I enjoyed the treatment I received both during and after the purchase of my vehicle. I especially urge folks to look for their internet pricing (like I did); there was a $2800 difference between the internet price and the walk-onto-the-lot price!

They were amazing, helped me with pricing and taught each aspect (tech) in the car, and did everything they could to help roll out with a brand new 2016 deep impact blue GT on that same day, deff worth the 2hr drive from Fredericksburg VA to Springfield Maryland

Very responsive before the visit (multiple emails and phone calls) then after the visit, had to call over 5 times to get additional information. Never called back at the times they said they would. Didn't have much knowledge on the vehicle. Wouldn't return for business.

Very insincere and shady business practices. An originally agreed upon down payment amount was withdrawn and two other offers with higher required amounts were then placed on the table. I was also told the financial entity that I was already approved for required a down payment. Upon confirming this with that entity I found out that this was not the case. I would never recommend any one that I know to go there for a car purchase.

Koons Silver Spring called me on 11/19/14 and told me they had a BMW 7 series for me. I went there the next day 11/20/14 the car was there but they said they were going to auction the car instead of selling it. So, I went down the street to BMW of Silver Spring and purchased a 2014 BMW 535d.
