Terrible service! I do not recommend Grainger Nissan to anyone. They fed us a line to draw us in to the dealership. We drove two hours each way to go buy their vehicle. When we arrived, the vehicle was not in the condition they advertised, and the sales associate and management did not seem seem to care. They expected us to pay full price and were not willing to negotiate despite telling us that they would, and despite the actual condition of the vehicle. I would not recommend Grainger Nissan to anyone looking for a good experience. If I could give them negative stars I would.

The buying experience is easy. They have a system to get all the paperwork done in a very efficient manner. Please don't be like me when you buy here. Like most dealerships, they have a documentation/processing fee. I will never pay these fees again. Dealers that want my business wil have to adjust the negotiated sales price, or remove the fees completely. I was worried about the CVT transmission. They through in a 2 month warranty to help put my mind at ease. Nissan also has a 10 year 120k mile transferable warranty that gives me additional confidence. I really wanted a Honda CRV, but my wife liked the Rogue. She's happy, so I'm happu.

not really helpful but there was some effort. 2 or 3 different responders to me and they did not communicate with each other. interestingly each vehicle I was interested had "just been sold that day." also didnt really put out any effort that truck fit my specific needs is less than 200 inches long.

I drove 1.5 hours to see a vehicle that I found on the internet. Emails with rebates were sent advising if I chose to purchase i could use them towards that or if not, I would receive a $25 gas card. My Salesman was less than enthusiastic, and didn't really seem like he wanted or needed to make a sale. He questioned about running my credit a few times, to which I asked to see the vehicle I had traveled to see before making any decisions to which he would say, "ok, first let me get this and that info from you". I was looking to trade a 2016 Jeep Patriot High Altitude in and expected to carry over what wasn't covered on the trade pay-off into a new loan. What I wasn't expecting was the low ball offers that were made. First they had my vehicle priced as a latitude, not High Altitude. Plus nowhere on the sheet did it show all the features my vehicle had to include remote start, towing package, dual heated seats and so much more. When this was brought to his attention, he just down talked it to being, that's all it's worth, we have to make money too. Finally I was able to view the vehicle I drove all that way for. First thing I noticed when i sat in the drivers seat was this peculiar smell of old wet material. There was sticky drink and food remnants all over the center gear shift console, in the cup holders, the middle seat had gum stuck inside the flip down armrest/cup holder. In the floor board where the middle seats are able to slide forward to allow entry into the rear seating area were full of trash, food, old straws, etc. Under the hood was rust everywhere and the coolant and windshield wiper containers were completely dry. My salesman apologized for the vehicle being so dirty. That's ok, so was I.. I mean, they only knew for almost a week I was coming to view it and it had already been on the web for a little while. I finally decided, this was not the deal for me. So I told my salesman I would hold on to my jeep a little longer and asked about the $25 gas card. He came back from checking on it to tell me they didn't have anymore but if I would follow him to a gas station he would fill up my car. We arrived at the gas station and I told him he might spend $8 b/c I had just put gas before arriving to the dealership. WELL, $10 and we were full. I wasn't not given the remainder $15 of what I was promised, no apologies, no I will make sure we get you the rest. No, I'm sorry this didn't work out for you. I've bought from Grainger twice before, and remember I come from 1.5 hours away. I understand the no hassle buying, but at least show some interested and attempt to win over my sale. Very disappointed is this entire event. Not so sure I could happily recommend Grainger again as I have in the past after this.

Dealer's prices did not match the price posted, the test drive was not genuine in terms of customer care, and the associate we were paired with in order to test drive the vehicle was not accurate or reliable with any of the prices he gave. He obviously was not very aware of they sales lot and should have worked harder at his job. My father was the top salesman is the area until he passed away and had been for years prior; my father would not have trusted me to but a car from him and I did not either. Also, based on the incorrect advertisement, I wouldn't trust the dealer either because an over a thousand dollar difference in price is a lot of money.

I feel like the 2008 Nissan Maxima advertised for $6000 was just a fish to get responses to send their sales pitches to......they responded very quickly to my inquiry, but told me that car was sold and offered me cars of less value for the same money

I went in with one car in mind, was told it was dead, saw it in traffic a few days later .... Every car I picked had an issue, I told them my parameters and they continued to try to sell me a car with a payment I stated I couldn't afford. Anyway, I appreciate the time, and I understand they are sales people but sometimes just saying hey we can't help you with what your looking for is best.
