Dan made the process effortless. I pre-qualified for the loan before arriving and KDK Auto did everything else. The vehicle selection is vast. I went there knowing I was going to leave with a car. If the Audi Q5 I saw online wasn't going to work I already had a second and third choice in mind. It's was not a waisted trip and I will be back to purchase again.

We was approved for a car but they made a mistake on the loan app and we ended up getting denied. They refunded our down payment but then still took money out of the bank account a week later. Then got nasty because Dave did not call and inform us of the refund so I called and I talked to the finance guy and he ask me if I talked to Dave. I said no, not to the result of the money taken out of the account. Then Dave called me with a major attitude and really nasty because I told the finance guy I didn't hear any results. Before you buy from here, make sure all the information is correct on the application before you sign.

Drove over 2 hours to look at a truck that had "normal wear and tear" but when I arrived the truck was in very bad shape. Airbag light was on, change oil message, squeaky drivers door, tailgate did not open properly, and many other body issues.

We REALLY wanted their jx35 but being 6+ hours away made it difficult. I could not access inspectmyride.com for a 3rd party inspection that my lender required due to conflicting documents (Experian vs carfax- NOT fault of dealer) but they did what they could to help out. This was our 1st pick but Need a vehicle ASAP and unfortunately it’s not working in our favor so looking to buy closer today or tomorrow. Still want the jx35 they have though

This place was an absolute joke, we walked in and asked for who we had been speaking to. We were told "No, that's not how we work here." It then took them 20-25 minutes to find the truck we were there to look at, got outside and you could hear how bad the truck was before even getting to the truck. I drove 3 hours one way to look at this truck, and had the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. Overall I say stay away from this place, they are a joke.

I talked with Phil and he was very pleasant and told me to stop on by and take a look at the Acura MDX I was looking at. I ended up stopping in the next day and Phil was there along with JD and they had the car cleaned and in the service garage with the keys in it for me to look it over. I was impressed considering they didn't even know if i was definitely coming in to see it or not. After looking the car and taking it for a test drive I was very happy. The MDX was very clean top to bottom and JD had the carfax report printed up for me at my request when I got back. The car had one owner with a clean carfax with a great service history which made my decision much easier to work on a deal to purchase the car. In short JD was great helping me with any questions I had and even got me better financing for me than my credit union could. He took my calls in a timely matter and after some negotiating we both came to terms that we were both happy with. I would definitely recommend KDK auto to anyone looking for their next car purchase. JD and Phil are top notch guys and will help you out anyway they can. Will definitely look them up again when i'm looking for my next car. Thanks Guys!

Wonderful experience at KDK. John Cirner did so much more for me than my own bank that even saying thank you doesn't seem like enough. A very bad experience! I was notified twice they had the car. I let them know that I would have to have my spouse with me before I made decision. Not a problem, come up. I even called before i made the 40 minute trip. They had the vehicle I wanted to look at buried but had the more expensive one running and cleaned. I told them I wanted to see the other one then was told it was being sent away that night but I could still get it if I bought it now.. I left feeling very lied to. Then even got an arrogant phone call . I would not ever suggest this place to anyone. Funny thing though is they didnt know it would have been a cash sell! Too bad.

Way too busy to even help me!! Gave me keys to cars to drive and didn't even stop to put tags in windows! The place was busy and had two people working! The car was gone when I got there and I called ahead to make sure it was there!! Waste of my whole evening!

My experience was great. A professional atmosphere and great team. Thank you Dan, R.j., and Ryan for taking care of me on making a dream become reality. The photos appear to have been touched up. My sister drove our mother 35 minutes to see the vehicle only to discover there were areas of rust and holes in the leather. Their listing did not mention these problems and when I spoke to them about the issues there responses were not professional. We decided quickly to leave their establishment because we felt they had been dishonest.

Called regarding a vehicle posted on Car Gurus and their website. Had me on hold for 5 mins. Spoke to a guy and asked if a vehicle was still available, he just said "sold" and hung up. Didn't even try to find similar cars. Wouldn't want to bother giving my business to them.

I feel as tho the gentleman that helped us was prejudice!!! My mother was willing to co-sign for me, she had received a letter from At&t with her credit score reading some where around 770-794, she hasn't applied for anything since receiving this letter. The gentleman comes back and says that wasn't your credit score it was somewhere around 674-690. And proceeds to tell us I'm sorry we can't help you. No other words except have a good day I'm sorry. He didn't mention well if you put this amount down you can still get the vehicle or with your trade you need so much cash down. I've never been treated like this ever before. The following day I received an email from another car lot and I stated what haf took place and I was discouraged and would wait until the credit score got better. They told me with your mothers credit score you can definitely get financed, it may not be as high as you thought but overall it's still a very good credit score. I proceeded to call KDK Brokers and I asked a question and stated "well this other carlot said her credit was fine and she should have been able to get financed, the gentleman then tells me, "well if they can finance you, take your business to them, go else where since they can help you!!" I have never been treated so rude a day in my life!!!!

Not happy. I was sold this car with transmission problems. Phil the sales guy manager was rude and felt bothered customers where there. The accountant rarely looked at me in the eye and kept looking over my shoulder. If you can avoid this dealship, I highly recommend that you do. Otherwise you will be paying more on repairs. Dealership is not worthy of a star.

Didn't notify me that a car had sold before I made the long drive to see it after expressing interest. They knew I was interested and had even talked to them on the phone that day telling me it was still there. Nothing they said really felt trustworthy because they were short to the point and rude. Just poor customer service all around. Still don't even know if the car was actually sold or they lied because it was still on the website after they told me that.

truck was advertised as Carfax perfect and the dealer said it was as well I have spent $3,000 repairing obvious mechanical electrical problems that there was no way that the dealer was not aware of they told me the vehicle in preference to another offer because I was an hour and a half away from the facility knowing it wouldn't be prudent for me to continue to drive back and forth where there are less than adequately trained mechanics to attempt to repair ultimately went to the Ford dealership where there electrical technician spent three different times attempting to find and repair mechanical issues or I should say electrical issues which were a result of someone takingthe passenger threshold and carpet up repair the floor IE the dealer KDK and when they place the trash hold back in place they changed all of the wiring causing multiple short circuits KDK Auto Brokers had me out there Carfax perfect vehicle knowing that I was coming well in advance I set there all day long while they monkey with the vehicle back in the shop I will never send anybody to that sylheti with Goodwill or caring intent the way they treated me after I had purchased the vehicle and was waiting was rude and with disdain I cannot understand it was obviously not working properly could be advertised as car perfect thank you and God bless

Very bad experience. Car was overpriced on their own add. Also car had expesive issues to fix. Asked the sales man to see if there was a way to lower the price to the market price which was about $671.. And told them as i am paying cash for the car. Seems like the boss guy from the back office said very loud/screaming almost.. Don't like the price, don't have to buy it.. Its ok... Told the guy " can you hear me out before you say anything, there is no need to be rude, this is in your own website add. The guy repeated the same thing.. So i told them well there qas no need to be rude.. But even if you give me half price now I wont buy here.. Your loss because it was cash.. Not check..not financed.. It was cash.. Dont buy there.. Very rude people.. Not even a star they deserve..

Very disappointed, rude and over priced above market value engine light was on with a turbo charge issues and still their price was above market value abou $600. Manager was even more rude. By the way I was paying cash. Beware buyers look for market value!.. took my business somewere else with great results.

Great. It was I that was to late. Truck was gone. Great deals are had here. Act fast if you want a truck. They don't sit there long. For a dealer that is a good thing. For you the customer means you purchase is fresher. It hasn't been sitting there just rusting away. Top class place. Would recommend them.

Didn't seem to interested in getting me into the Subaru at my terms. Yes the car was 13 years old but had very,very low mileage. They "ran the numbers" with only one lender who didn't want to do a 60 month loan AND charged a high interest rate even though my credit is excellent and came back with an unacceptable monthly payment of over $220. per month. I am now driving a Hyundai Sonata that is 10 years old with low mileage for a payment of $102. per month.

I drove over 125 miles in one direction to see this vehicle ! After looking at the vehicle and immediately deciding that it was not near as clean ( under body frame shock towers / shocks etc.. very ,very rusted corrosion ) as advertised ,I went into there small building to let them know that I was not interested , By the way they knew I was on my way , they sat inside and never came out to assist me or help me. I ask to use the restroom , the owner said it was for buying customers ONLY that there is a McDonald's down the street !!! NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE..I PERSONALLY RATE IT A 0 ON A 1 TO 10 SCALE..

I drove an hour to from my home to their lot. I ended up buying this jeep, however, I asked them to recharge the a/c, they said that they would but it wasn't done, still doesn't blow cold. Also had to fill up the tank, had about 1/8 tank left. There were new tire on it but once I got home, I took it to my local service shop to check the alignment, it was way out, cost me another $100 to realign. I'm guessing that they only do just enough to make it look like they did something. Don't know what other surprises are next. Really regret the deal, now.

they had the car advertised as being for sale. when i called they said it was already sold, but it was still up on the site for sale. i read some of the other reviews and there seemed to be a lot of complaints about the cars no longer being available. or they were sold to someone else after they were promised to the other person. i would just avoid them - red flag

This was my first car buying experience and I have to say I'm really impressed with KDK Auto Brokers Inc. The process has been smooth from start to finish. The only minor inconvenience was getting the address information correct on the purchase form, which really wasn't a big issue. I took a test drive in a Fiat Abarth and the car sold me immediately. Jay and Ace worked on the price with me, and even went the extra mile to provide additional parts from the former owner. My only complaint was that the interior could have been cleaned up better. Otherwise, a good experience.

I called to make an appointment and when we got there the Honda was ready for the test drive. We drove it and noticed only one small thing that they agreed to fix but, since we were there after normal closing time we came back in two days and they fixed it. In addition, under slow hard turns we heard what sounded like a CV joint starting to go bad. At this point we had already made the as-is deal so they weren't obliged to fix it. I asked them if we could work something out and RJ said they would absolutely take care of it. We got a fair price for our trade and are very happy with the vehicle. I would recommend them and will look there again when I'm on the market. Their price was also very competitive, below most everything else in the year and mileage.

I do not recommend this dealer unless you have no place else to go. I made an appointment the day before and drove for an hour and a half. Salesmen were very rude, didn't want to talk about the car I came to look at. It's a week later and I still can't believe how they treat their customers.

“Hi I have a 1998 Saturn sl2 it has a lot of mi but runs great, 217400 mi ,new oil pan,water pump,hoses,tune up,coils, breaks all around, newer front struts, looking to even trade, if not that's okay too thanks.”

I’m not sure how a vehicle that is 6 years older than the one I was offering for sale would be worth the same monetarily.  I’m also unsure why that would warrant a 2 star review.  Non the less, thank you for taking the time to leave one.

Well called was told 9500 after giving info they knock the price up to 11,300 and brought payments to 375 I do have bad credit but that don't mean I don't have money was kinda pissed about cause down the street another auto place almost same numbers offered me what I wanted 9500 with 258 payments 2300 down Still need a car for wife .. peace of advice it's about the sale not.the credit don't take advantage or jack up prices cause of there past there always another dealership willing to work with you

I’m sorry that we were unable to provide better financing terms.  We are partnered with 45 different lending institutions.  Most of our clients are happy with the financing arrangements we make.  Unfortunately high risk loans will have higher rates of interest and fees.  KDK offers financing for our clients only as a convenance.  You are more than welcome to secure your own financing and pay for the vehicle via bank check.

To be fair, if you call and confirm they will tell you the vehicle is no longer on the lot, but otherwise, they leave them on website to coax you in for a bait and switch in my opinion

I'm sorry the vehicle you were interested in was no longer available.  I do leave my vehicles on-line until they are paid in full.  I will hold a vehicle for up to a week in some cases.  A bait in switch tactic would be tell you the vehicle is available(when in reality it is not)...  I always recommend calling prior to stopping out to check on availability.

KDK Auto responded in a timely manner and is one of the few that has. In addition, the car price at their site was the same as the one on CarGurus which is also rare for the last few offers I have inquired about.

Our experience was very good. I found a great price on the truck model my boyfriend wanted on car gurus. Called KDK to see if they still had it and they said they did. Asked who we should ask for when we got there and they said it didn't matter-they were all family and worked together. I joked to my boyfriend that this sounded bogus but when we got there, we learned that it is indeed a family-run operation and they do all work together to get the deal done. The dealership is welcoming and comfortable and everyone is low-key. There is no high-pressure sales feel that you get from other dealers and I felt they were honest. Their prices are good and they have a wide selection of used vehicles in excellent condition. They had the truck my boyfriend wanted and we got it for a fair price. My boyfriend was dealing with a low credit score after falling on hard times and because of a student loan debt and they went out of their way to help him get financing and purchase the truck he wanted. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because the original price he agreed to pay "out the door" for the truck and trade-in of his old automobile was increased by approximately 20% when all was said and done. We were told it was because of the "high-risk" loan he had to get because of his low credit score but since he's also paying a very high interest rate for that high-risk loan, the increase in price seemed high to me. However, my boyfriend had no complaints at all and was thrilled that he got a nice truck and the price, even after the increase, was still very fair for the condition and low mileage of the truck. He also commented that they treated him with dignity and respect throughout the transaction and that counted for a lot in his book. Would I recommend these guys to a friend or go see them again when I need a vehicle? Absolutely. Thanks to KDK, my boyfriend has a reliable, nice-looking, used truck. He is very happy with his purchase and that makes me happy.

Trashy, typical used car dealer. Worked up a price, they liked it until I told them I was financing (which I already had in place) the salesman was nice until that point. Basically threw me out the door, so to speak

My husband went and test drove the vehicle we were looking at online. It was what we wanted for the right price. I was skeptical about the dealership because of its ratings but my husband said the guys at KDK were friendly and weren't pushy. We have had our vehicle for three days and are happy with it. John the manager is a very judgmental person, he dose not treat all of his customers the same. I went to seethis vehicle with extent to buy, he want to let me test drive it unless I committed to buying it first and when I wouldn't he got very rude. When I asked for a mother sales Representative that when he stated, I'm the manager and its him or no one so I left. He's bad for business!

I recently contacted KDK about a mountaineer. Upon arriving at their lot I found an '08 explorer that I fell in love with. The vehicle had a few things that needed to be taken care of and KDK promptly addressed these issues. I would have to say this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had.

This is very much like a buy here pay here. When I got there we had no place to park and could not get a sales person. And the truck I wanted sold after I called them and they could not call to tell me after a 45min drive to look at it. The other truck they had there has cigeret ashes down the side and felt like motor oil on tires,flares, and bumpers in side you could smell old cigeret smoke. Was not happy.

Dealership appears friendly until you sit and discuss pricing. Vehicles initially look good on the surface but be careful as extreme patch work was used on the one I looked at. Extreme rust underneath vehicle as if it was underwater for a period of time. Vehicle appeared extremely overpriced by NADA, KBB and Edmunds standards and KDK was not willing to entertain or negotiate a 'fair' price. A true waste of my time and gas.

My husband and I saw the care at KDK and contacted them. We went and took the care for a test drive and decided it was the one for us. Even though it had pasted 7:00 ( closing time), John was more then willing to help us. We picked the car up the next day and could not be more happy with the way KDK helped us. Vehicle was dirty, hadn't been cleaned at all. Dealership was rundown and not in presentable condition. I was not pleased with my experience.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I went to test drive a car and wanted to move forward with the transaction. The agreed to bring the car to once they made some miner repairs. So far so good. When the car got to me there was a dent in the bumper that wasn't there when I went to look at the car and test drive it. I call to find out what happen and the first thing out there mouth was I'm not taking and thing off. Very rude and very defences. Never told me what happen and how the dent got there just take it or leave it. On top of that the car was on E! I had less then ten miles to make it to a gestation.....
