of the staff was friendly as well. We love it.

Knowledgeable staff, good pricing, efficient use of my time. Plus I love the car. A few gimmicks & ploys in the shop, but otherwise a solid dealer.
