Ms Putnam was my sales rep and she was professional in every respect. She WORKED to get me the best deal possible. After the sale she helped uncomplicated the BMWs bells and whistles to get us on the road. I've bought a lot of cars over the years but she's the only sales person that called to make sure we got home OK and invited us back at our convenience to work out any difficulties we might encounter. Ms Putnam is easily the best we've seen and the rest of the staff were as well.

I was told one of the vehicles I was interested in was being detailed and the sales person would contact me as soon as it was ready. I never received the call and two days later was told it was sold, when I called them.

The dealer I spoke with over the phone had the most rudest attitude. He was very rude and didn't seem to care about how he talked to anyone. I asked questions and he would just rush me and have the most rudest answers. Hopefully I'll have a better experience if I ever decide to visit this dealership and not deal with that specific dealer.

When I contacted the dealer about the advertised truck I was told that it had been hit in the rear end and had frame damage but they had other used trucks they could show me. I went to the dealership 2 days later the salesman that told me about the "other" trucks could not find them. E then talked to me about purchasing a new one. The sales manager talked to me about about leasing a truck; I left without buying anything. The salesman and sales manager were very nice and friendly but I don't think i will visit the dealership again; could be dangerous going somewhere that has trucks disappearing.

Dealer was sent an email on Sunday and I got junk mail from them until Tuesday or Wednesday when they FINALLY answered my very direct question. You snooze, you lose. I bought a vehicle on Monday.

Never sent pictures of the vehicle. Drove QN hour to see the car. Car had been sent to auction vwhen I got there to look at it.

Prompt response to my nighttime request was a pleasant surprise. The purchase experience was conducted on my terms, e.g., I requested a diagnostic report for a "check engine" light before deciding and it was provided.

Nice when we bought the car, but service department was non-responsive and could not get then to even return my phone calls. Had a mistake on the title and asked them to get it corrected and said they would, but it never happened. Wish I had bought the car from Memphis Infinite.
