I purchased a car and they were to have it delivered from Murray, UT to Boise, ID. They didn't tell me that they had to give the car hauler a 5-day notice after I had paid in full and that delivery might be delayed a week. The rest of the transaction was terrific, but this one thing soured my feelings for them because I felt they could have told me earlier in the process. Now I am without a car and have to either borrow one or rent one until mine arrives.

Never answered the simple questions I asked about the vehicle. Just kept sending me semi prewritten emails virtually begging to get a phone contact. Very icky feeling. Like a teenage girl at a frat party. They had a product we were interested in but their sales approach ruined it. We shopped several other places instead and found a nice car and nice deal with nice people.
