The salesman, Ed, was really prompt & kind. I appreciated the efforts he took to reach out to me, while not getting pushy. We did not end up visiting this dealer just because the drive was a little further than we were willing to go, but if we lived closer we certainly would have stopped by to take a look!

i had five diffrent people call me in a 24 hour time period telling me the same stuff and no body knew that the other person's has already called me. Also the car I wanted wasn't even available...i will never buy a car from these people ever..also the cutomre service sucked and you can never get anyone on the phone to answer any of your questions.

I recently purchased a vehicle from hertitage and I have to say im very disappointed. There was damage to the car which was not advertised nor shown in the pictures, and when I asked about the damage they said it was lot damage and it will be repaired with purchase. I have since driven back 3 times and they continue not to fix it. Aside from that, when I went to look at the vehicle I had inquired about and set an appointment up to see, it took them an hour and a half to find the vehicle. And after I got the list of repairs and agreed to purchase the vechicle I had to go to another dealership to finalize the deal because the notary left while we were working out the details....poor service and does not live up to their word.

I was in an urgent need of the specific type of car for my work and wanted to buy ASAP. I saw the vehicle being advertised online many times like a different vehicle. After doing a little research and finding out that all those ads and vehicles are from the same company and the same vehicle, I decided to contact the dealer and give it a try since that matches the vehicle and the budget within my need. Sometime later two salesmen from the company calls me at different times and told me its ready to be seen. when I went there the vehicle isn't even there and nobody knows who called me. this happened twice. At the end, just to make it short, I bought the vehicle after writing a letter of complaint directly to the CEO. The last sales person I dealt with was actually honest and sincere and explained the situation. All I say is I got the vehicle with many apologies at the end but does it really matter, you be the judge

I received a call-back the same day I left a message to see the car. The process of the review and purchase was handled very professionally and easily understood, with no pressure. I strongly reccommend Heritage if you need a pre-owned or new car.
