Very helpful, had car ready to test drive since dealership was 2 hrs away. Waited for my husband another 2 hrs to come and test drive it. When I was not able to keep car bcs of health issues related to the seat they offered an exchange of anything on the lot. Chris Willis was top-notch sales rep.

I give this dealer an F. I told the contract person Kim that I would be there Mon at 10 AM to see the vehicle. She said it would be ready for me to inspect. I got there at 9:50 and went in the front door. We stood there for a few minutes and a salesman asked if he could help us. I said we had an appointment to see the Toyota. He looked confused but said he would try and find the keys. He was gone for over a half hour. Other people asked if they could help but we said we're already being helped. The salesman came back and walked right by us. I said did you find the keys and he said , oh tat car is sold. I said the car was supposed to be here for me to see this morning. He said sorry. He did not ask us if we wanted to see another vehicle. I was buying that car for my fleet. I own a transportation company. That guy would have had a sale that morning if he was a salesman!

This vehicle was not in the lot. Was told that it was back getting detailed but alas it was not. They tried to steer me towards another Subaru but that was not what I was looking for.

Wonderful! I was greeted with a sign on the dashboard of the vehicle I was interested in. It said "Welcome Debra Handy". I ended up getting the vehicle. The whole process was less than 3 hours.

Easily the worst car buying experience i have ever had. I told them I wanted to buy this truck. I said "what do I have to do so that no one can buy it from under me"? I offered to come and do the paper work right then. They said you dont have to come now, just come tomorrow and text me your licence and insurance info we'll do the paperwork tomorrow" so I did. The following morning they called to tell me the truck was sold. I could have bought it the day before. I was very very disappointed. If they say they are there to help you, they are not. they want to make the quick buck. believe me they are not going to do you any favors.

Terrible response times and un returned messages. Did not stand by advertised and spoken promotional offers. Typical sales talk and no action. Their loss. Poor reflection on Toyota brand overall.

The saleman was very unprofessional he was in the middle of selling me a vehicle and finding out the price to ship it to me after phone calls and finding out the taxes and tag from my state he sold the car to someone that walked in that day. I advice no one to deal with this company without being face to face with them To secure a deal
