After seeing the vehicle on the website, I called the dealership and informed the salesperson I would be in to view the vehicle. I went to the dealership the next day and it was sold. I feel the dealership should have informed me that the vehicle was no longer available.

They never pressured me which I very much appreciate however, I had to pressure them, I knew I wanted the van but they took a long time getting it ready. Such as: they did a repair to the windows but, the mechanic ordered the wrong part.This delayed the process for another week to a week and a half. Also, I knew I was buying it "as is". However, I must have heard wrong because, they kept saying it had been checked over. Well not quite- the dash lights didn't work- couldn't see the speedometer to drive at night. I didn't catch this til on my way home and I had to pull over -I thought maybe I hadn't adjusted the lights correctly. Not so the dash light is out. I've not contacted the dealer. All I can think is that one hears so much about certified used cars and now I'm not sure anymore just what does that mean?? Well, I haven't bought used in a long time and there's a lot to think about. Maybe I was in too big a hurry so I'm giving you guys the benefit of doubt and five stars anyway.

Sales rep was poor. I came across town to see and test drive the vehicle. The rep said the vehicle would be prepped so that I could appreciate the condition. When I arrived the vehicle was covered with snow. No attempt to clean it and once I drove off the large amount of snow on the roof fell over the windshield creating a hazard. The manager was shoveling snow on the sidewalk but could not see that this vehicle was in need of attention. Never again.

Tony Madison was a very nice person to deal with, but the car was listed as having Bluetooth capabilities and I only realized it didn't, after I bought it. Bummed. Still a good deal on the car. I love it.
