Great price on vehicle. Upon inspection there were several chips, scratches and dents that warranted the price but I'm fine with it, I want the low price. Oscar is our sales person, he is terrific. No complaints, had vehicle ready to go and nice. Then we meet Francisco in finance, also very friendly. Unfortunately this is where I felt decieved. First was they add on $150ish for "nitrogen air" in the tires and a service to get them refilled. According to Francisco this is MANDATORY and all cars HAVE TO HAVE IT but it is NOT included in the advertised price on CarGurus. On top of that I caught an "error" for a $250 charge for ??? Turns out he tried to add a cancle option I specifically declined. He used a digital form for this and zoomed into "yes" instead of "no" and gives you your copy on a usb drive to hide it. I caught it, will you?? Manager still hasn't replied to my email. Be careful.

When I inquired about the Rubicon on the phone, a salesman named Lance answered. He was so rude and belligerent I was shocked. I let him know I was paying cash, and asked for the best price. He said the Internet price was the best price. So I told him I really wanted to be around 18k and he yelled (not exaggerating) "but its22k!!" So I asked him what is problem was. I'm a customer trying to spend almost 20k, what was he so pissed off about? I called his manager the next day to let him know. Not once did he suggest a different Wrangler, etc. And he had the nerve to call me a couple days ago, I'm sure not remembering our exchange. I bought a White 4 door Rubicon for 22k from another dealer.

Vehicle has damage to the front, yet they say it was not in an accident. Dealer wants to charge extra for unwanted and useless items. Vehicle was not charged enough to test drive much distance.

Frustrating... I was very interested in a car that they had advertised but when I went to test drive the car, I was told it was up on the rack getting its wheels repaired. They offered a couple of other cars to test drive but it felt a bit like “Bait & Switch”. I called a couple of times but by the time they called back to say it was ready, I had found another car...

Came in to look at a Durango and a grand Cherokee. T Wayne was extremely helpful and took the time to locate the cars and let me drive them and put them side by side. Ended up with the Durango and I love it. Would definitely recommend this dealership and T. Wayne.

Called and spoke to Micheal in sales, after phone rang 8 times, told him I would like to buy the vehicle, pay full price, asked for an in voice or contract so I can get a certified ck to come and pick up the vehicle, gave him my E mail and phone, he said " I will see what I can do for you ", never got the invoice or contract and no call. Still have the ck in hand to buy the car, not sure why they will not contact me to buy the car.

2017 RAM Promaster from Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Stock # 48304. Available, Test Drove, and then was refused to sell at the advertised price of $28,088. They said they would loose $9000 - not a chance. I'm sure it was just there loss leader that they didn't want to loose. A waste of several hours.

My email was responded with a phone number request. When I stated that I prefer email contact the line went dead. I reached out again via email. A quick abrupt response of "Vehicle is no longer available" was written. Poor customer service to say the least. Sure we all want the best deal but U personally would rather give my money to a dealership that values their customers .

Dealer was pretty good. Better than average and didn't feel scammy. Lot was very large, sprawling, and disorganized. Would probably be really great for the name cars, but anything they don't specialize in might be more difficult for then to track down.

Such a waste of time. No wonder nobody has bought their honda pilot se 2015 even though its $4k lower than the market price. Their guy said it himself that they had to raise the interest as much as they can to make up for that 4k discount, which defeats the purpose of the discount right? I might as well buy a brand new car with their offers. I gave them the benefit of the doubt despite the negative comments and still checked it out myself, but they were all true.

I wish I could give zero stars. I wanted to get some questions answered before making the trip to this dealer as I’m several hours away. The only response I got from the dealer were auto generated emails that were sent out at 1 AM. I called and left messages twice but got no response. The whole experience felt like I was being scammed than anything else.

The truck I was interested in wasn't available but the salesperson was able to find another truck that we ended up liking more. Wait time was ridiculously long waiting on a finance guy to do the paperwork. I thought they were just super busy that day but no its like that no matter how many people are buying cars. I went back during the week to drop off my finance check and it took them TWO HOURS just to take my check from me. They weren't even busy that day. If you have to go to this dealership make sure you have to whole day available to wait for a finance person. The customer service there was horrible!

Overall the experience was ok. The people were nice.They did advertise and provide a great price on the vehicle. However, at the time we hit the finance room there was a surprise push to sell stuff we did not want. On two occasions the contract printed suddenly went up in price, not by much, but still more money. Of course that was corrected and we purchased the vehicle.

Drove 2 hours to be treated like I was a kid. The worst part was how obvious it was that they tried to take advantage of me. The car I saw online was nothing like in person. They don't just use filters on selfies but also in cars now. It took them a wail to find the car I was interested in and they didn't even have it clean. They also didn't know if it would start, they person who I negotiated with. Didn't even look at how bad the car was, just started throwing numbers and making me feel bad about my credit. Then he try to make it seem that I was lucky to be paying a high interest rate. As soon as i walked he dropped it to what I knew was closer to it. Did some shopping before them and I was never treated like that

The price of the vehicle was not a $1,000.00. A representative from the dealership called me and told me the vehicle was actually $4,000, and at that time I declined any additional information about the vehicle.

Yes by far they do have the best pricing but they won't let you finance outside with a better interest rate. If you finance thru your own bank at a better rate they won't give you the "discounts" and they come at you with a 7.99% rate LOL. It's their way of making up for it. Take your business elsewhere. I purchased my Durango the next day at another dealer.

Kevin in used car sales was fantastic. I went out specifically to see two vehicles, both used Honda. The first seemed to potentially have engine issues (concerns about the car when stopped, how it idled), and the exterior condition was not as clean as expected from the photos. The second Honda, a newer model with less miles couldn't be located at first. Then it was found, and appeared to be being used as a personal vehicle, parked with personal belongings, and no key was available (a fleet person had taken them home). The exterior condition of that car in the front was poor (clearly had been in an accident, bumper alignment off, paint scratches). Was disappointed after having driven an hour to see these specific vehicles. However, based on customer service, I would recommend Kevin in a heartbeat..

Friendly over the phone, but have no morals. Perfectly happy to rip you off if they can get away with it. Did a pre-approval application with them. They told me I qualify for 9.2% loan on a used vehicle. I've been pre-approved through my own credit union for 2.74% for 60 months. I have great credit (high 700's to 800). There is no reason for that high of an interest rate. The worst rate my credit union puts out is 3.99% and that's for an 84 month loan. No thank you, the pre-approval indicates that dealing with their F&I is going to be a huge waste of time. Steer clear if you can help it.

Was ready to buy this truck and they sold it out from under me, had to arrange shippers pickup and ask them if I could give them a deposit on the truck to hold it while I did this and things went quiet (email) next time I hear from them it's a I am sorry but we sold the truck, I know no one was in front of me just a local buyer walked in. Unless you live close by don't waste your time with this dealer you could be severely disappointed!!

I was going to buy a Jeep from them but by the time they finished their deal with me they were about $7,000 over the advertised price. I went back to renegotiate a cash price but that was still more than $4000 over their advertised price. I'm purchasing a car from a private seller today.

Look out. I drove to this dealer and looked at 3 ram 1500's. The white one had large blobs of melted tar in the bed liner and only a valet key. The silver one had only 1 key fob and no valet key and the bed liner was gone.. I got passed to 3 different sales people, the last of whom took my drivers license and brought it back to me in a different condition than how it had been given to him, wanted major financial information even though I had already told him we were not financing the vehicle and then the price included some additional warranty which is not needed as the truck still under factory warranty. Be careful.

Drove all the way from San Diego, CA. Was told that the vehicle has an oil leak. Car was not on the lot. It was in service. They agreed to fix the oil leak. Nice dealership but there is some customer service training needed. I decided to purchase the vehicle rather than finance and now I haven't heard from them. For the longest time when you were trying to reach someone, they're automated phone answering system would hang up on you.Finally, left a message with finance and still waiting for a call.

The sales rep was courteous I felt that as if they didn't want my business that it seemed like they were trying to give me the worst deal possible so that I wouldn't consider the offer. For the amount I was financing and a down payment they wanted the payment seem to be just over the roof because I have a new 2015 Ford Explorer as well which cost nearly three times this truck yet the dealer gave me a really good but in Huntington Beach the Builder was charge me 20% down which is around $3,500 and my payments were were still more than of my payments for my Explorer which I put 0 down

Crooked! Dealer advertises low sale price, loses vehicle I looked at day before, then offers 5.9% interest rate fully knowing I have 3.1% @ credit union, then adds $1000. To sale price, because I brought in my own financing. Then loses van I was looking at. Two trips/4hours sitting at dealership. Other dealers in OC know all about these guys. CROOKED!

Jessica was very professional, courteous and returned all of my texts and phone calls. She was also available and had the car ready for my test drive. However, I already had a pre-approval loan from my credit union. Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram's policy was to add $1,000 to the auto-loan contract if financing was not implemented at through their company. It was a great car and good price but I decided not to accrue the extra $1,000 and therefore, did not purchase the car.

#1- Response time was fairly quick ,but other then that I felt i was being responded to by a automatic messaging system... #2- Don't really care about the customers just sale sale sale This company will have you come down to their dealership knowing the car your interested in is No longer available #3- The buying process here is like pulling teeth, It took 6+ hours with a lot of folks standing around pre-judging I been here on several occasions twice we ended up purchasing other times were more challenging One good thing is if you threaten to walk away from a deal they'll speed the process up Lmao 0 to a 100 real quick Plus they have good prices (1star for response time and another for pricing other than that DO BETTER!!)

Overall sales people seemed uninterested in helping me. They never introduced themselves or asked my name. I believe the person helping me was named Toby based on cards on his desk. They informed me that the car I wanted to buy would cost 1000 more than advertised because I was using cash. When inquiring about financing, the refused to answer my question about when I could pay off the loan with no penalty. So in a nutshell I said I wanted to buy the car if thecould answer that question, but refused to do any leg work to figure it out. Lastly the cars I wanted to look at were advertised online as available but in reality had yet to be serviced so they could not be test driven. I ended up buying elsewhere.

Drove 60 miles to go see vehicle after receiving an email for an appointment and stateing that the vehicle will be ready and clean. When I arrive they said that the vehicle was in service and wasnt avaliable. They ask me if I was interested to see another vehicle. I left the dealership without hesitation. SWITCH AND BAIT MOVE

All I can say is buyer beware! If you value your time and money then go elsewhere. First off I had to call 3 different times and speak to 3 different sales people to get answers to my simple questions. Most of the time the answer was "a sales manager will have to call you back." Then I would never receive a call back. Unfortunately, this dealership had the only car that was spec-ed exactly like I wanted or else I would have gone elsewhere. When I finally got answers to my questions. I set an appointment and got my family of 6 up at 5am and drove 4 hours to be there when the dealership opened, only to have the sales person be 15 min. late. Then I had to wait over 3 hours to buy the car when I was already pre-approved and knew the exact vehicle I wanted. Once in finance, they have you sign your document on a weird virtual desk. The problem with this is it is hard to see all the extra items they try and add to your bottom line like: gap insurance, tire filler, warranty, etc. Even though I had already clearly stated I wanted nothing extra on the vehicle they tried multiple times to get me to sign before taking it off the contract. Very shady. Also, if you don't finance with them they raise the price of your car and the rates they offer are far from competitive. Their prices are too good to be true, and their customer service is highly lacking. Beware.

I sent a request and email SPECIFICALLY asking a couole of questions and SPEFICALLY stating I didn't want to do phone calls just answer my questions via email and don't call me. I got automated, impersonal responses via email AND text as well as several phone calls. They never did answer my questions. I don't shop where people don't listen.

I gave it a star because other than being lied too the guy who helped me out was cool and helpful. I went by to check out a car with my wife and waited about 20 minutes till they located the car. Once we checked it out it was great better than I expected. Unfortunately I wasn't able to test drive it the salesperson told me it wasn't smog certified so I had to sit in the passenger seat while he drove me around but stillfell in love with the car. When we returned he specifically told me that we could talk numbers but I couldn't buy the car For about a week or so and had to wait till it was certified so I left and told him I'd be back then to close the deal. Then it turns out the car was sold not even 24 hours after I left. I would've bought the car if they given me the chance too.

New car side misrepresents the cars and tries to hide added costs to your purchase. A sales manager came over with a payment proposal for extra months and added $34 a month for 75 months. He was trying to slip in a $4275 add for a unwanted warranty that i refused previously. The sales person showed us a filthy car, and said that they do not wash them until sold to keep the them from getting scratched up. We purchased a new car and when they gave it a quick cleaning (they called it a detailing) we went out to inspect it and found scratches and a chip in the door. When questioned the sales man said that we purchased it "As is"... "It's a floor model" That was a total lie. It was filthy from the back lot, and no comments or statements were ever made prior to purchase to indicate there were cosmetic issues. After 2 days of complaints they spent 5 minutes rewashing the car and ran a buffer over the paint and removed 25% of the scratches. I had asked them earlier in the day to provide one of their touch up pens for the paint chip. they said ok but when we made the return trip they said it was too late to get the item from their parts department. i had to wait an hour for the sales agent to get a manager to promise to have one available for a third trip. one more item listed on the price of the car was 8- gal of fuel. i had to fight them to get them to add fuel to the car on the return trip, and the only reason they topped off the car was because we had already filled the tank the day before and it showed 7/8 full. I hope people get to see this report. After the fact we heard other bad encounters with this dealership and read their reviews. "This dealership is like Costco" stated the floor manager. "We buy in bulk and sell cheep." "Buyers should expect minor issues and take that into account when purchasing from us." This is a dealership you can not trust i will not let them service this or any car that i own, and i will not recommend this dealership to any one. Do not buy from them unless they have the car detailed first, and i recommend that they do not service or repair you vehicles. "I had a ram truck that was in their shop after being hit on the freeway and i had to bring it back 5 times till i gave up " They had also messed up the wiring on the truck and caused the fuel mileage to drop by 8-mpg. Tak was great to work with and made this the most pleasurable used car sales experience. Watch out for dealership add ons, but they have large inventory, book value prices and great variety. Ended up finding a better car after looking at the one we found listed.

Sale person contacted me to set up appointment to see the vehicle. Went to the appointment that was agreed on sale person was not there to show me the vehicle and to top it off vehicle wasn't even ready for sale . Wasted my time made me drive from downey to Huntington Beach for nothing! Horrible service there will never go back or consider buying from them ever and would not recommend at all. Even with the bad experience the person who helped promised to call me back when the vehicle was ready for sale but never did reach out to me at all shows how much they want to sell vehicles.

Great price for the van. It was covered in dirt until I left the dealer with it. They didn't tell me the paint had a couple of boo boos in it. Price was great so oh well. Would have liked to know before I bought it but couldn't see them thru the dirt.

They gave me a quote and I was approved for a loan. I travelled from LA to Huntington Beach by bus. When I got there, they pulled the old bait and switch. They doubled the quote that they gave me over the phone and refused to show me the percentage rate or the loan approval screen...I walked out... Bus back to LA... Wasted my whole day.

I was contacted quickly but explained that I sent my request in error because I was looking for a Diesel version and this vehicle was not. I was asked if I would like them to look for what I wanted and get back to me. I said that would be fine. Today I get a call from a muttering salesperson who says, "I am contacting you because I have seen you were talking to our manager" And you are looking for a Grand Cherokee. I told that yes, I was but I was only looking for a diesel version. "Oh?" he says. "I see here you are looking for a used Diesel, we have none of those right now but I will send you to my new car department" I asked if he really just called me to tell me they didn't have what I was looking for? (the manager had told me that the day before) "well I can refer you to our new car department or talk to you about alternatives..." I told him that not only did I NOT want an alternative or a new car that he should take my contact info out of their files and shred it because I won't be doing business with their dealership. And then I hung up. Thank you Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for completely wasting my time

Hi the servlce was great. But i called them one night before to make sure they accept ITIN number for financing application and they said Yes. So i took a lift from all the way west hollywood to hungtinton and they couldn't proceed with an ITIN number although I asked in advanced than came baack allthe road back again. 85 miles with lift costed me 100$. They should know and make sure in advanced before calling the customer to their place. Thanks

Asked to schedule and app. for a car I wanted to see at a good price. Got called the day before the appointment to inform me that the car was no longer there. The rep did not even know what happened to it. I was emailed another car offer, similar to the one I was looking for. Again, I informed that the 2nd car could not be found; this time, it was the day of the appointment. I was told not to worry because they still had great offers for the vehicle I was looking for but not for the price that was listed on their first car. I did not bother to contact them again.

Waste of my time! Most unorganized dealership I have ever experienced. I was interested in a silverado work truck, the sales team called me in the morning about 930 a.m wanting to know if I was going to come down for a test drive. I drove 30 minutes or so ,arrived just after 10.a.m keep in mind same day as they called . I walked in ask to speak to the guy that contacted me he said he couldn't find the truck now ? He then proceeds to ask me what kind of truck it was again as he clearly has an email that he sent me and just left me a voice mail 30 minutes prior telling me how easy it was to get me into the silverado . He then tells me he found it so we walk outside around the corner and low and behold NO truck. He then says sorry we must of sold it. I looked at him and said you sold it in the last 30 minutes . He look dumb founded and I just walked away. A waste of my time and gas. Will never do business with this company!

The dealer had a picture of the vehicle with a hardtop and fenders that were the same color as the vehicle all white and when I saw the vehicle it had a blacksoft top that andblack defenders didn't look anything like the picture very misleading

Ive bought 4 cars now from them and traded in 3, I've established a computer system relationship, I now can walk in, pick any car, and leave, no paybstubs, no bank statements, no waiting, nothing, I pay my loans on time and they know I always will in the future. Thats all it takes. Establishing a relationship with 1 dealer is key. Im afraid to go anywhere else, and why would I?

Went for an appointment, waited 30 minutes to get helped. Found a good car, I had to unlock my credit from previous identity theft. I went home to unlock it as I didn't have my info with me (my mistake). It took them four days before contacting me again. By that time I purchased another vehicle.

Terrible!! They said soft ran on my credit and It was hard ran, then I was approved and asked me to come in to make the deal and take the car home. the dealer is 3 hrs away! I was exited and started driving. After an hour of driving they call me and tell me they sold it!!, but they have others cars. I was very upset. I believe they lied to me and they just wanted me to come in No matter what!! Waisted TIME, GAS, CREDIT POINTS!! WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

Called spoke to two different people that couldn't find the truck at first, then another one found it, went to see it but it wasn't ready to test drive, went back on Saturday as planned and it still wasn't detailed and smelled like dogs lived in. That was enough.

Didn't really have a handle on their inventory. What was shown on the internet was not actually what was on the lot. My salesperson was nice enough but as a group, they didn't seem to be overly helpful.

My husband and I didn't like the fact that we had to fill out credit application while having to wait for two vans that were 3 miles away to view. We waited 45 minutes we got tired of waiting so we left.

Sales people are idiots. They never followed up with me after initial call and didn't know enough about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Further, they seem uninterested in my business and didn't care. You would think they would be more helpful, especially when someone is interested in buying a $60,000+ 8 year old car.

Dealer did not disclose the car was not setup for blue tooth. The price was good and the car runs great. The dealer did buff out the some scratches from the passenger side of car.

Called on a thursday around noon. I needed to know the "out the door price" because i would be traveling 3.5 hrs away. I spoke with Matt (very nice) not pushy at all and helped me get all the information that i needed in order to just drive up and sign documents. I went the next day and wasn't able to get to the dealership until 8:30 so matt was going for the day. Koby Padilla helped us and he was just the biggest sweatheart possible. they were extremely busy and he tried to make the wait as fast as possible. Everyone was very friendly and we were in and out in about 2 hours. I will definitely be returning for any other car purchases. thank

after test driving car and agreeing on buying car, half way through paper work, sales girl walks off laughing to supposedly help a spanish family who dint speak english, only to come back and tell us sorry we sold the car to someone who she was suppost to have meeting with about the car. But see she told us that before we test drove it, but she told me first come first serve!! then when i said that to her, she said that the previous family already did some paper work earlier that day. which was another lie. cause while my mom was doing the paper work for about 30 mins, i went outside to take pics of the car. and the family was there with a different sales man, n i heard the farther say he just drove by earlier and saw the car and wanted his son to see it. no paperwork was started, they just got a better deal by ripping off that poor family for a higher interest rate. i drove 2 hours for this treatment... its sick!

Vehicle had 29741 miles when I got there 3000 more than advertised, a "typo" I was told. Aggressively tried to sell oil changes, nitrogen in tires, gps and an overpriced warranty. I bought the car at a good price but these guys are the stereotype for used car salesmen. Buyers need to be on their toes.

Made appointment early in week to test drive a Titan. They called the night before to confirm and I called that morning to confirm that the car was there. They couldn't find it. My salesperson called back to confirm it was there. I specifically told them during both calls that we were driving quite a distance. When we got there,(an hour late) the car was still being "detailed". They finally brought it out and all they had done was spray it down and the inside was filthy! Disgustingly dirty! We decided to give it a test drive anyway, only to be told that we couldn't, because it hadn't gone through all the safety inspections. We left without test driving anything. I eventually received an email from the salesperson telling me that the car was now ready, only for it to be sold that same night.

Took hours to complete a purchase as they continually tried to sell one slimy unnecessary additional product and they hoped that exhaustion would result in agreeing to buying useless products just to get out of their dealership. One of the sales managers actually yelled at me for asking how long this paperwork was going to take? Then I was told that the interest rate on financing with chrysler finance was going to be 5% so it would cost me too much in interest to claim the $500 rebate on financing with chrysler finance and lo and behold they actually financed the loan with Chrysler finance at 2.9% and they obviously kept the $500 rebate for themselves-- I would never buy a car from this dealership ever again- they treat you like some kind of pawn in their slimy car sales game- run don't walk to any other dealership- this is my experience others may have other experiences - good luck -and be prepared to run a gauntlet if you try to buy a car from this dealership. By the way the best foolish add on was $1,900 for spraying some stuff on the seats! Please--

I drove 50 miles to buy a car there. The CAR FAX sticker on the car said "No accidents." However, when we were actually buying the car in the finance manager's office, he offhandedly revealed it had indeed been in an accident. He stonewalled as long as he could, but when I read the CARFAX, it was pretty damning.
