The dealer responded promptly to my inquiry. The car was exactly what they had listed. It was clean and ready for us to test drive when we got there. We got it for the price listed. The staff was friendly and the deal went through pretty painlessly.

I had an appointment to see a car. When I got there it was dirty and smelled Iike dogs and cats. The salesman wasn’t available and his replacement spoke to us as if we were placing an order at McDonalds. We ended up purchasing the same car for a little more money at a dealerships hop 38 miles away.

The salesman that helped me was nice and helpful. He showed me the car right after the safety inspection and told me all the safety repairs were done. They changed the front brake pads and replaced the front tires and an oil change. I looked over the car myself and found a few things that were wrong with the car. One of them I thought would definitely be a safety issue was the tie rod boots on both sides were torn and all the grease was gone. They told me it was not a safety issue. My opinion about this deal is that they priced the car for what it's worth after their repairs and were firm on the price. But when I find issues with the car after their price point I feel that it should reflect on the price. I told the salesman that and was told he will not discount the price at all. Based on that I walked away from this deal. The service is great there but I don't feel that the car is worth what they are asking for.

The car is an amazing buy. Although the dealer was very firm in pricing & not willing to haggle I still feel I received a fair deal. He had a great personality & made the experience fun. Their finance guy was cool too & gave me great deal on the warranty. I'd recommend this dealership to serious buyers only. These guys are professional & no hassle

I reached out to the dealer via CarGurus. The dealer sent an automated response stating that they had received my inquiry and that they would be contacting me soon. 3 days later, after no further communication, I sent the dealer a followup note requesting contact. I am still waiting to hear back....8 days later.

Friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable staff. Had a pleasant experience at Honda of Santa Monica. Our sales person, Ravel, was very nice and courteous, and went out of his way to try get discount for us. The finance rep, John, was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Everyone is very helpful in the buying experience. Really appreciate their time and all the trouble they went through. Thanks!

It was a good experience. Saw the car I Wanted. Test drove and put deposit. Went to finish deal next day. It took 1.5 yrs the first day and 2nd day an hour to purchase. I was very happy with that. All my friends think it's a new car as it's in great condition. Thanks Mike at Santa Monica Honda!

The sales man doubted my eligibility to buy a car. He was not showing me any car. I went there in santa monica from san gabriel. So by going that far you don't expect this kind of poor treatment. And I was telling him that I get decent pay, I will do finance by myself. But He was arguing with me that I am not eligible for that. And instead of being sales person he became Bank Manager. Worst Experience from any dealer till now.

The Highlander I was looking for pop'd up on CarGurus on a Friday. I car-faxed it the due to the low mileage posted and all checked out valid. I immediately called the Dealership on Sat. and spoke to a salesman. I advised I wanted to Test drive the vehicle on Sunday. Everything was smooth from when I arrived... I was already pre-approved by my bank and I decided to allow Honda to also pre-approve me to see about the rate. to my shock Fred in finance was able to not only beat my credit union rate, he also was able to provide me a great deal on the extended warranty... Fred in Finance and the Honda Team were very polite and considerate to my situation. At the end of the day, I went home with my Highlander and I was very happy with the experience at Honda, but walking into the dealership I already knew what I wanted and was for the most part, prepared.... it takes TWO. Do your research on the model and make and already go in with Pre-Approval would be my recommendation to anyone looking for a vehicle. ( i looked for 2 yrs for my hybrid and Found it! ) :D it so happen to be at the Honda Dealership with helpful people.

I was not please the way the where not willing to work with me. I found another dealer that roll out the red carpet for me. An I referred a friend who bought a car last night from the same dealer. Glad that I didn't buy from Santa Monica dealer. They where not friendly at all.

They offered the car as manual , i called them before going to the location and they confirmed, i made 1:30 minutes drive and when i got there the car was automatic.... I got late to work that day and i wasted all my time

We love our car and feel like we got a good deal, but the process took WAY too long. We found the car online, sent an email that we wanted to buy it, paid cash for the car, and we were still stuck there with our 2 small children for 5 hours waiting for the paperwork to be finished. Then once all the paperwork was finally done they took the car to be detailed. Seems like the process could have taken 1/2 the time with better organization.

I contacted the dealership via internet. I was contacted promptly by Oscar via my email address. When I was ready to visit the dealership I made an appointment with Oscar and met him on a Friday evening. He had the car available to test drive and within an hour I made a decision to trade my car in for the 2008 Lexus and with the Lexus being a very low mileage and clean car drove my new used car home that night. I will certainly call Oscar in the future for my car needs. Thank you Santa Monica Honda for a great car trading experience.

The price of the vehicle I purchased was GREAT that's what got me there and my business! Nora my sales lady was wonderful as well. Fawzi, not so much! He wasn't helpful with helping us get the payment and deal we wanted. He did not make me feel like he cared at all if we were happy. Overall... I don't think I would recommend this place to anyone in the future based off of service... One person does ruin it for the entire company.

Was contacted by Arnold who wanted a phone number and email address right away. The typical used car salesman pressure tactic. Gave him a chance to give me information first and to let me set the pace of the sale but he would not have any of it! He never responded after that! Arnold did not get my business and neither did Honda of Santa Monica even though they had a very decent inventory and prices. With a little more effort and feel for customer care Arnold could have sold me a car. The business went to one of his competitors instead!

Recently I bought a used car from this dealership. First of all, I ask the sales person if I can take the car to a third party to check it out (which is the law a low you to do that), he said to me no because their mechanics checked the car already so no need for me to do that. Long story short, after I bought the car I went to my mechanic anyway and he found out that the car has oil leak and the part cost $35, but labor cost was $345 altogether close to $400. I went back and asked if they can do it for me because they have their own mechanics and the cost will be $35 only. Not only they said no, but I spent more than 30 min to hear from the used car manager (mechanic). He actually didn’t even give me a respect as a customer to come out and speak with me himself, he sent the sales man to tell me they can’t not do anything. What I am saying is if you like to buy a car from this Dealership please be aware because once you are sign, you not longer needed and please make sure check the car you buying. I hope you will learn something from me.

My husband and I didn't expect to be treated to so well. The guys couldn't have treated us better. We purchased a used (not certified) Accord at the True Price. No negotiations. It was so easy. Our sales man's name was Chris Bland. The finance guy's name was Flo Laska. Really can't stress how we were expecting one thing and got a totally different experience. It's been a week and we're still stunned. We love our new (used) car!

They list their vehicles for sale a week before they are ready to show. Plus the place was dirty. They only gave us a 1/4tank of gas and really disgusting floor mats after the sale was complete. So make sure you ask to see the floor mats before hand.

Happy to say that they have great service, a super friendly staff, an attentive staff but not birds fighting over one potato chip type of attentive, &there was no immense pressure to purchase something. I would definitely recomend this dealer to others :]
