Quick reply and follow-ups. Low pressure--offered test drive, provided rationale for pricing, offered similar alternative for consideration. Did not make purchase, but would recommend Leckner Nissan based on professionalism and courtesy. Ask for Marvin!

Very nice salesperson with regular follow-up. I am leaning toward purchasing new, rather than used, but this offer is interesting and the dealership is relatively convenient to me.

They did respond promptly and answer most of my quetions. When we got to financing they tried to increase the price by 2k. I felt like they where trying to distract us so we wouldn't notice. Over all we got a good price for our car and it is very nice. I'm not saying you shouldn't go here but I'm not recommending them.

Offered them full price that they were asked by for the car which was 6995, plus to pay all license and tax fees. They wanted to whack on another $1500 in service fees which we were not prepared to pay, saying that they were already asking bottom dollar for the car. Noticed they have increased their asking price by $1,000 now. Not impressed with Leckner.

The finance department is shady. Instead of trading in my car, I was told to send it back to the bank. The finance person told me they wouldn't come after me for the balance which is not true! The salesman was great and nice.

I contacted Leckner to set up an appointment to view a BMW. I called on a Saturday and set the appointment for Monday. They even called twice in between to confirm. I showed up and the salesman I had been dealing with was busy so someone else helped me. His name was Mike. The vehicle was dirty on the outside and looked like it hadn't been washed in months. It's hard to tell vehicle condition when dirty. As I was going over the vehicle and seeing if things worked, Mike the salesman kept making comments saying I didn't need to do so because I had a warranty. He seemed upset that I wanted to verify features were in working condition. He also had zero knowledge about the car or cars in general for that matter. They could have taken a few minutes to clean the car up a little given that they had 2 days notice of me coming and it was a 20k vehicle too! The salesman was not courteous nor very friendly either. I even spoke briefly to the used car manager about them washing it and me coming back the next day to revisit. I was told it would be washed if I bought it. What a joke. The also have a $995 processing fee. Very high. Also they have a reconditioning fee of at least $995 as well. Reconditioning is a way to pad the pockets. None was obviously done here as it was extremely dirty as mentioned previously. A 3 year old BMW with 17k miles should be clean for a customer to view especially given 2 days notice. This is by far the worst experience I have had to date. Needless to say I purchased elsewhere .

Quick response to my inquiry but their total price was not realistic. They gave me a fair quote via email, then the salesman added $5,000.00 in fees that were not communicated. I did not and will not purchase or recommend them to anyone.

Everybody was very friendly and helpful! Bill did a great job and Jamie was extremely helpful and nice! The only thing I didn't care for was a lot of emails from the dealer.

Though I should have gone over this vehicle with a fine toothed comb, I didn't, and discovered there was no spare tire when I got a flat. Though the buying process was quick, the car didn't have a full tank of gas. The clerk made a fuss about having to unlock the gas pump, and after waiting twenty minutes, I just left. Also, had some trouble and when I took it to a repair shop, found it not only had no fluid left in the PTU, and what little but remained was burned, plus a dirty air filter. Neither the used car tech or the used car manager did much of a job in my opinion. The only purpose a modern automotive dealer has to serve is to sell and service units to the best of their ability. It isn't rocket science, just due diligence and follow-through. Good thing I bought a warranty. Won't be back, and I won't recommend Leckner Nissan. I could have had the same or better experience at a fly-by-night buy-here-pay here autolot on a corner.

Worked with Rocky at Leckner via email. He was very responsive and helpful. I did not meet him when I went and did not end up buying that car. BUT, I did find another that met all of our criteria. Jeremy Dorsey was our sales consultant, very calm, polite and patient.

They lie, mostly the mileage mentioned in this is not the real one so as the features. This car seems doesn't have moon roof, no back up camera no nav but this features all listed and the site priced based on that. These cars all all purchased from auctions and not in good conditions. Not trust worthy even if you confirm the deal they still show others to see if they can sell high .

Jorge was professional and kept me informed throughout the entire connection. He contacted me the very next morning by telephone and gave me all the information I needed to decide whether I should visit Leckner. Unfortunately, he did not have the Liberty Limited Jet. I would recommend him to friends and relatives because he seems genuinely interested in getting the customer the best deal.

We made an appointment for 11:00 AM. When we arrived on time some one else was test driving the vehicle. We decided to leave for lunch and return if the that individual had no interest in the vehicle. The Sales Manager called our cell and asked that we bring him our lunch receipt and he would reimburse us. We were not reimbursed.

Really could not answer direct questions, and i informed the sales person that i am 4 hours away and did not want to see one price advertised and give me another price in person, based on incentives. NO GOOD

The salesman was very pushy! He contacted me when I made the inquiry, but he lack on knowledge about the vehicle. He promised to give me a call back with the information I ask for and he never did. I decided to drive down to check the vehicleI since salesman couldn't answer my questions over the phone nor my e-mails. I wouldn't recommend this dealership. Lastly, the vehicle had many flaws after I seen it person.

Fast response to inquiry. Lots of nice cars to choose from. Prices below average - below NADA and KBB retail. Friendly, helpful but not pushy staff. Great buying experience!

Contacted me shorty after I emailed. I went to see the car, the salesman was a little pushy(but I think they all are). I purchased the car and there was an issue with the gas door being loose. The gm replaced the door with a new one with no cost to me. I was satisfied with the service from them.

This ad is a "decoy" to get you there. I contacted the dealer online and the salesman told me to let me know when I was planning to stop by to have the vehicle ready. I contacted him online and set up a time for my visit. I called him on the phone and told him I was driving 20 miles to see this car. When I got there the salesman told methe car was sold the day before. He told me he was not there the day before and that is why he didn't know. He said he could show me other options, but those are more expensive. That was 3 days ago. Today, the ad for this car is still up!! T

The vehicle highlighted on the website was sold and remained there for weeks after my visit. Sales manager was not interested in negotiating even after telling him that his competitor had a vehicle with less miles, later year, and service contract.

Got a call that they had special deals going on for Presidents day weekend. I thought I would be able to negotiate a good price, When I got to Nissan of Stafford, and the price on the car was raised by $3,000 over the internet advertized price. They also pulled a swap on the sales rep I had been dealing with. I was very disappointed after a one hour drive to the dealer.

Was told a car would be held for me to look at. I had emailed them an offer without even seeing the car in person, stopped my search in Richmond, and was going to drive up Monday to see the car since thats when they made my appointment for. Heard nothing over the weekend, Monday before I left Richmond I decided to call and check in, they sold the car I was told was on hold for me and nobody bothered to tell me. I well never work with them after this experience!
