They had the vehicle priced online for 3 days , they sent the bank a bill of sale, I talked with them on numerous occasions about what was needed and to verify what we needed on the check. i got the check from my bank, sent a copy to the dealership and my approval letter . Got a call later that night that it was possibly sold, well it didn't sell however they discovered they had priced it wrong and wanted to put the price back up $3000. When the manager called me back he was very rude to me about it all and did not want to try to work with me at all . The salesman wss awesome to work with but when it came down to it all I feel that they could have worked with me and he didn't

Very friendly service although my wife said a little too pushy. Agreed to accomodations we wanted with car and have kepy me informed on progress to get it ready for us. Enjoyed dealing with them.

The salesman was courtious and the issue I had was out of his hands. The dealership refused to honor the price of the vehicle listed on CarGurus stating it was a mistake. The asking price was over $2,000 more than listed. It has been almost a week and the price has not changed on CarGurus. Mistakes happen-fix it.

Bought a 2016 Ford Edge We feel like they had the best deal for what we wanted. The even delivered the car to my home which is over 256 miles from the dealer. All at there cost. pretty great ! So far we are very happy.

Dealer replied to initial question, but when asked a follow up question regarding condition, I never got a reply. I ended up driving 25 miles to the dealership to learn the vehicle in question had been sent to auction.

I feel like there crooks. The sales manager said he's got 19000 in truck but he's selling it for 18900 but book value is only 12 to 16 thousand so there trying to get over on me beware of theses guys

Vehicle was dirty had not been cleaned, told it had clean car fax but had obvious repair to right front. Sales manager then said they were aware and was figured into the price. Extremely rude and then called the next day to take $ 200 off. Couldn't pay me a $1000 to go back there.

I drove from Dayton to Columbus (1hr & 20min)to test drive a 2008 Camry XlE. I spoke to my salesman before I headed over to make sure the vehicle would be there and I would get first look. I was told the vehicle would not be ready until 3 pm. I arrived at 1:30 pm to be first and there was another buyer there test driving the car when I arrived. By 3 pm the car was sold to those people. I was hoping my salesman would have secured the vehicle for me and would have given a deposit over the phone. During the process of the other customer making a slow decision to buy the car my salesman was very rude and impatient toward the other salesman and customer. Very unprofessional of him. I was frustrated, but those people had the right to buy the car as they were there just before I arrived. Poor communication in the finance department occurred as I made an offer on another vehicle later that day. I gave my information to them to get my credit and deal approved so that when I returned to pick up the vehicle all paperwork would be completed. I called an hour and a half ahead and told them I was heading over to get the car. They had not even started the credit process and they could not find my information previously given to them, which included my social security number. I was frustrated and worried my information was misplaced. When we arrived we asked to have the car brought around but the salesman took the keys home so no one would buy the car. Another unprofessional act and highly unethical. So my wife did not get to ride in the car before I bought it. I ended my journey buying another Camry and drove it home at 8 pm that night. These are the reasons for a poor rating.

The dealer contacted me within a two hours. That evening, we went to the dealership to see the vehicle. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone had gone home for the day, but came back in to meet with us. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. Everything was explained simply and honestly. We did purchase the vehicle. The process went smoothly. It did take a bit long to work through the financing aspect, but it appeared to be outside the control of the dealership. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

I test drove this vehicle before I test drove it i noticed a rattling sound underneath the car like maybe the converter was loose in the muffler. The one of the many salesman vying for a sale told me it was probably an after market muffler, not the case there was no muffler half of it was gone. The sales team assured me that it had gone through an inspection don't think so. The sales person was going with me on the test drive and he got flagged by another associate that a customer had arrived for a new car sale he hurriedly told me to only go around the block and come back while he assisted the other customer. Not a good experience for me.

First they could not find the car. We made another visit to see the car - until we show them they are not aware of color scraping damage to the passenger side from head light to all the way to the end. They took forever to offer a test drive and then ran out of license plates to take out of the lot for a test drive. Sales people are nice and respectful but not sure focused on used care sales and have the knowledge.

Brian Scott at Germain Toyota promptly contacted me by email and phone. We have talked a few times, he sent pictures links and carfax links and has been very courteous. I also received an email from Marvin hill the used car manager yesterday and talked to him today and will be going to Columbus OH from Raceland KY tomorrow to view and hopefully bring the vehicle home. Both Brian and Marvin have been very patient, professional and attentive to my shopping needs and budget. I am looking for a first vehicle for my son who just received his license, so it is probably taking me longer to choose a vehicle than most shoppers.

Drove 115 miles tosee the Corvette. After driving it and being offered 2,000 dollars 300 below low book for my 2006 PT Cruiser GT/HO convertible a car that was worth @ 4,900 for a Vette worth 6,000, just because of what it is. The pictures were well misleading, the wheels were rusted, the interior had repairs with red velvet, engine had rough idle (could have been vacuum line or a lobe off cam), A/C compressor was shot, rust on entire bottom of car. And dealer represented it at ready to go. Car is far from ready. Really dissapointed with this dealership. Corvette needs a minimum of 3,500 in work to make it completely roadworthy.

When I showed up this car was not available but I did end up finding a great deal on a 2002 toyota avalon. I spoke with Chris and he gave me a good deal after some negotiating and even ended up throwing in a free fog-light cap that was missing which I said I would pay for. Germain has pretty good service and good vehicles. I would highly recommend checking it out if you don't mind a little haggling.
