I never got to see the cat, I made an appointment to go see it and I got there early. They told me it was out on a test drive and was trying to pawn me off on another vehicle. Not happy at all with the way I was done.

I was disappointed in Kasper price negotiation on this car. Appreciating this car was in excellent condition I was ready to buy and drive 150 miles However Troys price was $2000 above Fair Disappointing

Bhamilton, thank you for your review and honest opinion.  We are very conscious of the market value of our vehicles and price them with a fair and aggressive approach.  We factor in criteria such as year, mileage, condition, and demand when arriving at our online price.  Most often, we are priced in the good or great deal range.  In the case of this 2011 Avalon with 49,428 miles, we are in the fair category ($813 over fair market price).  This one-owner local trade happens to be in excellent condition and only has been driven an average of 7100 miles per year.  Cars like this are hard to come

I ended up buying the vehicle. Dealer was great. I didn't have much time the day of pickup due to work commitments. They worked with me to get everything squared away in advance so I could get in and out in about 40 minutes. I've had experiences elsewhere when dealer sometimes adds things onto purchase contract and wastes customer's time pulling it off. There was none of that which I also appreciated greatly.

The car I was looking at was listed @$8000. Drove the car, loved it. Went to make a deal. Was presented offer of $12000, declined, then went to $10000. Mentioned web price was $8000, salesman sidestepped. Made offer of $ 7000 cash WHICH I thought we fair for $8000 car. Salesman came back with $9000. At no time was $8000 offered. Never even saw a manager. I had to drive 1 1/2 hrs one way. So don't believe the price on the web.

Responded quickly, won't not negotiate on price. Kept insisting I stop in for test drive on overpriced vehicle. Sent me about 3 emails, 2 of which were the same automated response about a test drive. Once they get your email gpu gey automated responses, not cool in my book.

Disappointing ......can't get a call back regarding questions . Sales staff not knowledgeable about sales process. Took forever to get a receipt after I paid my down payment. Only bright side of the whole deal was the finance department was on top of their game.

Over all store is good.my sales man Matt,was less than truthful. Stated full safety check.after heading home found cooling gauge inoperative, back wiper missing notice coming from front end.he stated he set a seat down for pictures,just to find it will not come up.outher store personal. Got sent a email by their internet sales manager saying they gave a warranty on all their vehicles and kept emailing me wanting to know if i was coming to look at it so i could get the so called "VIP" treatment. so i drove 2 hours to get the car, to be told there was no warranty on it bcuz it had over 100000 miles and it had a flat tire when i got there and the saleman had no clue i was coming and after all that, like a fool, i still was considering buying it if they would just come down a little in price. I only wanted him to come down 3 or 4 hundred and he probably would have gotten my business in the future also. But instead He said he would only come down $100 bcuz it was tax time and if i didnt buy it someone else would spend their tax money on it & how it was a great time of the year to be a car saleman..lol. typical car saleman! It was a win win situation tho. Im sure he sold the car and made that couple extra hundred dollars and i now know one dealership that will never get my business even once, let alone repeat business!

The dealership was great. We called ahead of time to insure they had the vehicle we were interested in purchasing and asked if they could have it ready to drive when we arrived. The sales agent was waiting for us when we arrived. He was able to answer all our questions and we took out the car for a drive. They were able to help us finance the car. The price on the car was great and we bought it. The whole time to finish the paperwork was about an hour. Will definitely consider them for our next purchases.

Dealer did not reveal a damage to the vehicle. When informed, they even suggested that we may have caused the damage while driving home. It is very hard to see unless you inspect it closely; we were in a hurry and missed it, so that was my bad. However, when the original images from the ad were reviewed, the damage was there. They then refuse to fix the damage that will cost over $350 to fix. Never apologize for blaming us for the damage either.

While we strive to be upfront and honest with all of our dealings, we occasionally do miss things.  We both had the opportunity to look over the van together for quite a while the day you were here.  Neither of us saw the damage at the time.  We take over 50 pictures of all of our vehicles in an attempt to show as much of the vehicle as possible.  It is our goal to have nothing but positive experiences.  Unfortunately, because of a mutual misunderstanding, we missed this time.

My experience with Kasper was very good. I could buy knowing I was getting a great deal because of the information I received here. From the time I got to the dealership until the time I left, I was pleased with the service I received. The people are nice and so is the dealership. I will tell other people I know to buy from them. They also give a free lifetime warranty and I think that's great, too!

Wow - super dealer representative Matt! Polite and very professional yet friendly and answered my emails quickly and went above and beyond to provide me with details on the car I was interested in. I live aprox. 5 hours away so I didn't get to visit the actual dealership. We bought a car closer to us but would have driven the 5 hours to this dealership if not. AAA+++++++
