We had a wonderful experience, They got back in touch right away, there was no pressure, a little haggling with monthly payment, but we got what we wanted. they gave us a very good deal with the financing on the 2008 Honda CRV ! We drove it home that very day.

Give them a 3 out of 5. Low pressure, not willing to negotiate on price. The "Wow" price is the price. Can negotiate on trade, my experience. Finance tries to hit you for extended coverage on tires, service contracts etc... Salesperson not as knowledgeable on the product as I expected him to be and didn't follow up on 2 small concerns I had before delivery. I just let them go after being there for a solid 5 1/2 hours...ugh, didn't even finance, they don't like that. Overall experience was ok, it always feels like they're not very truthful.

Dwight hang up on me when I asked him if there is a wigle room with the price, No courtesy and respect. Went there after couple of days to look around I wasn't impressed after looking underneath the front fender of a black Toyota highlander 2012 hybrid, The car has been in an accident and they did a terrible job repairing it is kind of like (lick it and stick it) . Test drive another 2011 highlander hybrid the vehicle wave from left to right like the stearing wheel has lots of play and its very dangerous to drive on high speed and the sales guy trying to tell me this car is certified and went thru torrogh repare. I would not give them my business.

This was the best car purchase I've ever had. Everyone from the manager went out of their way to be friendly, helpful and pleasant. All the way to ordering pizza for us. Their professionalisn was always apparent. They answered all questions. And, above all, the car was magnificent. Okay, you say, that's easy you say. Well, add in they're in midst of renovation due to outgrowing their space. They have 44 desks and 60+ sales people. They were packed with customers. It could easily become chaos. But it didn't. Everyone kept smiling while working hard. A well oiled machine that kept it all going and keeping everyone happy. I love my car and the experience was great. They need to patent it.

Absolutely horrible experience! Drove an hour and a half so that I could check out a truck. Once I got there I had just about the worst salesman. He had the personality of a ham sandwich. Wanted to try and negotiate the price a little. I then had to deal with the manager for price negotiations. The manager was completely unwilling to drop the price by even $100 and came off very condescending and rude. Very unprofessional. I would never waist my time at this dealership again.

The car needed new shocks to pass MD inspection & it turned out the promised 30 day/1000 mile dealer warranty was not included in the paperwork once I refused the service contract. I consider this average for dealer promises and chose not to return the car since the repair wasn't very expensive. On the plus side, the car was a good enough price to make the $599 dealer fee acceptable. The people I dealt with were pleasant and the transaction went very smoothly so I'm giving them an average rating.

We initially expressed interest in a pre-owned 2015 car and requested additional details which were we to receive in a followup call that unfortunately didn't come until after that car was sold. During the eventual followup call, apologies were profuse and we were able to reach an agreement on a new 2016 model which we purchased 2 days later after driving to VA. Despite the rocky start, we found the sales and management personnel to be pleasant and professional and knowledgeable about their product.

We had some good email contact ahead of time so they knew what I wanted. Ended up buying a 2015 hybrid Camry for $2000 cheaper than another dealership for similar car. Salesperson was helpful without being too pushy. It's always a long process but they made it as easy as possible.

Sales person, Mark Boyd, and sales manager, Jon Frederick, were both prompt, courteous, and very professional. They ensured that my vehicle was delivered with all the agreed-to features in a very timely manner. The finance manager was also courteous and prompt. The dealer knew the vehicles and took the time and effort I needed to select the vehicle that best fit my needs and I think we negotiated a good price. In the end, as much as I loved the 4Runner, the Highlander was my choice for its larger cargo area, smoother ride, and not having to climb up into it. My only disappointments were not getting the Highlander in the Nautical Blue, although the Shoreline Blue Pearl is beautiful, and I thought my trade in value should have been higher. The dealer made it up in other ways though, so I'm very happy with the results and recommend Koons Tysons Toyota and Barrod and Paloma Jones, my sales consultants and Chad and Ricky in Finance.

From the start my experience was positive. I was greeted immediately, I was speaking to a sales rep within 1minute, and on a test drive within 5 minutes for the car I had seen online. I performed all of my pricing research in advance of arriving, for both my trade in and the car I was purchasing. The WOW price the offered was very fair, in fact, the car was a bargain for a CPO vehicle. They offered me a fair amount for my trade, but we still agreed on an amount $500 higher than the original offer. All of the prices were within the amounts I saw on edmunds, NADA, and KBB. The only negative experience was in finance. Finance sales rep was very knowledgeable, but since I arrived pre-approved, he needed to make money some other way and offered an extended warranty. When I declined, he asked me to initial the area indicating "YES" that he offered the warranty but I was declining. I read everything I sign, and that line he asked me to sign was for YES I accept the extended warranty. He had crossed out the NO I don't want the warranty line. I brought this to his attention, and he claimed it was a mistake. I don't believe that for a second. He was entirely to professional and rehearsed to make that type of error. I wante to comment on my particularly good experience with my sales person "Edward" and the sales manager "Will." They were two classy guys. At no pint did I feel taken advantage or that I was in a traditional car dealership. I highly recommend their dealership. On a side note, I explained to everyone that I was in a hurry to finish deal so I could pick up my son from the bus stop, and everyone clearly rushed to assist me!

This dealership tried to lowball me on my trade, sneakily jack up the price of the vehicle I was looking at and get me to sign with their creditors, knowing the rate was .5% higher than what I was already approved for. The dealer was long-winded and wasted much of my time.

I did not purchase my vehicle from them ONLY because home town dealer matched Koons Tysons price while in route on a 10 hour round trip to buy from Koons Tyson. Really wished I would have just made the 10 hour trip, now! The customer service they practice is like no other!

Dealer was unwilling to consider my trade in, which was a high miles Toyota Tundra. Two other dealers ended up fighting over my business and gave me close to the private party retail price for my trade, plus an amazing deal on a new Tundra. Too bad. I would rather have bought the truck I inquired about from Koons.

Long story, short version, sales team was excellent in all ways. Service dept needs to wake up and go back to auto shop in high school and actually learn how to balance tires. Test drove the car we bought and noted that it had a vibration, told them it was not in the steering wheel, and was a rear tire. They kept the car overnight. Checked it and told us that the vibration was the "road" and nothing was wrong. When we got on the freeway on return trip home, car was u drivable above 55. So we drove slow as we needed to return to North Carolina that day. Stopped for a bite of food, and I looked at the tires. Saw a tire weight about 4 inches long that was diagonal across the wheel barrel and barely stuck on. Was able to move it back reaching in the wheel, made the car drivable ,but still slight vibration the wheel was not cleaned before sticking the tire weight on to it. They had 2 changes to stop this problem, and they didn't, then they lie to to us and tell us "it's the road"

All new car buying is stressful. We ended up negotiating with a total of four different sales members here. The process took over four exhausting hours. I understand that it's a dance, but it doesn't have to be. I had a hand shake deal at $23,000. (and written confirmation), but then another dancer cut in and the "deal" was suddenly changed to $23,698.

Outstanding! Everyone is friendly, helpful and especially knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle and the buying experience. Even the coffee is excellent! There was no pressure at any stage of the buying process. The vehicle was perfectly cleaned, prepared, presented and explained prior to my departure. They even set up my nav system so I could find my way out of DC and return to Virginia Beach without a problem. I will stay in touch for any future acquisitions. Bill Oakes deserves a special kudo for all his professional and friendly help.

After contacting Koons via CarGuru for an updated price, received an email from the internet sales manager thanking me for contacting them and that someone would be getting back to me. Never heard from anyone so I emailed the manager back to let him know. He responded with an apology and asked what he could help me with. I responded with my questions and never heard back from him.

Horrible, went to the dealer just to get a text moments before I arrived to find out the vehicle was sent to auction. Drove to Lustine in Va, to look at calls then the manager called to say they could get the vehicle back if I wanted. Bad bad bad....

I was dealing mostly with Ahmed and Tyler and they were both excellent and I really wanted to buy from Koons. What ruined the entire experience was talking to the new car sales manager named Tony. I had received a quote from another dealer and Tony swore on the life of his two kids that I had received a bogus quote and proceeded to act very condescending toward me. I ended up buying my Prius at the other dealer with the "bogus" price. Who swears on the lives of their kids over something like that? I just really thought the whole thing was extremely unprofessional.

Cars are consistently overpriced - and this dealership refused to budge on something that was at least 2,000 over the blue book value of the car. I think because they see so much traffic they know somebody will want it. Fair enough, it's a business, but not one I wanted to deal with.

Got my brand new truck here. Salesman was Cornell, he was excellent because truck i wanted was very specific and I 've been looking for a month....he said he will look into inventory.....but then he quickly changed his attitude saying "U know what I WILL find you that truck!".....thats the attidude i was looking for.... the whole team was polite courteous and STRAIGHTFOWARD....they dont beat around the bushes with numbers and promises like Ourisman Toyota....KOONs got the LARGEST online selections that u can search too...and they will get u the truck u want

My first inquiry online about a 2010 Prius was answered quickly by Seneca Harris who provided very helpful information; he also coordinated with second salesperson for my visit to the dealership the next day. The second salesperson, Bill Oakes, allowed plenty of time for two test drives of two cars, and checked on a third when I inquired about it. He also allowed me plenty of time to sit in the car I was more interested in to test out all the ways to adjust seating, and he introduced me to a number of other controls and programming choices in the car. Throughout, he entertained with humorous stories which definitely led to an increased positive mood. But, when I wanted to focus on the car, there was no issue with moving off a story and answering my questions. This salesperson did not rush me, staying almost two hours past closing to answer all my questions. I had to put a hold on the car to arrange financing, and everyone involved in this aspect was friendly and accommodating when I had to delay a day. They also agreed to pull out one small circle dent and touch up very minor dirt and tiny marks. When I came to pick up the car, my first salesperson, Seneca Harris, greeted me with a sparkling, newly washed car that also had a full tank of gas. And all the body work had been done. Then Mr. Harris took his time showing me all the controls with even more detail than during my test drives--he showed everything to get me road ready and to help me fully utilize all the features; he was an excellent teacher--crystal clear, to the point, and also answering with a sixth sense about what I would want to know about choices in various options. He showed me how to use every feature, helped me program my phone with bluetooth, and illustrated the destination programming by helping me input my home address. It's also true that his sharing a story or two humanized our transaction. Overall, he was personable, upbeat, and professional. My experience supports the excellent ratings this dealership takes pride in receiving. I do have two aspects of my experience I wish had been different. One was getting extended pressure to buy an extended warranty from the finance manager. The second was the salespersons' refusal to come down even a mere $500 in price. The dealership does price fairly competitively which probably helps to explain their record sales, but the higher mileage on this used car warranted some give on the sale price. A small reduction would help a buyer feel a bit more invested and in control of the intense sales transaction-- leading to an unqualified outstanding experience rather than a generally excellent experience marred by these two aspects. I still wish to end by applauding once again Mr. Oaks and Mr. Harris who, showing me respect and attentive care, won my confidence and secured a successful purchase.

I made an appointment and drove over an hour to get there. 15 minutes away I received a call that someone else was driving that car. It was sold before I got there. Seemed a little fishy to me to have a transaction completed that quickly. They also treated me as if I didn't know what I wanted. They brought other people over to tell me I didn't really want dual sliding doors...I did. They also gave me misinformation--saying a 2013 Sienna LE (4-cyl) cost 30k new and the 2012 was 21k--so great value. Not true--a new one is not that much and it was very misleading. The dealer also said the doors were "soft touch" opening. I couldn't believe it--you can't just make up a feature because it didn't have power doors. They were regular doors--not soft touch. I felt like because I was a woman, they thought I was stupid. I would not trust them in the future. I have also received at least 4 calls from other people at the dealership asking if I want to come look at the Sienna I came to see last week--the one that has been sold. I have asked them to stop calling and hope they do soon. I think the rating of "poor" that I'm giving is generoud.

Beware that when you talk to an associate via IM on their site, it might not be the person who's name and picture you actually see on the screen. Same goes for email. I received a response saying it was one persons name in the email header , but it was signed by a different associates name. Also, dealer was not able to come down on their overpriced vehicle to seal a deal. Do your homework and stick to your guns when dealing with this company.
