The buying experience was great. They gave me a fair price on my trade-in. Unfortunately, the engine went out on the vehicle 24 hours later, but Harrison compensated me their expense for a replacement engine immediately. They acted very honorably and I recommend them highly.

I inquired about this vehicle on a MONDAY and Lindsey (whom I spoke with) assured me the car was still available. She read me part of the carfax as well. I told them I would be in on Tuesday to look at the car; I even offered to put down 1k in order for them to hold the car until Tuesday, Lindsey said she would check with her boss about that and that they would call me on Tuesday. Tuesday came and I did not receive a phone call, I called them BEFORE leaving my home (45 miles away) and no one answered the phone. When I got there I was informed the car was already sold! I looked at the other 4runners they had but they were not as described. They use the SAME wording for their 4runners and the one I test drove was advertised as "ready" when in fact it still needed work done to it (rear windshield, sunglass holder, balance of tires). The people were nice though but communication with potential buyers is poor.

Purchased this car for slightly less than the asking price. They had cleaned it up and performed normal maintenance including brakes and shocks. It is nice to buy a used car that has all the maintenance up to date when you purchase it. No pressure sales and the best closing process ever (new car dealers could learn something from these guys).
