I recently stop by Leonard's to look at a cadillac escalade Lynn made my visit there so easy and everyone there was very nice. We did some negotiating I explain I was going to Tennessee to see 3 other escalades and Lynn told me he like to keep me local. He was very willing to listen to my offers and help me drive off with the car. I ended up buying the car and so happy with it thank you leanards for a great experience will definitely buy again and recommend to anyone.

I even stopped by the dealership, walked through the lot looking for a particular vehicle a salesman was standing in front and never asked what I was looking for. Must not have needed any business. I'll never be back, I really think they do fake advertisements of vehicles that they either don't have or are not for sale.

Leonard's had 3 vehicles I was interested in (via internet) and they were VERY resistant to showing me the vehicle histories via Auto Check. Not only did they not have them listed on their website (which about 95% of dealers do) but when I called to ask for them they dragged their feet, claiming it cost $14-28 (depending on who I talked to) every time they pulled the Auto Check. They finally sent me 2 of the histories via email and they looked fine except they were from the Northeastern U.S., which is what I expected and might explain their resistance to release them. I called Auto Check, btw, and they said that once you've paid for an Auto Check on a particular vehicle you can pull it as many times as you like for 90 days.

Was contacted the next day. Refused to send be carfax of vehicle, it's there "policy to give the carfax to you in person". I didn't want to drive 3 hrs without seeing carfax. Keep looking

I explained I had an hour and a half drive and was looking for a nice truck. I saw this truck on their site, he said it was very nice. When I got there, I have never seen a truck for sale in that price range as bad as this one. Paint runs all over top of bed destroyed, places where I could see body filler that wasn't painted at all! The pics looked great but it was terrible. Claimed to have 76k miles, NO WAY.

Wanted way too much money for the Tacomas he did have, rust on most of the frames. Wouldn't negotiate on the prices, and lowest he would go was maybe 200 dollars under the original price. Some what rude about it also.

They never responded online. So I stopped by. First thing the "salesman" told me was that he was off tomorrow. Never asked for my name or number. Never gave me a card. Told me he wouldn't come down on the price of the car or take a lower cash deal. He said they would make more money off of me if I financed. Wow. Terrible.

Slow to respond and lied about how long the car had been on the lot. Cindy sent in email she couldn't send Carfax because they have only had the car a few days and didn't have information but according to Car Guru the dealership has had the car for 89 days. Something is fishy.

Received a response by email. Hours of operation on website state they are open on Saturday until 4. I called on Saturday at noon to see if they still had the car and they did. I told them that we wereon our way to see it but would not be there until 2-2:30 due to living out of state. He said he closes at 2pm and we could come look at it Monday. I guess he doesn't want to sell cars on the weekend when most people can come look at them? Very disappointed in customer service.
