It’s possible my expectations were too high based on the dealership and the quality of the car being purchased. That said the salesperson showed up 40 minutes late for our prescheduled appointment. We were in the agency for over 5 hours before we left with the car. During that time no one went over the car’s features and it was not properly prepped. Car mats were missing, a piece of trim was hanging off and the door to the front light washer was displaced. And we were told this door was for towing to later find out it was for the light washer. The dealership also failed to fill the car with gas. If we had not brought our frustrations up to the manager I believe our 5 hour ordeal could have lasted even longer. So disappointed by our experience as this was the first car my son was buying himself and we had always stressed that paying a bit more for a quality product and a quality establishment was worth it. This was not.

I was contacted by a few of the paulmiller dealer sales personnel. I talk to one of the sales reps and she started asking me a lot of questions around my finances etc. I had to stop her and let her know that i am interested in a particular call at a particular price. She eventually got it and then after a couple of hours got back to me with a price i liked. Overall experience is good.

went in test drove and spoke to salesman. made an offer 1k under the asking price of $18,600 cash. was told no the price is firm that's it. so I left. a week later the car is lowered online to$700.

I'm not a big fan of car shopping and spending hours in a car dealership. I did my research in advance and knew the car was priced very competitively. Pricing pre-owned cars at or below market value is apparently a key strategy for dealership to attract customers. I arrived at the dealer, was immediately assigned to a sales person, test drove the car, made a decision to buy and then finalized the deal in less than an hour, including financing and a trade in. They gave me a very fair price on my car that solidified the deal. I picked up the car the next day. Very efficient and positive experience.

Although the car was sold at the time I inquired, they gave me a courtesy call to tell me that the car was no longer available and offered me to lol at other cars form their lot. That was good enough for me , I continue my search on Cargurus.com until I found the right match for me.

Always thorough and professional but vehicles consistently overpriced by at least 15-25% (Pre-owned). Great competent service, good sales people, but over the top on pre-owned prices.

Vehicle overpriced; tailgate does not latch closed, they won't fix it. Also, tailgate latch escutcheon/lock assembly missing, won't fix. The price is set in stone. Plus, Extra $700 in added fees. Not my kind of dealer.

This place is a super dealership to work with. i ended up buying a Mustang from them, and could not have been treated any better. The vehicle was serviced, detailed, and all set to go when I arrived to pick it up. Wayne, Nick, Kevin, and a young fellow back in the shop whose name I did not get, all helped in making my purchase go smooth as silk. Great dealership, well worth a ten star rating. Thanks guys, Bud

They have some really nice vehicles. If you don't carry a giant gold chain or are dressed in a suit and tie you might sit around for 2 hours without anyone seeing you; even if you made an appointment with a sales person. I ended up buying a vehicle at a different dealership down the road. I was dressed normally with jeans and a button down; and maybe since I'm young they thought I was simply there to waste their time.

Completely uninterested in making a sale. They do not respond to emails or website inquiries from their own website or car gurus. They do not value their customers and act like they are doing you a favor by selling you a car. Completely unwilling to negotiate or be inconvenienced in any way to make a sale. And don't be fooled by the low price listed, they have many other ways they plan on making that money back. They also constantly change their listing price even raising it a few thousand dollars higher after the same vehicle didn't sell at a lower price for weeks. How can you raise the price of a car that has been sitting on your lot for a month and a half?! They also tack on ridiculous fees and try to get you to sign shady paperwork during the sale. They have plenty of horrible reviews on yelp, yet great dealer reviews on other websites. I'm pretty sure they wrote them. Do yourself a favor and listen to the negative reviews, instead of wasting your valuable time finding out yourself like we did.

They promptly responded by email with a generic reply advising me that if I was interested to contact them. That was appreciated. However, a little more follow up from them would've closed the sale. I found closer dealer locations that had more tech/trim options and sales people that wanted to work with me/hand hold me through the process. I just bought another vehicle on 5/17.

the truck was listed for one price and when I went to purchase the vehicle the prices was raised 4k dollars! I would expect this from smaller, shady dealers but I was floored that it was done by Landrover in Parsippany! The salesman I dealt with was very rude about. I still was thinking about purchasing the gl450 regardless, but they left a bad taste in my mouth and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

They don't have the vehicle that they listed on Car guru. They should take down the add not market for something they don't have.

the salesman was bad really bad I would not go back there did buy the car there had to keep calling to make sure my wire went thru salesman never called me back I had to keep calling !!!

after a few days I got a response from them. that the car was sold. i guess that is why the response took a few days. now I'm invited to see another car of theirs but I already purchased one elsewhere

Adam was very helpful and patient with me as I bought my first (used) Mercedes from out of state. The price was more than fair and the car, bought sight unseen, exceeded my sky-high expectations! Best car purchase I've ever made!
