Absolutely terrible price for condition of the vehicle. Went and paid a little more for same vehicle and it was a year newer with less miles no rust, dents, or pieces hanging off and trying to ask for $51990. Drive an hour and a half to be extremely disappointed! No thanks never again!

Jake was the name of the salesman to contact and he wasn't very concern w/ me as a customer. The last correspondence I had about this particular vehicle was "that it was at his other store and he has the weekend off." Very unprofessional, no customer service and not a good look for the company; word of mouth is everything.

They left a message. I returned the call only to be told salesperson was gone, waited quite awhile to talk to someone else who never called me back with answers to my questions about the truck. Didn't seem very interested in helping me.

Drove 2 hours to look at the Jeep and I drove the Jeep home the same day! They worked with me to get me in a monthly payment I can afford! Th staff I spoke with were all very friendly.

My sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole buying process went smoothly and quick. They also detailed and fill the gas tank on the vehicle that I purchased. I would definitely recommend this dealer!

Salesman Ryan was helpful and no pressure. Biggest complaint is the options listed on the WEB site did not match the car. No remote start, no universal garage door opener, no GPS, no backup camera, no power passenger seat. The driver power seat grinds when adjusted, they won't fix it. Driver tail light defective, they did fix this. Dents in hood and bad repair on passenger side rear, not fixed. Four hour round trip for us to see this vehicle. We did purchase it and Ryan is having the car driven to our home as the repairs to the taillight couldn't be done while we were there. Included a new set of tires in the price of the car. Good communication via email/phone with Ryan at the dealership. The car is listed as a "S" series, and although it has the "S" on the trunk, it is not a "S." Wrong wheels and wrong seats/options for a S series. I would buy from them again but you need to very carefully check out the vehicle you are interested in.

Spoke with Todd. Very informative and helpful. If they were closer he would definitely be the person I would go to. I am 4 hours away but have contemplated going out there for the way he was very willing to help and answer my questions. He seemed genuine and honest. Thank you!!!

Not pushy. But what ever you do, Take the vehicle your interested in to a mechanic for 2nd opion. Check out what they say they repaired cause told me several repairs where done but were not and weren't on repair print out either..Got a great deal though.

Excellent experience! I don't usually go to dealerships, but after researching the vehicle I wanted, I couldn't beat their prices. The service was great. Jim called me, lined up a few vehicles, had them ready and waiting for my arrival. He was never pushy and I felt very comfortable with him. He stayed 2 hrs after they closed to help me. I also noted how many cars they were selling during waiting periods for paperwork. Very busy place, goes to show how popular they are. Would def. recommend HZ!

I gave one star because I was actually able to text drive the car. The managers were unwilling to budge from asking price by even a dollar. I made two offers a s was told we are not budging. Pretty frustrating....when I called I listened to a message that said "we won't let price get in the way". They absolutely let price get in the way. I spoke with Chris who was supposed to call me back in regards to my offer within 30-40 minutes. I called back twice and I didn't get a return call until the next day. My advice is to pick a different car dealership. There are plenty out there!

Originally got called back by someone next day but he wasn't in the office the next 3 times I tried to call. Asked for a different salesman, he confirmed they had the truck. Drove up from Indiana, got the deal done after a test drive. Very easy. Took an hour tops. Todd was very good. Truck is awesome, only thing I'll say is it came from Canada so there's no factory warranty on it. Sales manager was a liiiiiiittle pushy on getting the warranty but I'm glad I did. He didn't try to get me to buy anything else though so it was a good experience. Also filled the tank up before I left! All in all, awesome experience would gladly buy another from here.

Took vehicle to a mechanic. Intake gasket needs replacing as it was leaking antifreeze. Dealer came down on price but I chose not to buy as my mechanic felt it would need costly repairs a few months down the road.

I would NOT recommend this dealer to anyone! The person who I was talking with started out nice and sweet, then as soon as I asked about the possibility of warranty he snapped at me and and raised his voie and was so rude. I called one of the owners the next day, I left a vm. I still have not gotten an apology.

Why would you let one of the salesman drive the car you are going to sell to your customer home only to tell them that you can no longer buy that car because the salesman "did something to it and ruined the engine". I would never recommend Daniel to any of my friends or family. Terrible customer service.

Internet sales person called and indicated the car I was interested in was no longer available. A couple hours later I received a call from a salesman at the dealership who indicated that person was off location and didn't know the vehicle was on site. Salesperson agreed to send me pictures of vehicle and additional information. After receiving nothing I called the dealership the next day and a different salesperson agreed to send photos and info, Two weeks later I never received anything and no phone call.

went to look at this Jeep. The salesmen went and drove it from the back. It was cover in MUD. The back door was rusted out total. The salesmen told me that someone took it out for a test drive. The salesmen also told me her was going to trade in his VET. The salesmen lied. stay away from Harold Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Plainwell
