Not a bad experience at all, contact was professional and not over bearing, test drive went very smoothly. However, dealership was completely unwilling to negotiate price. Not saying the price wasn't unfair, but the price they were asking was at the top of the range for that particular truck, and there was clearly smoking damage to the interior (burns in all the seat, air vents absolutely packed with air freshener packets). Friendly enough guys, but they didn't seem too interested in actually making a deal.

Great comunication , but i had a list of 6 challanger r/r s to look at. They were 3rd on the list and my pirchase was the second one. They were good.

We called them the night before we drove down to see the car and he had quoted us a price $1000.00 less than what he wanted on your site. And we drove almost 100 miles down there. The drivers seat was worn much more than what it should have and it had some scratches on it that didn't seem to matter. We. Have bought and traded vehicles most of our lives and we had been treated rudely about the $1,000.00 mark down and he lottery called us a lier to his boss,friend. Partner or who ever it was. So we opted not to buy the car. We bought one about 15 miles from you and got a LOT better deal .

I was able to contact the dealer, had friendly interactions, and could take a test drive. They were responsive. They helped me with financing, allowed my wife to take a test drive, answered her questions, and fixed one issue I wanted taken care of. And they were negotiable with the price, to make a reasonable deal.

Wouldn work with us on price pulled car up it was smoking. Had donuts and 7 thousand more miles than listed. Wanted to charge 12 thousands. Bad business i think they store cars here instead of wanting to sell them. If i could give no stars i would dont shop here.

The car looked great. Drove good and staff was friendly. I asked if the car had been wrecked or repaired, they said "no". When we opened the hood to check out the engine, it was spotless and looked freshly painted. Then I noticed the sales person was still holding the hood up. This was because there was no hood support brace, it had been left off when things were reassembled. I said "call me when the hood support is found and fixed and tell me your lowest cash number you'll take." I doubt they'll bother calling.

They did not show pictures of the front dashboard because the radio had been stolen they promised to install a brand new radio of a Chrysler brand but I was not willing to do it because I am so far away

Bought my first car here and they're great. Very friendly people and aren't like the rest of these dealerships who try to find loopholes to stick it to you. Their dealership looks questionable at first because of its location and small car dealership appearance but they're the total opposite. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. hector and Ali are the guys to ask for.

The sales staff was awesome. The car needed a few more repairs before being put up for sale. (The tires were in bad shape and a light was on the dash related to brakes -- which may have been caused by bad tires). I would consider working with this staff at a later date, but would recommend they not put car up for sale before they are ready to have it test driven.

We bought a car. They made promises to fix things. (tear in leather driver's seat & to remove circle of glue on tailgate. Neither have been done. Will not deal with them ever again.They fixed the seat And removed the glue. However, the transmission is giving us trouble & they say they can't find anything wrong. Well, my wife & I both know that its going bad & figure they are to cheap to fix it.

They took very good care of me and my requests at Freedom Auto Group. The person who went the extra mile for me was Ali. He made sure that my car was in perfect running order, and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with all the details of my purchase. I would definitely buy from them again. Ali is a good people person and an asset to this group.
