Definitely will NOT use them for a purchase. They had the truck I wanted, after contacting me to tell me another person was also inquiring about the same vehicle, I got no help when I refused to fill out the credit app without coming up with some numbers first. CRAZY I KNOW..... They still had the truck a week later. No worries, if this is the way they treat would be customers, what will happen after they get your money???

Super clean dealership. Great inventory. Salesman, Kenny, was extremely cordial, helpful, and made a fairly reasonable offer up front, with very little haggling to reach s point of agreement. Of all the vehicles I’ve purchased over the last 50 years, this was by far the shortest time ever to test drive, negotiate, make a deal & drive off in the vehicle and the deal I’d been looking for over the past several months.

The internet sales rep was professional and friendly. I dealt with him for a week or more ... Asking questions and he always gave an answer very quickly. When I felt comfortable with the deal he had the vehicle delivered to our house. Saving us at least 4 hours of driving. All the paperwork was accurate and clearly marked. Thank you James Wood Autopark for the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had.

The person contacted me pretty quickly. Made an appt. to meet him. When I got there, they had to look for him. I was told he was busy. Another person showed me the car I wanted. He was friendly and helpful. He emailed me later that night but did not respond when I emailed back.

Jonathan Brown (sales) and George (finance) made this vehicle purchase smooth and easy. Everyone I spoke to at James Wood was courteous and seemed genuinely interested in my needs and goals. There were no games with negotiation or finance. There were no surprises or unpleasant moments. They listened to what I wanted and never once tried to sell me anything else. I was in and out in under three hours. I highly recommend James Wood for a stress-free car buying experience as well as service after the sale.

Dealer did not follow up with requested information (pictures and condition). I sent 3 emails requesting the said information, I received one email back a few days later stating, "I was too busy and you will have the information Monday, promise." Today is Wednesday and still have not heard a thing.

James Wood representatives contacted me promptly by email which was my preferred method of communications. They did not pester me . They were professional and answered my questions. I subsequently put my search on hold.

Went in, saw the Tahoe we looked up on Cargurus. Told the salesman what we wanted for our car and what we could get the exact Tahoe at another dealer. He gave us what we wanted for our turn in Tahoe and he also came down to match another listing we saw on Cargurus. Paid cash and left. Not our first experience with them. Won't be our last.

The description of this jeep is false. This is not a 10th anniversary. 10th anniversary jeeps have hard rock bumpers, 10th anniversary hood with vents, little stickers that say "10th anniversary", leather, etc. If they want to sell this jeep, they will need to lower the price and sell it for what it is.

The dealer representative was very nice and offered to send me pictures. When I told him I had to wait till about June 15 to have any money with which to purchase the vehicle he offered to stay in touch and help in any way he could. I have purchased from them before and found them to be very professional and extremely helpful.

This was an older car and the dealer was very responsive to my offers. The sales lady helped us every way she could obtain the vehicle. There was no pressure just honest dealing. It was Saturday afternoon and the car needed a state inspection and a tire before we could pick it up. The dealer delivered the car to us 50 miles away on Monday, so we could avoid making the trip back. That's service.

Had a few issues but both Sheila and the General Manger Russ were superb in their handling of the same. I bought a new truck there and it was the easiest and best transaction I have ever made. They are friendly, personable and know how to treat a customer. We came to terms quickly and they both did everything they could to insure I got my truck without any hassles. There are always items to be addressed in any vehicle purchase and Russ and Sheila were instant in fixing these even after the sale was completed. I would highly recommend using them for your next vehicle as the prices are lower than anywhere else I checked. I will be back in two years for my next truck for sure. Once a person earns my loyalty with such efforts its worth the drive to do business with them again and again. Please contact Sheila for your next car or truck and tell them someone referred you due to good treatment by them. I believe this is their everyday policy as they were so quick to find out the issues and address them instantly. No sitting around or coming back in two weeks etc. No wonder they have every brand name out there and have been in business so long. I wish I had shopped there in the past.

Internet salesman went on vacation i had to follow up with them only to be told to contact another salesman , finally contacted used car sales mgr and he informed me that a "LONG TERM CUSTOMER WAS INTERESTED IN BUYING THE CORVETTE AND HAD NOT SIGNED OR PAID FOR IT YET , and that he was a "GOOD CUSTOMER ??????!!!!! what's a good customer ??? Bad?? I dunno ,,then I was asked by the same used car manager to check back in a week to see if the GOOD CUSTOMER finalized the "I'll hold on to it for ya deal " oh well I'm confused who's working for who here ...

When i have called about vehicles listed online they are usually going to or have already been sent to auction or sold. I check everyday and this has happened 3 times. Why list a vehicle if you are sending it to auction? The last guy i talked to was very nice about it but it's still frustrating. This is a common practice with several dealerships and most of them are not as nice about it.

Salesman totally pulled a bait and switch on us. He has us test drive and fall in love with a car that he assured us was within our budget. When it came time to talk numbers, it was almost double what I told him we could spend.

Car was in excellent shape.They worked with my Credit union so that I could drive it home that day.Had a little trouble finding the other set of keys but Ed has assured me that if they couldn't find the other set they would cut me a new one and replace the lost remote.Very helpful and friendly.I will definetly do business there again.
