Dealer responded, but never answered my straightforward question about the vehicle over a seven-day period. I followed up with a phone call but never received a call back before vehicle was sold. I would consider this typical with my past interactions with dealers in the area.

The finance guy wouldn't work with me on my trade in or on the price of the car I was wanting. I understand that the car I had was a bit underwater, but he wouldn't even budge on anything. The salesman was actually pretty nice and thoughtful.

Deceptive carguru price. The price depended on many discounts that most people would not qualify for such as a discount for someone curtly leasing a GM car. After learning that, my trust in this dealer tanked. Funny thing I was ready to drive over for test drive and I had the cash to make a deal on the spot. They were very quick to respond to my initial inquiry, that is the only good thing I can say about my experience with them.

The salesperson was fine. Misdirected, but fine. Finance guy, not so much. If you have an online department, you better know the posted prices. I would assume they have to be approved by someone? I reached out THROUGH the ad. I read the reviews about this dealership and against my better judgment chose to ignore them. The reviews were spot on, not only did they have the wrong price, they seemed upset that we pointed it out. He did say he’d honor it and said Merry Christmas. Um for what? Your error? That is the price that your company advertised. That is the price we were prepared for. We were then told, we don’t do “back and forth” You mean negotiate? Have dealerships changed? What a joke and waste of our day. After we left they actually changed the price to the higher rate. This car has been sitting for over four months! We were okay with the price, the correct one, in their online ad, just asked once for $500 more on the trade. He said nope bye-thanks for coming out. Stunned.

Not a good experience with this dealer. The car's condition was as advertised. The dealership's facilities were nice. The salesperson had trouble explaining the options and warranty. I did not have a trade in and had cash in hand. I made a fair offer, fully expecting a counter offer but was politely told to leave the dealership. If my wife and I knew it was a non negotiating dealer, we would have never even gone there.

Would not negotiate on price while I was sitting in the dealership, but dropped the price overnight online. They could have had the car sold that day, but instead it sat two more weeks on the lot.

Contacted the dealership, I received a reply very quickly. Unfortunately, the reply was about another vehicle. When I posed my questions about the correct vehicle I didn't hear back for several days. I emailed again for further information, and by the time the dealer responded to my original request I received notification from Car Gurus that the vehicle had been sold. Yes, you read that right, the vehicle information was finally provided to me after the vehicle was marked as sold...

They were quick to reply to my inquiry about a vehicle I was interested in and offered for me to test drive the vehicle. I have done more research on the XTS 3.6 L V-6 engine and really don't think it is what I would be interested in due to possible "timing chain" issues at 80,000 miles. Going from my well kept 402 HP V-8 Escalade to a V-6 4- passenger Sedan is likely to have its drawbacks.

Really nice friendly staff. Jordon replied to my emails immediately and was very informative. Our salesperson Mike tried really hard to make sure I got the truck I wanted. I would have bought the Ranger he showed us but it didn't have air conditioning. But may do business with them in the future when buying the wife an SUV.

They advertised the truck on line as a new arrival. It wasn't ready for showing when I went to look at it, but the staff responded quickly and made a sale. The experience was very fluid and free of conflict. I can't say buying a car is a pleasurable experience, but I am very pleased with this one.

Was not impressed will dealership. Not much effort was put into selling me a vehicle. The vehicle I was interested in that I saw on line on their internet site that said was at that location was not even at the dealership. That was 2 weeks ago. I have still not heard back from the dealership on that vehicle. The other vehicle I liked on the lot, I was quoted a price higher than I saw on line and they would not come off the price . I felt like it was “ this is the price your going to pay and that’s it. I have cash money and a trade in and still don’t know what they would give me for my trade in. Still looking for a vehicle.

Fantastic car for a fantastic price. Drove 2 hours to find them. We ran into after hours but they stayed almost 3 hours to help us. So polite and eager to help. I would recommend family, friends, and public to get get yourself a hell of a deal with the most kind hearted sales associates

Very helpful! I was contacted via email and phone. I actually went to the dealership approx 180 miles away and looked at a couple of cars on the lot. Rick Roll was referred to me by a person that has been working with him through out the years so I was very please to meet with him on Saturday....he even offered to stay after closing and make himself available on Sunday (who does that). Very please so far with my experience and hope to use this dealership with my (hopefully) close in the future purchase.

She was very friendly and gathered all the information that I requested about the vehicle I made an appointment and when I arrived at the dealership the vehicle that I was interested in was pulled up and ready for me to look at.
