Overall a good experience, however advertised price included $1,850 in discounts (trade in and finance through them) which was not detailed so price inflated as soon as I walked in! Made appt to meet someone and upon arrival I was passed off to someone who had no clue why i was there or vehicle interested in. However, we made it work from there.

Not willing to negotiate and very hesitant to even let me test drive the truck myself. I had to tell the salesmen (1 of the 4 that I had contacted) that I'd I was buying a truck and would like more than a test ride. They also had loud music playing and a very wierd car buying atmosphere.

It would have been better to know the APR sooner than later. Not good business practice. Friendly staff though. Said they would fill up my newly purchased car for me and didn’t. Said they would have it ready upon arrival for picking car up that day. It was done after we already arrived when we told them we were picking it up right after 5 p.m.

I asked for the Carfax report. When they replied, they did not even mention it, just tried to get me to come in. When I didn't answer because they didn't do the one thing I asked for, they emailed me again. I had to unsubscribe from further emails.

I would give 0 stars for this dealership if I could. The salesman talked to me like I wasn’t educated and didn’t think I knew what I was talking about. The dealership also advertised a few of there vehicles as newer than they actually were. Terrible salesman!

we went into the dealership to consider a 2017 Camry posted on Cargurus. Intent was to pay cash for the vehicle. Since there was no financing the foregone income caused the price to rise. All told, they were adding $745 for dealer inspection and prep along with $399 admin. fee. Told them that was not acceptable. After much back and forth they finally agree to sell the car for the advertised price. Totally deceptive sales approach. Would not recommend dealing with this dealership.

Every dealer has fee's some are negotiable and some are not, however you went through the normal negotiation process and got the price you wanted and bought the car from us. The saleman I dealt with was a really nice guy, but his hands were tied by sales managers and kept a deal from happening. Was even told they would look at other prices on similar cars in the market area and beat their price. One manager made up excuses as to why this car was priced higher, telling me a complete lie about the Shelby GT500 authentication process costing $1500. I new this was wrong, told him so, and verifed that it only costs 200 at most. They refused to budge much from asking price, which is at least 4 to 5 thousand dollars higher the what this car is actually selling for. I was offered to buy a similar car with 15k less mileage for $34k by a seller 3 hours away in Iowa later that day after visiting this dealership.

I would have given zero stars. Kia ran my credit before I was even aware that they had a vehicle that met my wants and needs. I have never had a dealership do that before. I even told the salesman that my husband would like to get a loan through our bank and not the dealership. My stupidity for giving them my information. You really have to approach dealership more cautiously. Lesson learned.

When I first contacted this dealership, they seemed to be very helpful and friendly. During the process of trying to close on a car, this dealership managed to add an extra $1200 to the closing cost in fees. This was excluding the sales tax. There was not too much flexibility in what we were approved for. When talking to them about it they still were not able to work anything out considering an extra $1200 was never mentioned anywhere. So we took our business elsewhere.

I had been in touch with an information specialist for almost a week prior to actually looking at the vehicle we might potentially buy. However, in that time no one thought it might be a good idea to clean up the vehicle prior to our arrival....considering we drove an hour out from Liberty to see it. No one was prepared for our visit. The sales associate didn't know which car to get. Even after I told him which one we were there to see he grabbed the wrong one and then acted inconvenienced to go get the right one. Once he had gotten the correct vehicle it was in terrible shape. I understood it was a rental but they could have at least cleaned it up before we looked at it. We were willing to pay cash and offered another price because it certainly wasn't priced properly considering the condition it was in but instead they said they would have it detailed and send us before and after pictures. After we left I received a VM saying the would send us pictures Monday. Of course Monday came and went and I received no e-mail but they must have cleaned it up since I noticed the price was increased by 300 or so dollars. They weren't prepared and didn't follow through. They must not want our money. I was not impressed. By far the worst experience I have had at any dealership. Thank you Lawrence Kia for completely wasting our time.

Time for paperwork was very long. You must deal with tough offer to get the the lowest interest and the unreasonable and unexpected fee that not listed here. The price is way higher than what you see on the website. Lack of the knowledge about the car when we ask questions. Sorry but compared to different dealers from big brand to private-own/small we have been visited, I’m not very satisfied with the experience here.

I responded to an add on Cars.com about a used Ford F150 they had in their inventory and then drove 45 minutes to look at it the next day. I spent the next 20 minutes filling out confidential paperwork when I just wanted to see the truck. The price on the internet and their website is not the selling price, they add a $750 prep fee for a used vehicle plus $399 admin fee which they don't tell you about. Friendly, professional people but save yourself some time and ask first about their fees and final price. Read other reviews, see for yourself, look at what other customers say about pricing and view your own opinion.

We drove almost 2 hours to get there to look at a vehicle. Spoke with 4 different people about the car. Did all the paperwork and more then once we told them this is what we can and will do. They kept coming back with something different. Test drove the car and loved it. We were there 3 1/2 hours! There was three different amounts given for the price of the car. Then we were told about all these "other fees". We tried several times to make it work with them and nope nothing..... $1000.00 cost them the sale of a car they had been sitting on their lot for a while according to their sight and one of the employees. Also, the employees should learn to talk with their clients not play on their phones or need to go smoke. Very disappointed in Kia and espeacially since we drove so far.

Very friendly people, but not very transparent or upfront about the cost of the auto. I called and spoke with a person from the dealership - very pleasant person- and asked about how firm the online price was. I was told it is negotiable. I drove an hour one way to check it out. We arrived then had to fill out paperwork for about 30 minutes prior to even looking at the car. Then went to another building and they had to go find the car which took another 15 minutes or so before we got to see it. The auto was nice. Once we started negotiations, their first price was over $1100.00 more than the listed price on-line as a result of their "fees". The final lowest price they would offer was still over $400 HIGHER than the online sticker price! I doubt we will ever return here. Again, the people were very friendly, the transparency of the price was ridiculous.

BEWARE**Teaser price with high fees! Ken from Lawrence Kia called me back immediately. However, when I asked about the fees, he seemed to hesitate. It sounded like he wanted me to come in to discuss everything. I pressed a little more and finally got out what all the extra fees were going to be for the van. He said there would be a $399 admin. fee and a $745 dealer fee. That is an extra $1,144. A few days later I received a customer courtesy call to see what my experience was like and if I was still looking. I explained to her the situation and that I would never buy from Lawrence Kia because I feel they were deceptive in advertising. She said she would pass it on, and no one has ever called back.

quick response & several follow ups. made purchase of the car easy to include inviting me to come the 90 + miles to test drive the car after business hours. Finance manager even worked with me when I changed my mine on the buying the "wrap" warranty so that I didn't have to return to Lawrence. I didn't give the 5 stars because they were not up front with what the total cost of the car was going to be. I ended up paying $745 more than advertised price of $12,500 for the car plus another $339 for dealer charges because in fine print it says additional admin fees may apply. Nothing was mentioned about this until I questioned it. Also, strongly recommend READING the FINE PRINT in the CONTRACT as well. What you are told may not be what is WRITTEN in the CONTRACT. The car would have been returned within 3 days of sale (KS law) but since I liked the car, I chose to accept it. If dealership had been honest and up front with me, I could have given them a 5 star rating.

I had a pre approval loan as well as the dealership was working on financing for a better rate due to some credit challenges brought on by divorce. There was a BMW there that I had the pre approval loan to purchase the car with. The sales guy told me to come pick up the car, I made an appointment to come in and pick up the car. I looked up the car again on the Internet to show some friends and it was not there. I called the sales guy and asked if the car was removed from the Internet because it was sold, he guaranteed me that he was looking at the car and to come on in and pick it up. I went home got my wife and we were about to head up to Lawrence Kia to pick up the car. I called again and asked the sales guy about the car a second time, this time he fessed up that he had sold the car. I will never buy a car from you guys. I went to Lexus and bought a new 250 IS sport and got financed with no issues.

I ended up buying a 2016 Kia Soul at Lawrence Kia instead of the used one I was looking at. They had so many options to choose from. Super friendly staff in all departments, and great prices! We went there to look at cars. The sales guy was great but their process was horrible. We were there an hour and looked at 1 car. Be prepared to wait. They kept wanting to bring us a car and we said just unlock these and we can tell you if we like them or not. Big waste of time and the cars were not as nice as they described.
