Guy seemed rude would not deal with me because the car was Honda certified I understand that but im sure there is a little room to discount the price.He bad mouths other dealers about the cars they sell and his car was no different than the 5 I test drove from other dealerships.

Garbage salesman Raphael. I put 2000 down and agreed to a crappy rate paying 487 a month which is ridiculous and they wanted more money. Threatened I’d have to bring the car back if I didn’t come up with more down. So I brought the car back and all of a sudden they had a better deal available. So I took the car back. Free 10 day rental is basically all their good for.
This was a great experience. The manager Rob called several times to keep me updated on the truck I was interested in.

Sales team seemed to be on auto pilot. Got an email that said car was no
longer there. Then got a total of 3 more emails, all asking if I wanted to go
and test drive it (the car that was no longer there).
The sales person was accomodating and show concern about your needs, explains well and polite. He’s knowdgeable about the product snd answers our question well. In the financing were suuprise because there is $3999 market adjustment cost plus the option security alarm that was added to the msrp way beyond our budget. However the financer explained to us the hedifferent scenarios and gave us the best deal. The car looks good and performing well, i have no complain except the one touch screen monitor which is not what i’m expecting, what i need is the multi touch screen to meet my needs. But overall the car is good. I can rate our experience with Honda of Corona to. e very good and willing to recommend it our friends.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very responsive and helpful on the internet and email correspondences. I did not actually visit this dealership, but I was very impressed with how fast and professional Jason was when getting back to me on emails and voicemails.
They were nice and upfront about their vehicles. They didn't lie about the
condition of their cars. I was very glad to have been able to visit them only a
few miles away from my house which is also here in Corona.
Because of the distance and excessive mileage, I decided not to go out to Corona to see it, but the dealer was thoughtful enough to contact me by email.
Unhappy with this dealer. They wanted 2K over price listed on cargurus. They said it was for dealer installed accessories.

After driving for 2 hours to this dealership to check out a 2013 mitsubishi outlander; advertised on cargurus as having leather seats, I was shocked to find that it no leather seat whatsoever! And Instead of acting in an apologetic manner, they blamed it on cargurus!
I have very bad credit, but a good job. Was told I needed a co-signer, so I brought my parent. Car was a used car 2017 that they said they didn’t certify although every Toyota Dealership in SoCal will if it’s good enough. Anyways the sales people didn’t know anything about the car. I knew more. The car smelled like a fish died in it. How does a 2017 Corolla SE not have any mats. This car seems like it was messed up some how. I Was told one thing, come back with my cosigner another thing. My cosigner has a 840+ credit and could buy any car she wants to. Just a bad experience. Stay away.
Called several times and made sure that they still have the car I'm interested in, and got a confirmation from them for that too.
I drove 40 minutes to find out that it was "sold" and they have other cars if I'm interested.
Total waste of time and no respect. STAY AWAY!!

Contacted the dealership and the offer I made was not accepted.
The price was non negotiable and got a better deal from other dealership.
However I appreciate that the manager was straight forward in the
negotiation and haven't lost much time.
Liked the car and the salesman, we had a check from our credit union that had our rate and terms, the dearship ignored the check and pushed the funding through the traditional route and also made us fill out Honda financing paperwork at a higher rate than our credit union. I had to spend another day at the credit union fixing the problems they created.
The dealer was easy to work with and I was treated well. The financing is where you should get pre approved. The dealers offer was $150/month more than I found on my own.
The staff were weary helpful and most importantly I received a great deal!
Excellent, excellent service! My salesperson never left me hanging. Brice went above and beyond to help me get my car. Mark, sales manager exceeded great customer service! He worked hard to finally meet my price expectations. All other salepersons were welcoming. No hassling I absolutely highly recommend going to Honda of Corona!!
The salesman was not interested in selling me the car I wanted over the internet. He wanted to sell me a new car. If I wanted to pay sticker price on a new car. I would have gone to my local dealer.
I asked for a cash price. They gave me a price, then as we were about to finish the deal, Scotty, the novice salesman's manager, informed me that to get that price I had to finance or lease the car through Honda credit. Classic bait and switch. I wasted a bunch of time and will NEVER go back to Honda Cars of Corona. Everyone I know will hear about this. Don't waste your time with this bunch.

I rated this dealership TERRIBLE! It was great when I started
talking with Lee, our salesman. We did the preliminary test the
first day we went there. The next day when we started to talk
about buying the car was when everything went the opposite
direction. The other person on the financial side immediately
made it known that they are they to make a profit and that our
offer was out of line. He made us feel very unwelcome and
looked down on us. Even the sales manager tried to offer a
lesser value vehicle that he said I can afford and not the van that
I wanted in particular. This was the worst experience I have had
buying a vehicle. I will not recommend anyone going to this
dealership. They don't know what is customer service. The only
good thing we had here was how hard our salesman tried to work
with us but without the management support he was helpless.

The vehicle that I was interested in buying was sold before I could get to the dealerhip to see it. The sales rep, Bryce, was very professional and called me before I made the 60-mile trip.
They were friendly and we bought the 2008 honda crv from them. we love the car. The only thing was it took quite a bit of time at the dealership and we were paying cash. We were there about 2 hours and of that time only about 7 minutes were test driving the car (we only test drove one car and that is the one we bought. We paid the price that was advertised on cargurus.
