Time for paperwork was very long. You must deal with tough offer to get the the lowest interest and the unreasonable and unexpected fee that not listed here. The price is way higher than what you see on the website. Lack of the knowledge about the car when we ask questions. Sorry but compared to different dealers from big brand to private-own/small we have been visited, I’m not very satisfied with the experience here.

I responded to an add on Cars.com about a used Ford F150 they had in their inventory and then drove 45 minutes to look at it the next day. I spent the next 20 minutes filling out confidential paperwork when I just wanted to see the truck. The price on the internet and their website is not the selling price, they add a $750 prep fee for a used vehicle plus $399 admin fee which they don't tell you about. Friendly, professional people but save yourself some time and ask first about their fees and final price. Read other reviews, see for yourself, look at what other customers say about pricing and view your own opinion.

We drove almost 2 hours to get there to look at a vehicle. Spoke with 4 different people about the car. Did all the paperwork and more then once we told them this is what we can and will do. They kept coming back with something different. Test drove the car and loved it. We were there 3 1/2 hours! There was three different amounts given for the price of the car. Then we were told about all these "other fees". We tried several times to make it work with them and nope nothing..... $1000.00 cost them the sale of a car they had been sitting on their lot for a while according to their sight and one of the employees. Also, the employees should learn to talk with their clients not play on their phones or need to go smoke. Very disappointed in Kia and espeacially since we drove so far.

Very friendly people, but not very transparent or upfront about the cost of the auto. I called and spoke with a person from the dealership - very pleasant person- and asked about how firm the online price was. I was told it is negotiable. I drove an hour one way to check it out. We arrived then had to fill out paperwork for about 30 minutes prior to even looking at the car. Then went to another building and they had to go find the car which took another 15 minutes or so before we got to see it. The auto was nice. Once we started negotiations, their first price was over $1100.00 more than the listed price on-line as a result of their "fees". The final lowest price they would offer was still over $400 HIGHER than the online sticker price! I doubt we will ever return here. Again, the people were very friendly, the transparency of the price was ridiculous.

Drove 45 minutes to see this vehicle . They added 1400 dollars in fees on top of there listed price when trying to sell me this vehicle . Very unsatisdied in there service .

Wanted to purchase a vehicle, took an entire day to respond back to me so I purchased a vehicle else- where. Let him know I purchased one and was no longer looking and never got a response at all. Pretty poor service if you ask me. Sales name was Mike

I am very pleased with Them! Mike Robert's stayed there after closing time for me to come from Tulsa, OK to get my car! I'd tell anyone to go there ,they will treat you right!!

BEWARE**Teaser price with high fees! Ken from Lawrence Kia called me back immediately. However, when I asked about the fees, he seemed to hesitate. It sounded like he wanted me to come in to discuss everything. I pressed a little more and finally got out what all the extra fees were going to be for the van. He said there would be a $399 admin. fee and a $745 dealer fee. That is an extra $1,144. A few days later I received a customer courtesy call to see what my experience was like and if I was still looking. I explained to her the situation and that I would never buy from Lawrence Kia because I feel they were deceptive in advertising. She said she would pass it on, and no one has ever called back.

quick response & several follow ups. made purchase of the car easy to include inviting me to come the 90 + miles to test drive the car after business hours. Finance manager even worked with me when I changed my mine on the buying the "wrap" warranty so that I didn't have to return to Lawrence. I didn't give the 5 stars because they were not up front with what the total cost of the car was going to be. I ended up paying $745 more than advertised price of $12,500 for the car plus another $339 for dealer charges because in fine print it says additional admin fees may apply. Nothing was mentioned about this until I questioned it. Also, strongly recommend READING the FINE PRINT in the CONTRACT as well. What you are told may not be what is WRITTEN in the CONTRACT. The car would have been returned within 3 days of sale (KS law) but since I liked the car, I chose to accept it. If dealership had been honest and up front with me, I could have given them a 5 star rating.

The overall experience was good right up til the end. When I came back the next day to pick up the car, they didn't seem quite the same as the day before. I got what I feel was a fair deal. So I am happy.

I had a pre approval loan as well as the dealership was working on financing for a better rate due to some credit challenges brought on by divorce. There was a BMW there that I had the pre approval loan to purchase the car with. The sales guy told me to come pick up the car, I made an appointment to come in and pick up the car. I looked up the car again on the Internet to show some friends and it was not there. I called the sales guy and asked if the car was removed from the Internet because it was sold, he guaranteed me that he was looking at the car and to come on in and pick it up. I went home got my wife and we were about to head up to Lawrence Kia to pick up the car. I called again and asked the sales guy about the car a second time, this time he fessed up that he had sold the car. I will never buy a car from you guys. I went to Lexus and bought a new 250 IS sport and got financed with no issues.

I ended up buying a 2016 Kia Soul at Lawrence Kia instead of the used one I was looking at. They had so many options to choose from. Super friendly staff in all departments, and great prices! I also got a lifetime warranty on my new Soul! Couldn't be happier with my car buying experience. LOVE my new car.

We went there to look at cars. The sales guy was great but their process was horrible. We were there an hour and looked at 1 car. Be prepared to wait. They kept wanting to bring us a car and we said just unlock these and we can tell you if we like them or not. Big waste of time and the cars were not as nice as they described.
