The two gentlemen I spoke with were very helpful. I was considering their car but they didn't follow up with me after the initial contact. Seemed like good guys and I'd probably purchase from them if they have a car I like in the future.

The service was really good but the cars were in pretty bad shape, the paint was all scuffed on most of the cars and the wheels where chipped and bent I honestly don't recommend buying a car from here but the service was good and the people were nice.

They were very short over email. It took them forever to reply or did not reply at all. When we went to look at the jeep the employee was beyond rude and short with us. And it turned out that they lied about so many things on the jeep too. Did they think we would not find out when we went on a test drive? And the whole time he said, we can make lots more money at auction then off of you. We walked. My money is valuable and so is my time. I will never go back there and would never send my worst enemy either.

Wes, was a great guy to deal with contacted me back whenever I left a message. I came in from out of state he had the car ready and full of gas. He also gave me a great price on the car. He is a very good guy to deal with. I'm buying my wife a car from him also. The car was better in person then what I saw on the internet.

Emailed dealer and received a response with times I could come by. I sent another message about an hour before I was heading there. When I arrived at the dealers location no one was there. I called the number and the dealer said I could wait over an hour for him to return after I had already driven 45 minutes to get there. Awful customer service.

So we had bought a vehicle for my wife before from Fuel Motorcars so we had an idea that they could help us after my car was totaled. This time around however the amount I got for my car was not going to get me what I wanted. Fuel Motorcars talked with me about what I was looking for and helped make sure I was able to get the best value for the money, which in this case included their getting my financing in place. We went through the effort for the financing and that opened up so many options that they were able to get something nicer than what I lost and something that has several years life on it. I could not have asked for a better experience. I've already recommended them to several co-workers and friends and know they are helping a friend of mine right now as well. Great place to deal with, they do try to work to get you the right fit.

"Fuel Motorcars was a horrible experience for many reasons. Not only was the price of the car way above what it should have been for the quality of the car, but it was originally $8,850, and then after hail damage happened to the vehicle it was raised in price to $10,950. The company doesn't seem trust worthy either and seems shady. I would highly discourage anyone from going there for a vehicle. I found SO many things wrong with the vehicle also.

Excellent experience at 10K! Got a great car. Owner is honest, professional and patient. I really like the mission of this place which is to provide cars with value in my price range (<10k). Have a son in college who is looking for a vehicle and will be shopping here again.

My old car was wrecked so I got a modest settlement with which to buy a replacement. My wife suggested I got to 10K Motorcars. I worked with Wes Barnes. I did not want a car payment, so Wes had to work with a budget. Now, my expectation were pretty low and I was willing to settle for something pretty modest. I found out Wes is very picky and doesn't deal in "junk". He was able to put me in a nice little SUV for my budget. Now, I realize a lot of people like the big time dealership experience. But, that was something I wanted to avoid. What I'm saying is, if the idea is to get a quality vehicle at a great price, you need to see Wes.

Horrible experience. I'm in search of a new car to use so that I can build my credit up & I was happy that they were gonna allow me to finance a car by myself with the repossessed car on my history. What I wasn't happy to find out is that this place doesn't even have a lot! It's behind an Allstate Insurance building (already shady). Also, they didn't have even 25% of the cats there that they show on the website. Some other things I would like to add are that I told the guy Id be coming in on the following day because I was going to be extremely late due to traffic on the day we planned. Well, when I get there on the set time & date he tells me he thought I said the day after which is a horrible excuse because I don't see how you can mix up "tomorrow" & "Wednesday". So not only did my grandfather waste time, he wasted gas going there. Not to mention the dealer was dressed in casual clothing & didn't care to even be professional about it. I will never recommend this place to anyone. One: Because my overall experience was TERRIBLE. Two: No-one except the insurance agent was professional. Three: The only thing good about this dealership is the price & in-house financing of the vehicles.
